Just asking because about 4/5 players in my games don't. I personally think they were an incredibly stupid addition on the survivor-side. No one can even tell which charm someone has because of how everyone is running around and how they don't even display in SWF lobbies. Killer charms are okay, imo. Nothing special. So it's been confirmed some time ago by the devs and in-game testing that Add-on order matters. Which actually was quite a big deal, old syringe reduced charges by 50%, so if you had the old Brown Medkit, Gel Dressings 1st slot and Syringe 2nd, you would have 9 charges, but old Brown Medkit, Syringe 1st slot and Gel Dressing 2nd slot gave you 14 charges. I’ve gotten all of Bill’s teachable perks from the shrine over time, and it showed up for most of my survivors. But I just bought Jane last week, and I’ve been spending BPs (around 2.5 million BPs) upgrading her so I can get all the perks for her. There is a bug with Laurie where if you put her prestiged chest with a non prestige head, her lower neck area still has blood. I was trying out cosmetics and I tried to do her Feathered Gold-Brown hair, prestiged chest and flower power skirt. So with this ugly as sin forced FX AA debacle, not to let the devs off the hook but to help out fellow players blessed with the gift of sight in their time of need. Have you tried Reshade? Its not perfect but its a hell of a lot better then dealing with that blurry mess. You have to swipe screen from side to side multiple times like crazy for him to turn just a bit. So the end game collapse was made to prevent the game from being held hostage by the survivors and to add pressure to gates. I agree with this to many survivors took advantage of this. The biggest reason being because you can't swing your weapon and turn your vision at the same time while playing killer.
