Just had a match where the killer left the game, and it counted as a disconnect for me. The killer had the Disconnect symbol next to his name, and the game was working fine until that point. Look at this image. This is a screenshot of the scoreboard of a match I finished less than 5 minutes ago. Look at that HORRENDOUS rank difference! I would not be surprised if that game was one of the first times that Plague had played killer EVER. Red ranks should not be matched with a rank 20. Purple ranks should not be matched with a rank 20. I have yet to play as the new Doctor, and he's kind of annoying to go against, but he nontheless looks fun to play as! I saw someone using the distressing + unnerving presence combo and it looked wild. Whispers, overcharge and pgtw seem solid on him. The way he can also shut down pallets looked really nice. It's hard for me to fathom really, I see people say wraith, pig, gf get looped into oblivion but I feel they only ever go against bad stealth killer if that's the case, I personally play pig and wraith avidly and they are much stronger than people set them out to be. I haven't done it personally myself i never disconnected much myself anyways but how bad is it, from what i understood from reading the news page it gets worse and worse if you keep doing it, does that mean just more time you have to wait before you can play again? If my fellow teammate has told me OR given me the sign that they are on the hatch and our odds of escaping are slim and the killer wants to be sweaty for the 4K. “Thou shall DC for others to get hatch!” I’ve always DCed to give someone the hatch as I don’t care and I don’t mind sacrificing my BPs so that some else can get out. If the killer body blocks a survivor such that the survivor cannot move at all call it SOFT LOCKING . This is a term used in other games to describe a situation where the player is stuck indefinitely in one place and the only way to get out of it is to quit the game (see Mario Maker) . Question for devs mainly, but everyone's opinion is welcome. What about to make non ranked list to feel less annoying about losing and so on? Hi I just played a match where I personally destroyed 1 lit totem which was haunted grounds. Then I destroyed 3 dull totems. However the last totem should have been lit already as the second haunted grounds but when the last gen completed noed still went off. You got no one. Doors are open and the survivors have no intention to leave but instead want you to get tbagged. One of them makes a mistake and you can get a hook out of it. you leave the hook and he gets rescued immediately. They go to the exit gates but cant leave because bloodwarden is active. I always like to look at the flip side of the situation and hear what the people have to say. I'm on PS4 currently,mid ranks. Pretty much funneling survivors into you for 3 minutes is pretty strong. Mixing this with new ruin may lead to a quick game all together. Besides her hook screams, I feel like her voice actress put a ton of work into sounding realistic (unlike Feng and some others) and I'm upset that they just discarded it.While playing her, it actually sounded like she was getting hit and in pain. Which is favored more, indoor or outdoor maps? Also your reasons why. My favorite types of maps are the indoor maps. The Game, Lery’s, and Hawkin’s. My reasons why are because they are just more interesting to me, as well as feeling more stressful as survivor. I'd love some more survivor variety in terms of items. One of the chief complaints is that generators get done too fast and people think NOED is toxic, although I disagree with NOED being toxic. Why don't people use bitter murmurs as a way to see where the survivors are? I've been a survivor main for a long time and am still pretty new to playing killer, and it seems like a useful perk when gens are being done so quickly. Zanshin tactics is insane on doctor, it really allows the doctor to gets his shocks in right on time and know where a pallet specifically is at a loop so you can get ready to shock them at the right moment. I know there are some broken ways to unhook by abusing a DS and BT combo so two people can guarantee getting each other off the hook. It only works once but it works every time (as long as there isn't a chainsaw/t3 Myers.) But everyone mentions "Hook-Tech". Is the above thing the hook tech? If not, what is it? ...or at least the option to ######### on the hook. I realize this would be frustrating for late-game hatch escapes for survivors but I'm really annoyed by the number of people that are "DCing" by just killing themselves on the hook now. Maybe you guys have already looked into it or maybe i'm just complaining over nothing. But I do like using corrupt intervention. However, there are too many times where my spawn location sort of makes it less ideal. I know it blocks the 3 furthest gens away from your spawn. Most times this works well. your probably aware the the dip in the map next to the gas station's window not letting you fast vault and putting you under the ground a bit, but I also noticed that there was quite a few cosmetic tears in the rest of the map tiles as well, spaces in which I could see beneath the map, gaps if you will.
