i bought auric cells and i didn't receive them yet its been 24 hour!!

    you should have them instantly, did you make sure the money was actually transferred? as in that you actually paid?

    If you did you should open a support ticket rather then post about it here.

    Maybe it's an issue with your credit card? Did the purchase go through? Maybe you should see if there's something up with your credit card.

    No there is no issues i got the pay msg from ps network

    As it's on PS4 - can you please try going back into the store to see if this forces the cell pack to go through?

    Failing that, you would need to contact Sony Support directly as it's their end that deals with the purchasing of the packs.
