I want Sweeny Todd to be a killer
This may sound weird because 1, in his movie he dies, 2, his movie is more thriller than horror, and 3, it's a musical. But despite all this I think he would be a great killer, he could be called The Barbor, his power could be each person he sacrifices or kills gives him in order these buffs, 1st sac. Longer lunges, 2nd sac. More Speed, 3rd sac. NoED ability if the gates are open(Can be avoided via Hex Totem). He could have perks like Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pies, where each person he kills makes one of the others slower. Lucy's spirit, each time a generator is completed you see your obsession for five seconds, no matter where they are. The Blade, every kill you get has a 10% chance to get the NoED effect early(Not avoidable via Hex Totem). And the last thing I think they should give him is his Mori could be Sweeny grabbing them, shoving them in a chair that the entity summons, having the entity trap them in the chair, and Sweeny Todd could slit their throat where the entity would then drag them underground.
