It was used 90% in all the games I had recently, even before the Nurse bug.
I thought Noed is our new meta.

I am sorry.

I don't really care about the Killer at all if I'm being honest. I just hope that the new perks are cool. I know that @Anniehere will probably be interested to try the killer out though.
That's right, I'm very excited for tomorrow!
I asked @RoboMojo to watch Ringu with me, I hope he will agree to try the PTB as well.
(Pretty please🥺)

Lithe and Aftercare. I wish i could use Aftercare more in solo, but nobody really playing along.
Flashbang is going to be my favorite one day... my timing is just bad.
None for Killer yet.
-
I can say from my experience that the inability to stop a loop, makes the killer very weak. My games ended even before they started just because of one perk as you know "DH".
The games are quite miserable on certain maps and if the survivors have perks that give them an advantage over it, the game is very difficult.
But the game is not survivor-sided if we speak about solos and not Killer-sided.
Right now we are just dealing with annoying perks that mislead what the problem really is. ׂ(Matchmaking, Maps...)
-
It has happened to me several times and I think it does not count as holding the game hostage, because we have a timer and we're not standing without being able to move.
What I do in this situation is crawl into the distance so that the timer will run faster but yeah... I don't encourage slugging. This is one of the things i hate the most.
-
She's probably going to be like PH in a way, being able to Mori survivors if they are cursed.
I hope she is going to be stealthy but with something fun and not boring like Ghostface and Myers.
-
Can be too powerful in some situations especially when the survivor is injured and looking for a chest or a teammate to heal up. It's rewarding you a free Aura reading even though the survivor doesn't stand without doing anything but survive.
Some maps are huge and it takes time to find gens after repairing some.
With specific killers (Pig, Pinhead, Freddy) the survivors have to do a side objective and after doing them they might have to save or heal someone up.
Either way the survivors will probably have to spend maybe half a second tapping a gen to avoid the Aura reading. 🤷♀️
-
Many times. (Especially when they kick me out of the game at 5 gens)

It would work but it’s still not a great combo imo
Why?

The only way they can reach such a high number is by codes and rank rewards.
Depending on how much time they save up, maybe they did it for a few months but I doubt it would have been possible.

