So it's an OK perk but It's not viable like some perks like Alert or Sprint Burst. My idea to buff this to make it a good perk is to remove the cooldown on tier 3. Something similar happened to Alert and it's not overpowered right now but It's certainly not trash anymore. I think Quick and Quiet would become a great mindgame perk and would become viable. NOED is a contentious perk because it rewards killers for playing bad, the only counter argument is that the survivors should have gotten all the totems. If getting totems is meant to be an actual objective and the balance of NOED is based on survivors destroying totems, make destroying totems count towards objective emblem and show how many are left on the map (same as gens). I was playing Hag on console just recently and I noticed, whenever someone tripped a trap it would just give off your normal explosions noise from far away, rather than the Hag "gottcha" screetch. Was this intended? This used to be a audio cue i used to face my traps but now they sound like everything else and its really annoying during a chase where I'm preassuring multiple people. Sell them for cells during the event, and let us grind a couple for free, but after that, remove them from the store. Was wondering how long it might be? It's really bad right now. If I play without high end headphones (stock speakers) it's unnoticable, but I won't get subtle surround sound cues as I would with surround sound. We all know hex totems spawn sometime in the most obvious places. And most killers have hard time of protecting their totems. So I came up with this idea. Totems are now hidden in a box, something like the chest. And the only way to reveal the totem you have to break the box. Well it goes without saying that the motion blur is awful, but what makes it even worse is that it is nearly impossible to see through the corn because of it. And what map is full of corn? Rotten Fields. It's actually cancer inducing to play Legion on that map, or probably any short killer. I just waited over half an hour to fill a lobby at rank 2. One person was AFK when the game began, another tried to ######### me over with a purple flashlight, failed, and then disconnected. We all agree that this character is still pretty weak because he has a lot of trouble ending chases. Devs allready said they dont want to buff his movement speed to 115% and people still think thats the only way he could be viable. But there is another way to end chases sooner without being too overpowered and this change would also add some mind game to fight and play this character. What if legion could bring someone down with a normal hit with exposed. But his power could bring someone down in two hits with exposed. This means can't chain your exposed like what would be fun with chaining noed. But it at least makes your exposed perks viable cause still getting that stun. Ok, so i played 5 games yesterday in 3 games o hit a survivor with borrowed time, but the bleedout timer was orange and it didnt reduces while i was chasing the survivor. Just had a match in which after I died the killer told me the hatch was right under me (I was in a locker on a pier in the Swamp), but I couldn't hear it at all .
