Played some matches, and most maps (Especially MacMillan Estate) are still broken. I had survivors on that map looping around the tallest objects possible with no grunts or footsteps, making it both frustrating and impossible to track them. Seriously, thank you for the hotfix. I appreciate all the bug fixes and I really like the new balance of cages! But I wish we had some optimization with the hotfix aswell :/ There are no ingame settings and I really thought we would get them with the last stream announcment... Honestly, this is a good change and shows that the Devs listen to the community. Being able to see cage auras and immediately book it to try to camp for an early kill wasn’t very fair to Survivors and felt awful to play against.12 comments 191 views last activity

Was watching trues stream when he talks about the ph nerf. Personally i don't really see it as a bad thing i send the survivors to the cage and keep applying pressure elsewhere. But there were some killers who would just body block the cage or tunnel survivors out of it because of no ds or bt. In the dev post about matchmaking, the word "fairness" is thrown around a lot. And yet, SWF is not mentioned even once. If an MMR system is introduced, obviously 4-man SWF teams will be the highest MMR because they have inherent advantages that solo players do not. Is this not seen as a problem? When a Gen is finished. A Grace Period should start for like 2 minutes where no generator can be worked on. Before you say, oh that is so wrong and busted and will make the killer OP. As an enourmous fan of SH2 the style of gameplay a lot of the worse (yet somehow still red rank) gameplay other killers were using cosistently with PH was making me play survivor less and less after his release and start to despise the character. Something I've been wondering for a while: Why does Zanshin Tactics have a 30 second cooldown while Windows Of Opportunity has a 20 second cooldown? So I find hillbilly a fun and aggravating killer, as the game states he IS easy but only to learn the basics. Now I actually lice billy he is really cool, but he is REALLY easy to bully and because of that is why he has a high skill cap. my point is that for a perk to be used by a large mass of players, and to become meta, it needs to be better than the perks that are already considered strong. Why would you change your build when you can simply use DS, BT, DH, etc that dont have a lot of requirements? I start to tilt a lot playing this game with no footstep sounds. Almost every game i lose people in chase because they magically vanish and i cant tell where they go cuz the sounds are non-existent and scratchmarks can be misleading. Hey all , I might placed the topic wrong but i have a suggestion which sounds fun imo. Maybe it could be like a weekly/weekend event. Hardcore mode where survivors nor killer have any perks. Chests etc stay in game. On the PS4 there has been a Freddy that runs all the slow builds. Sloppy, bbq, ruin, and thana. His add-ons outdoor rope and swing chains. It was terrible gaming experience my teammates were getting camped first hook we couldn't gen rush because of his add-ons. And he also brought an Ebony Mori so he would've tunneled the hooked person. I have been having success with this build: BBQ for information and where to go after I hook someone. Corrupt to secure generators at the start. Pop synergises well with the all seeing generator add-on and helps me prevent gen rush. Sloppy butcher, so I can hit and run and slow the game down. Last night for a few hours me and a friend played some survivor matches. I'm a rank 4 and he's a rank 7. But for the duration of the 3 hours of DBD that we played, we didn't come across a single killer below the rank of 12. My ping is always 15-30 and when i play killer i cant just hit the survivor most of the time. even if im 100% sure i will get the hit before the survivors get to the pallet.. but nope.