I know. :) This was sarcasm. Even streamer is cheating, what a great anti-cheat we have on DbD. 😐️
I know, right? :o
Unbelievable.
-
Hacking. People can hack the files to get all items and offerings, max level on all the characters plus prestige level 3.
-
I have no chance with my crush but i keep on saving these...
-
It depends, if we're 3 Survivors and we don't go down so fast, we can finish a gen with no problem if there is no slow down perk(s).
If we had a really bad start and we are 2 survivors, it's pointless to try. I'm giving up on the game simply by running to the Killer to sacrifice me and move on to the next game.
It's boring to hide and wait.
-
Except friends; nobody...
-
We currently have no clear answer as to whether the developers are working on something against camping.
They also need to take into account the people who played fair, and want to get at least one kill at the end game.
Because if anti-camping works against them, the game will not be fair at all for Killers.
-
I can get several things at once with the map. Big brain? 😆
-
I only saw once, they were probably friends. Steve and Meg.
We played against Nemesis and both of them insta healed each other, no matter how many times Nemesis punched them.
At some point all gens got completed. I left the match as fast as possible to avoid false accusations.
-
The perk is currently balanced because it's very situational.
In most of my games I could use this perk once, when ruin was active and the killer left me on the ground.
In 99% of my games we were not cursed while slugged. Usually the perk is usable after getting healed.
As i said it's very situational and not really worth running.
-
I felt the same way after a long break, looking at some topics from the side it seems pointless to keep complaining about something that it's not game breaking.
I became completely passive and no longer care about the current problems with the perks/gameplay. Maybe the older forum members come with a similar mentality.
Mostly people come here to write down their opinions and go, not really expecting anything.
-
I know how to play against her but sometimes crouching doesn't really help, especially if her trap is too close to the hook and it activates right after unhooking.
Most Hags I played against using Franklin's, making the game miserable and many of us not really trying to win against her.
Maybe she is fun to some but many finds her boring.
-
I got used to the new UI even though I would like to see different icons that recreate the artistic aesthetics that was before.
(Sketch reference of every survivor instead of what we have now.)
I don't like the new standing animation. Everything else is fine.
-
Enjoy dinner 🥺
-
The game doesn't shake me emotionally anymore after I found a new game I like.
Usually DBD makes me angry because I like the game and something can be unfun or too salty, and that negative thing keeps me away from the game while I want to stay and play.
It's not like that when I enjoy other games now. Maybe other people feel the same? I don't know.
-
How did they come to the conclusion that they hate Koreans?
I see a Valentine's Day theme with a pretty logical fit to the character's style.
-
• When I play with a male character I feel judged more decisively.
• I really hate the sound effect of the blood splash. It's like nails on chalkboard in my ears.
• Playing Killer and not catching anyone in chase makes me feel self-pity.
• I never use a flashlight and probably never going to.
• My favorite spot in the game is the little circus at Crotus Prenn Asylum. I always go there when I'm the last survivor alive; the horse and the music pretty much comfort me.
• I have an unexplained crush to the fictional character, Leon. I always dodge a lobby if I play Killer and He is there.
• I'm never going for risky saves or a body block because I'm scared of the Killer.
• The reason I play Survivor a lot is because of my over-empathy and because I want friends...
-
The Survivor buff is for solo Survivors. The game is not balanced when 4 people abusing something on purpose. (But not every SWF are here to bully or abuse something.)
Play with friends is an important addition but the mistake is that there is nothing that will balance the game for both parties.
They need to rework SWF in some way in my opinion.
-
I agree that the chases with him are very short and not fun.
Most often it depends on a particular map or loop.
-
It will be better to change the color of the key because it's quite difficult to notice the small details while the survivor is running.
-
The last change they made for her was a skin rework; but for some reason her philtrum is longer and her mouth is lower making her face look very strange.
I have a big doubt if a new change will happen because they need to get permission. Same with Claire, I have no hope for her.
-
Ghost Face can give you a different play style and he can be a lot more fun than a Chainsaw Leatherface.
Also I heard that Ghost Face is about to get some changes soon.
-
They haven't yet.
-
It feels that way but it's not true.
When you play against him you have to check your surroundings to plan your escape in case he gets to where you are.
A lot of them will try to Body block you from running while uncloaking, You have to think fast to where you want to run after he hits you.
He can't hit you when he is invisible, so always stay close to a loop and don't panic when he is close to you.
If you are in the open and he uncloaks you're dead right there.
Tip: Pay attention whenever he uncloaks, Because if you vault at the same time he uncloaks he can mind game you and use his speed to surprise you on the other side. Vault or drop the pallet when you are sure that you can get away in time while he is uncloaking.
-
I think I'm in EU server; not sure.
My survivor waiting time from around 1 to 5 pm is a little short, 3 to 5 minutes. At night around 8 and 12 the waiting time is long and very tedious.
When I play as killer during a day the match is instant and a little a bit longer at night.
-
Sometimes the Q times are fast around 2 am for some reason.
-
It has become the mentality of a large number of players and it is something that the developers can not change.
They can also see the definition of toxicity as something different from what we see it.
It's complicated and unfortunately probably unchangeable, until the players behave according to their age.
-
They are going to be fine without it.
I never use this perk and I don't feel like I need it.
-
I have same expectations like yours.
But I want to see some counter perks for specific perks (Doesn't matter which).
Hoping it's Sadako with fun gameplay for both sides.

And your Jake is going to be perfect for Valentine's Day 👍️

Looks like an attempt to avoid insults in chat.

If it's a patch without Leon I don't want it 😞

Long queue times can cause some issues but honestly I'm just waiting to get out of this "competitive game mode".
-
Yes and no.
The games were different before, there was some diversity between them. Some were fun and some were tedious.
Today it's more fun with friends but beside that it didn't kill the fun entirely.
-
I played against a camper Leatherface at least 3 times in a row.
This happened in the evening so usually there are fewer players.
After the last game, I waited a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes I search for a match and I got a different player.
If you are playing against the same player, try to wait a few minutes until they find another lobby.
-
I don't justify any kind of bad behavior and I don't really know how to "analyze" why this is happening on the Survivors side.
Everyone takes their anger and chooses to respond in a different way, most of them choose to insult.
There are the others who probably find "comfort" with negativity. And if they have an audience or friends who listen to what they have just said, there's 99% chance that the others agree with them and they have this negative circle that encourages the others to continue this bad behavior while ignoring their fun altogether.
I came across a Streamer on Twitch who was just like that. I couldn't stand the disgusting things they said about strangers and how the chat felt good to watch them and join their bad talk.
I think they take the behavior of other players and judge them based on that. Although there is nothing to judge in this game at all but it is very easy to get caught up in the little things.
I can admit that there are times when I'm angry about what I'm facing against a particular killer.
It could be because of a perk, because they play better than me and this is another unlucky match I need to waste my time on.
In the end it's just a game, it's not a big deal. Some people do not want to make that difference because of anger.

I don’t know how you would think that someone blessing a totem makes NoEd unuseable when in reality if they didn’t have CoH they would just… cleanse it?
If anything you should thank them that they are blessing it and not actually cleansing it, because if they were chances are No Ed wouldn’t even activate, period.
Blessing it is a better scenario for you because it means they could have left the totem alone in hopes to use it as a CoH totem.
Let's say the Killer can break Boon totems.
As long as he breaks the Boon, he will have no more for NOED. (Assuming the survivors are blessing every totem they see.)
