I find Pinhead's chain ability kinda underwhelming The possessed chain is easy to dodge and kinda hard to control. As there is no difference in the obtainable offerings for each different survivor/killer why can't we have cross character offerings. Of course by this i mean cross killer and cross survivor. I know for veteran players they have hundreds of offerings on each character but for casual players like myself i find im always running out of certain offerings. Could the devs please inform us whether this year's anniversary event will have offerings like anniversary cakes (that basically add +100% exp to every player in a match) or not? I've been doing *a lot* of grinding, and saving tome challenges, doubled dailies & iridescent shards for discounted perks in the Shrine, all for the bloodwebs with anniversary cakes! Dead Hard-No i-frames but gives you distance(Getting distance is a constant theme in exhaustion perks) NOED-still a hex perk that can be broken, but you gain a token for each different survivor hooked for a total of 4. when the last gen pops every exposed down you get takes a token away. Hello everyone, recently it came to my knowledge that there is still a cheat that grants the player access to all character/cosmetic dlcs and also enables every perk at tier III for all survivors and killers. I know because an aquaintance of mine did it (without having hacking skills, in other words is something you just download) and I stopped playing with him for this reason. Recently got back into teh game after having not played since last july. Been struggling with the new matchmaking and getting games against survivors that aren't significantly better at the game than I am. Every game I've done half well at someone DCs on death hook, usually the first one to die. I don't tunnel them or camp I chase, hook, got to the other side of the map to patrol gens. Has anyone else been getting crashes since the last big chunk update? past 3 days I've gotten two a day in barely more matches than crashes and after the second I give up. arguing with a friend I reinstalled windows and my drivers to no change. What is everyone's thoughts on farming? As a survivor, I appreciate the break from usual sweaty games. I don't main killer, I suck at it and it stresses me out when I try too hard lol. So I was perma banned by EAC on the 17th(two days ago). PERMANENTLY BANNED. I knew it had to be a mistake because I've never cheated in 3k hours! Dredge has a far superior teleporting ability, along with a passive ability and add-ons that help it be even stronger. No preset up needed, it’s essentially map wide, survivors can’t deny it (they can barely slow it down). Aside from achievements, dailies, and nostalgia, there’s basically going to be no reason to play Freddy or Demo anymore. Sad. On the plus side other perks are getting buffed and making them a lot more useful which is great but still doesn't solve the BASE GAME MECHANICS. I get you have self care and iron will and all that but Deja vu is a great perk because it helps with gen locations and is a perk designed to stop a three gen problem I don't know why it's extremely unused think about it's useful for solo ques for beginners and to help you figure out which gens could cause a three gen to happen so target one of them. Wouldn’t it be cool if we could just go to our loadout and go “right imma use my power build” and with a click of a button automatically equip your whole build? I honestly think this would be really convenient because players obviously have more then one build so why not have pre selected builds ready to grab and go. So to my understanding, each level of prestige on that character will give their teachable perks to every other character on tier depending on your prestige (aka prestige 3 gives you tier 3 perks on everyone, including new characters), right? Since call of duty was kinda the first game that introduced this mechanic it has been always used as a "reset your progress to gain bragging material". Dbd is not the first game that also copied prestige system. It has been always known for that, since dbd also took it 1 by 1 and NOW is changing it to help out the grinding which is nice and all the devs should then rename it to something else. So sure, all the stuff that was covered for the 6th Anniversary sounds fine but… as a survivor main it sure appears to me that nothing was done to address the major issue with the game: Namely that it is balanced for Killer vs 4 man SWF thus making Solo play terrible.
