Every killer since artist (and maybe wesker) has been too safely designed. Nurse is still in the game and it's not like she makes DBD unplayable. Why not a killer that can mind control or something? BHVR kinda almost had it with Knight design, but dropped the ball hard because he could only use them defensively, which completely ruined him. Not sure if you already have this planned out, but I feel like it would be cool if every year you would organize an in-game Pride-themed event, to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community. Which would involve Pride-themed cosmetics. Aside from a few Pride charms, I believe we don't have any cosmetics in the game that are Pride-themed. i am really wondering whats happening since monday evening... i went from normal groups where i could actually do something as killer (not meaning 4k's) 1 - 3ks to well lets say tremendiously better players almost overnight? I don't even understand what I'm doing wrong I play all the time yet I just hover in rank 9 or rank 8. I know people who only played for a few months or a year yet they magically can maintain a Red rank as survivor. I'm a devotion 7 almost a 8 so it's not like I'm not playing enough. I think the idea of losing a pip due to a survivor instantly disconnecting or killing themselves because they got downed too quickly especially when they is 5 gens left is ridiculous and absurd or they just crashed/internet issues. It puts the whole remaining team at a disadvantage which essentially is a free win for the killer. I decided one day I wanted to play and I went to play survivor and I saw that I was on Dwight even though that I last played Kate so I go to check and I see that Kate is locked away. You know those addons on killers which give some kind of "tutorial" for them? The Chipped Monocle for the Blight, Plaid Flannel for the Nurse, etc... Why not make them basekit, and have there be an option to turn it off? There's no need to have it be an addon. There needs to be some sort of way to be able to try out a killer before you actually buy them and I think custom matches are the best way to go through it. Reading their power description can give you an idea, but actually knowing how it works and what you're dealing with can help in making an informed purchase. Prestige 100 is a pretty difficult thing to reach, however, the rewards for reaching P100 are simple just an emblem by your name changing to look similar to that of a Bloodpoint (or Bloodgem?, who knows really). Even though I do not have P100 on any of my character, I think it would be neat if characters had some sort of physical cosmetic reward(s) for reaching P100. Should Oni’s blood orb mechanic be countered by no mither? The perk itself states “you don’t leave pools of blood”. Personally, I think it should prevent the blood orbs. I'm a Pig main ever since i started playing dbd (Saw fan) but i question myself so many times. Do any of you experienced killers still main M1 killers (Trapper, Pig, Sadako etc.) or have shifted to anti-loop killers? I'll get straight to point. I think you guys need to seriously consider redoing how hexes work for killers in dead by daylight. I say this mainly because in it's current state I think hexes are useless. Great hex, but does not last long at all even with hex undying. Literally. Will the Tools of Torment chapter let ALL survivors heal sooner after finishing the unhook action, or just bots? As survivor, in the live version, I have to wait 1 or 2 seconds before I can heal someone I just unhooked. I was playing a game of killer when I got stuck inside a pallet, and after a few minutes got randomly teleported out of it. I couldn't break it or use my power, I could only swing my weapon. After being teleported out of it everything went back to normal. When loaded into the match a prompt to close game pops up on its own, after hitting "cancel" the game proceeds to still close on its own about 5 seconds later. My friend is having the same issue. We're both running the game off the xbox app on pc. I tested to see if this would still happen in the practice modes but this only happens online, no problems with my connection or computer either. The last chapter and the upcoming chapter are disasters and the community is very unhappy. Knight is a killer that has a power that promotes holding 3 gens, the same goes for the skull merchant. Both are boring to play as and against. And this is a huge problem for DBD. If they keep pumping out bad chapters this game is going to die soon.
