I don't even care about the firecrackers themselves, I just think survivors need something new. I've been gravitating towards killer because survivor just feels so formulaic to me

Bloody Murder
Freddy with the purple block add on (Z block or burned block or something) and any second add on.
For perks, take Sloppy Butcher and Bloodhound. If you want to be anti healing, take Nurse's Calling and Thanatophobia or Moniter and Abuse. If you want to slug, Deerstalker and Knockout or Hex: The Third Seal.

Tough choice between Freddy and The Nurse, but I went with the former because he's more well rounded than The Nurse. The Nurse does one thing extraordinary well: stop looping. That's all she has though, no info, no slow down, and comparitively little map pressure. Freddy, on the other hand, is great at everything, but not amazing at anything. Dream snares/pallets counter looping. Strategically placed snares can give you info. Going to find alarm clocks provides a little slow down. And dream projection gives good map pressure. Also, Freddy isn't so map dependent. Nurse on The Game... *shudders*

I agree that the BP caps are arbitrary and pointless. And the emblems definitely need work. Overall I think the scoring system needs some tweaks.

Yeah, especially since you already see survivors fighting back in mori animations, like Nurse or Myers for example

It's possible, of course, that it's something more subtle than that, and this is just the obvious interpretation. But I think it's a pretty cool idea, and hopefully this will be a regular thing in future Tomes - hiding a teaser for a future chapter in the lore for the last level.

My biggest complaint is the verticality. As survivor, I can hear a strong heartbeat and I don't know if the killer is right on top of me or just literally right on top of me. And as killer, lots of distance dependent perks (like BBQ, Devour Hope, and Make Your Choice) are much harder to use. I like maps with some verticality, like Badham or Hawkins, but The Game just messes with so much stuff.

It usually isn't a problem for me, but when it annoys me it REALLY annoys me. I wouldn't want to scrap it entirely, but I think if you disable it it should totally stay disabled between sessions.

Yeah, I think for a lot of people they just don't like doing gens. It's relatively unrewarding point-wise, unlike healing and unhooking, and isn't nearly as exciting as being chased.
