  • When I began playing dbd (2 weeks ago) I was so stressed out as survivor. Hearing heartbreat indicator made my heart race, not to even mention getting chased.

    At that time I also bought resident evil 2 remake, alien isolation, resident evil 7 (I'm no survival horror player), and started playing those games when I didn't want to play dbd.

    Dbd chases stopped scaring me, and I started to like survival horror games.

    I think you'll have to. I can't excactly tell you because my active ability key is tied to a different button.

    But I couldn't imagine it really working out well if it works. Imagine pressing E to dead hard but at the same time looking into another direction, you'll probably dead hard somewhere you didn't wanted to.

    I just found out there are different controls category to killers and survivors, so I guess imma have to check it today playing billy

    I guess mouse will always have priority if it comes to camera turning, but with the option you basically add Q and E to your camera movement.

    So probably when I will be playing survivor, I will have to change it to be able to use dead hard, right?

  • Thanks for all the answers guys. You've answered my questions. I think I will give this game a try. Even if I will exceed 2 hours gametime to refund it, I don't think 6$ is a super wasted money :)

    Do you think getting any dlc is necessary(for perks or killers/survivors) or am I good to go with base game?
