Exhaustion perks need different cooldowns and, most important, different amounts of haste. A good balanced landing play should pay off more than a "good" sprintburst play.
Oh and vigil needs a rework. It ######### too much with exhaustion and some niche killer addons.
-
I've finished my first P100 in the last weeks, it was kate. Quanton is next! 🔥
-
It's a great combo for wraith but limited in usage due to the hooking requirement of "Turn Back The Clock". I think it feels fine, especially if the survivors are aware of it.

Yeah it's catching a lot of hate but I'm enjoying the black banquet food boosts. Both as surv and countering them as killer. Always satisfying when you hit and invisible surv 🤣
I pinned an invisible ace at the start of the event with a jason spear and was hella confused what happened. xD

I don't play them often 🤣 i was just messing with builds to counter black banquet mechanics.
And yh tbf not really fussed. Not even sure if they'll bring back black banquet for the next anniversary. Not with all the negative press it's gotten this year. I was assuming they'd go back to masquerade and the black banquet was just a special for the 10th anniversary
I hope they somehow marry masquerade and black banquet to create an even better mode. The food powers are honestly pretty fun to use and the killer powers from last masquerade were too.
-
Somehow they ######### up a perfectly fine killer. No one understands behaviour.
-
Deserved for playing legion?
On a serious note, it's probably an event bug. You can report it, but it may be fixed next year, maybe never.
-
I love the portals/invis. It's by far the power with the most counterplay for killers and it's most fun to use on survivor.
The option of unbreakable pallets make some killers unplayable, i don't like that. The invincibility makes playing around hooks impossible, so there's that too.
Sprintbursts and an action speed buff is simply boring af.
-
So i just don't kill survivors or what? Do i go afk? I need a detailed guide to participate please sire.

just make it so when your on a totem you don't show up as red
Yes, you are technically in a crouched position so it even fits.
That way he has to leave OE and check on them.
-
Less tunneling, higher killrates.
If people notice the survivor team is better than them they would just start to tunnel.
-
Buff weaker killers, dont stompnerf newer killers.
Jason is fine apart from hexes and addons.
-
I mean because it wastes the killers time and they are confident that they can lead you on a gamelosing chase.
Prove them wrong.
-
Well fck me i've never noticed that about deja vu. You'll never stop learning i guess.
Report it, definitly. With video evidence.

I’m surprised you haven’t gotten Quentin to P100 yet given your name and profile photo, lol!
I see quite a lot of TWD characters in my lobbies but most of that is because people switch to match with me when I enter their lobby. However, I’ve yet to have a full lobby of TWD characters. The most I’ve had is three. Maybe when Glenn releases in August it’ll finally happen.Yeah kate was my first survivor that i stuck with after her release. Quentin came shortly after tho and he's on his way to P100 now. <3
I will definitly get Glenn after his release, he's my favourite TWD character!
-
I own him. He falls into the category of "requires much skill with medium payoff".
I like him, but his chains need a rework. I've always thought a timeframe of ~0.5-1 second for his chains to break, kinda like a much shorter deathslinger chain, would work wonders for his pickrate.
-
Only ghoul is uga buga. Love the rest.
-
I personally love chucky. He got a straightforward chase/map traversal/stealth power with a linear cooldown. He got some depth with third person mindgames and max range dash. Love him.
-
I am really curious about nurse killrates in 1v4. I think especially after filtering out every player under 100 hours on nurse she has a crazy killrate!
I mean knowing that would be useless and wouldn't tell you anything but it would be nice to know!
-
He is normal andy. The ultimate M1 killer. He's good in the hands of a good player, but requires good killer base knowledge and map knowledge to be able to work at all.
-
His OE is counterable by identifying spots where he will appear with high probabiliy and by identifying safe gens.
His ranged attack is dodgeable and suffers from certain map structures like any other ranged killer.
His addons are too strong and some minor problems like totem builds need to be adressed, but apart from that hes good.
Do you got arguments or only hate?

Wesker doesn't start every chase directly behind you with a mountain of free information, haste, and a ranged attack.

-
It is centered, but looks weird because the tip of the spear is a little to the right of the middle of the screen.
-
And here i am, having my P100 kate as first full prestige playing since 2016.
Congrats my guy, i never see ricky dicky in my matches.
-
My brother in christ. You get a wesker situation and want to go back to nurse all day?
Jason is a good killer. He really is. But his chase power is severely skill based, his map traversal power has specific spots where he can appear and he suffers from high walled maps like any other ranged killer.
His addons are too strong, i agree, but his basekit is completely fine.
-
Jason is one of the few killers that consistently hands me wins in the event. The spike "cross-hair" is also slightly left to the tip of the spear, so that may throws off your aim a bit.
-
No one likes mending simulator.
And it starts to show, that some people did not play against old legion. This killer is a failed design and they are deliberatly kept low tier to not get another crayon consumer situation.

Unfortunately - they skipped one MidChapter - they won't release MidChapter - they wait for The Judgement Killer - so first time there is not MidChapter between Patches. Sad.
Yeah i know it's sad. But i think that's the only way to fresh up the game.
-
Bro is yappin for two hours just to tell me i'm a ######### killer😭
Generall, agree with everything said tho. Dbd is hard to balance, because of it's unique asymmetric nature. And MMR higher than the softcap is a range from meghead to comp player on both sides.
-
We've fixed weskers collision bugs on tiny objects.
Wesker cannot dash anymore near tiny objects.

