ingredients for soup tonight
Spice names are illegible thanks to my phone camera, but they are celery seed, smoked paprika, caraway seed and marjoram. Flour and egg are for pasta, sugar will be used when browning the meat and I'll probably serve it with either sour cream or sauerkraut. I'll post the finished result when it happens.

Chicken Noodle Soup is the best soup.
Second best. Homemade Cream of Mushroom with Beef Broth is best soup.
Not a fan of mushrooms, I must admit.
Okay, Chicken Noodle Soup is the best, but keep the bones out of my bowl.

I had this so much I very quickly got sick of it. They’re great.
My Mom makes it, we put fresh fried tortillas in the soup it’s the best part.
