Thinking on it, a possible way to make people try and suicide on hook less or make it less disappointing to be dead on first hook could be gaining points for hang-time. Maybe each phase could provide 1K survival bloodpoints (on top of struggle points), making killing yourself quickly less considered. What? If you have a Charm that has multiple versions of the same design, they'll be grouped up into one Charm option, and once equipped, it'll then let you change which version you want equipped. Hi new player here, I just got into playing killer and I thought going around generator to generator was fine, since most of the time one was ever working on them when I got there. And even when I hooked people I would walk away into the map for a good 15-30 seconds before checking back to see if anyone was going over there. I like the idea of the rift as is, good execution so far. But... it feels a little unsatisfying when I unlock a very well predicted cosmetic. Should some cosmetics (not charms, those would be disappointing) be hidden? It's hard enough being a new player, but explain to me the reasoning behind this kind of a matchmaking setup. I consider myself okay as a level 15 killer using a level 10 Freddy, but the game must think I'm a pro since it decided to pit me against survivors that weren't even double digits and had max perks with ultra-rare add-ons. So I have started to really enjoy having some kind of aura perk for my teammates, although seeing how little they do sometimes is frustrating... that’s a whole other topic. ATM Kindred is my favorite, seeing which direction the killer heads after the hook is good info. Killers really shouldn't be able to see survivors' names in pre-game lobby. Some killers love to get their sick kicks by tunnelling/mori-ing survivors whom they've played against before.... and it's really disgusting and unfair. I played a game yesterday where a Spirit recognized one of my teammates and took a mori.... my teammate asked them why they used it and they responded very nastily. So last night I had a game on Legion (literally my second(?) game, had only one perk and no addons) last night against a SWF that was just steamrolling me. I figured I had to try something, so when there were four gens left, I kinda "herded" them to the most distant one and then didn't chase them off of it, leaving three extremely defensible gens remaining. It is clear as day that this patch is.... Eh, pretty bad for Survivors. The map changes were necessary but not the deadzones. Hooks are even more viable due to how open the maps are with zero structure for defense. How do we work around this guys? Turned a 1K into a 3K thanks to bloodwarden and green mori. I was oni and I was against Meg, Tapp, Jane and Ace. Meg was weakest of team. I put her in the basement. I knew the others were around so I patroled the area before leaving to check gens. No one came to save until the struggle phase. Caught Tapp trying to save Meg and grabbed him.