The only time they wouldn't swerve was when they were running through a doorway or already committed to an animation. I had one run into shack, go for the window, I pulled up my axe and they veered to the left and mashed their face into the lockers for multiple seconds.
Interesting. Ill have to try with huntress and springtrap.

I'll test again tonight but I ran like 3 games vs only bots last night just testing how some things synergised and every time I pulled up my axe (Springtrap) they would swerve wildly to the left or right, immediately path away from resources. If I went for an orbital they'd immediately just 90 degree turn out of the loop.
It's not busted, but I do wonder.I've played a few matches with jason against bots after his release, but they were pretty predictable for my projectile. Sometimes they just did not dodge tho.
Maybe because spaghetto code jason new?
-
I think it's worth an attempt to rebalance the speed boost and duration. Maybe 75% for a shorter amount. It feels like a long, but slow speedboost rn.
-
I think they do not auto-dodge. At least in my experience
-
They need to to a huge rebalance midchapter changing many perks and addons again. And if it's unbalanced so what? Tweak it after one patch.
-
Not in my experience. I don't think teabagging and hitting on hook or such is annoying. Only stuff that gets done beside the game like post-game chat or steam comments and such.
-
It's not a clear rule.
Open map and easy to spot killer? Don't break plaything.
Indoor map and hard to spot killer? Break it.

Its because castlevania has a lot more characters than silent hill. They wouldnt make 10 legendaries for just trevor. And instead they decided to skip all the legendaries and chop them up into cosplays, skipping allll the female characters from the series from ever being in the game as anything but cosplays. Having a female base survivor would have made it easier for them to not overinflate 1 character to have tons of legendaries, perhaps they didn't want to go the same route as they did with cheryl.
2 examples are resident evil and the walking dead
Oh i see, didn't thought about it that way. You definitly got a point, thanks for explaining!
-
Killers figured out certain killers like legion and buba work well within the event. I've started escaping almost all of my survivor matches and now killers have adapted. I still escape more than in normal soloq, but it has shifted after both sides figured out the event.
-
Less crayon consumers, more hillbilly.

Im not sure what the cheryl/james abomination skin has to do with having 2 seperate survivors lol
I don't understand why it is relevant for two survivors to exists to have skins that represent different genders. Don't legendary skins solve that issue or am i missing some license restriction? Could you explain?
-
I think giving players that havent played at all until the last three days or so 10 cakes for free on each unlocked character could be a nice surprise. Don't tell anyone tho.
-
They have personality. Some of them are megheads, some are GOATS.

You're the one that took it as condescending when I wasn't meaning it to. That is the bad part of talking to people through text. You don't know the tone they are taking when typing. If you perceive it as condescending then I can't change that. All I can say is that I wasn't being condescending. I can't teach you the techs you need to learn over a forum post. You have to figure them out for yourself, join a custom lobby with someone who will show you(I'm perfectly fine with doing that btw), or look up videos on the techs.
What's your favourite flavour of crayon?
-
My go-to is "Sprintburst", "Resurgence", "Dejà Vu", "Five Moves Ahead" and a brown key as my item.
"Resurgence" is just too time-efficient to pass up imo, so i replaced "Bond" with a brown key lately.
Also, "Five Moves Ahead" replaced "Windows of Opportunity" upon it's release.
-
Dracula is not a good killer. He is clunky, has weird hitboxes and is easily outplayed. Jack of all trades, master of none. B-tier at most.
-
@ShanoaLegendaryPlz said:
The castlevania chapter should have had 2 survivors, Simon Belmont, and Shanoa. Which would have allowed for both the male and female characters of the franchise to come in as legendaries much like resident evil
Forgot about Jeryl? Or am i missing something?

people say he needs skill but yall would regret that if cutoff playstyle is meant to be normal. suddenly that'd be toxic and oppressive.
I don't think its inherently an issue that a killer does things the opposite way where they get easy initiations but struggle to end the chase. on the survivor end yeah it's no fun getting hit by a "cheap, easy hit" but this is an asymmetrical game and on my end, it's not fun or really skillful to pre run every killer into God loops and hold checkspots.
Kanekis struggle against those efficient survivors but at least they get some Bloodpoints and turn off their precious Finesse. Guy is just Legion 2. Oppressive against Self Care warriors but struggles when people don't care about being injured.
I just enjoy getting m1 downs while everybody is bloody and moaning (im a Legion main, howd ya know?)and idc if that makes me a bad person.
Pinhead takes 5000x more skill than any other killer and his chase is more oppressive than Ghouls and yet all I get for it is a struggle to secure an injury some days.
The issue with ghoul is, that he has an oüpressive chase power AND a free injure. Prompt stealing, body blocking and formula one pallet vaulting is a thing.

you would have to kill switch a few more maps because of being able to trap the killer happend to be on mid witch on pig and the keeped me there for 3 minites
They trapped me as demo. I was a doggo in a kennel and just gave them the nodders for a few minutes.
