I think it will be a good change, just to shape the meta a bit, it will slow down the game for the Killer and made the Survivors want to actually heal against the Legion.

If killers are AFKing because of BL they should just quit the game. Literally Lithe is almost the same jumping out a window in those maps. There's no problem with Lithe, and there's no problem with BL.
The problem with Balanced Landing was that it gave you bonus even when exhausted, no other perk does this.
And it was broken on some maps, Haddonfield for example, maybe after they fix those maps they could revert or buff Balance Landing again.
Mettle of Man was broken unfair perk, now you must work for it instead of just getting slapped 3 times and then get a free hit.

On paper this would be nice, but I don't think it will be good for balance.

Yes it does, maybe you don't notice it because 6% is just laughable number, combine it with resilience and it is amazing how fast you vault.

I would put Freddy and Hag above Ghost Face tbh, Ghost Face is a pretty good Killer, but very map dependent. (Something like Huntress, but the opposite way)

I think she is still good, not S tier, but still viable, maybe you just did get very bad Nurses or just some mediocre ones.
But imo they should have just rework the addons.

Sometimes I hit every Ruin skill check on the gen and sometimes I'm a potato and blow up the gen to pieces...

I couldn't get the 4th a 5th stack, just because Survivors are potatoes on the PTB, but with Bamboozle and Fire Up with 3 stacks you vault very fast.
It seems like you also vault faster pallets with fire up, but maybe it's just me.

I like his chase music. But one thing that bothers me about it is that the Terror Radius music is too quiet, it's hard to tell if he's close or far away.

Guess that Legion is getting nerfed again, because they don't want to nerf Oni's new best perk so they will nerf Legion or Deep Wounds again, maybe the DWs timer will not go down ever just so you can't exploit it.

Huntress does have the best mori imo, the second killer would be Ghost Face.

I'm using Spine Chill, so almost no stealth killer can surprise me.

Nurse is too low, even when she got nerfed, she is still a strong killer, just not fun to play as imo, I would put her in A tier.
I think Huntress is better than Plague.
Ghost Face is too high, he should be behind Hag.
I agree with everything else.

I'm using Nurses, Surge, BBQ and Ruin, sometimes I switch Surge for Enduring.

I have the similar issue, sometimes it just gives me an error and returns me to the menu screen.

No reasoning or facts I want it nerfed, also I always see pallets and windows at low ranks I want those nerfed to.
I see Killers in every rank, I want them to be removed.

I like this perk, but maybe it shouldn't be an obsession perk, make it heal you after being rescued from the hook, because you could just bypass the exposed status effect.
