Matchmaking
I have played this game for over 2 years on ps4 and can say that this game has never been worse. Since you have made it obvious that you have no intention on fixing the matchmaking problem than I demand a refund for the game as well as all DLCs.

Hey. If you want a refund, you have to message Sony, but considering you have had the game for over 2 years, it is unlikely you will receive one. https://support.playstation.com/s/article/Requesting-a-Refund?language=en_US You can read here more.
