It's not though is the big thing. You can counter them with good juke play and stalling tactics if you're willing to force target swapping. They all fall into the context of burning the hourglass but Legion spends more time than any other Killer. So it's not so much "this killer has one counter" as it is "this killer is countered super hard by one thing and one thing alone."
There are some things to be said about that method of balance and things to be done to make Legion less opressive outside of the time department (fix the moonwalk exploit kthnkz) but it's not a black-and-white case of "durr Legion no counter OP Killer plz rework."I disregarded your comment cause i don't participate in this discussion.

I play Wraith exclusively, and ran that Perk for 2 days while it was bugged.
I've hit MANY people, but there were few disconnects.

The problem is that useless additions don't need time and money to be made.
Besides, if "just as many people" say it's too strong, then it shouldn't be put in anyway, since "just as many people" will be affected.

I ran TotH a few games ago, only that Hex Perk.
Gens weren't popping left and right. No clue if that's thanks to TotH, but curious Survivors will be curious. -
I thought they always updated/released stuff the game on Thursdays.

"Windstorm" is currently my favorite Add-on series on him simply cause it makes him VERY present.
Finding your first Survivor is the same as usual.
But being able to hook one, get auras and just BOLT across the map is amazing, nobody ever expects a ######### Wraith to do that until it happens to them.
Plus it helps with my fun build.
In my fun build, STBFL is replaced by Hex: Devour Hope.
How to secure your Hex Totem? Go over to it quickly. "Windstorm" is perfect for that.
Also, since i play him a lot (making me very convinced i'm right), i feel like "Swift Hunt" has even been nerfed.
Maybe just slightly, but idk: Combining the 2 best ones he has doesn't feel as good anymore.
