For Legion, I'd definitely get Julie's Party Crasher Skin (best skin in the game by far). In terms of a build, try Corrupt Intervention, Pop Goes The Weasel, Thanatophobia, and Discordance.
For Huntress, put a crosshair on your screen so you can actually aim. The perks I like running are Corrupt Intervention, Nurse's Calling, BBQ, and Shadowborn.

Now, before you get the wrong idea, I'm not saying that it's okay to camp, tunnel, BM, and do whatever else might tickle the fancy if the most toxic of players. But survivors rarely play by the killer rulebook, so if it's the right play and you need map pressure, feel free to punish a farm. Stay near the hook and 2 borderline-completed gens. If there's 2 people there, slug the weak link and chase the other.
As for Plague, the best tip I can give is GET USED TO ROBBED HITS. I don't know how much you'll have to deal with this in the future, but right now you will get robbed and you will get robbed hard. Pretend that you need to have her purge hit them for about half a second and you should do okay. Also, feel free to use your free fountain whenever, there's really no right time to consume it. And you can infect hooked survivors by aiming at their knees.
Edit: I should clarify, that last part I actually haven't had the chance to check recently, since I've not been hooking uninfected survivors, but I do remember infecting hooked people shortly after the hooked-hitbox thing.

I really like the following build on nurse..
Shadowborn
Bbq
Pop
Agitation
Remember nurse requires alot of time but if you spend time on her I am sure you will reap the rewards.

that's a pretty decent build ! I will say that I really recommend moving away from noed . while it is a fun perk there are so many other perks that can aid you during the match . might I ask what killers you have ?

- only use his power when you are near a survivor and they are in sight otherwise you're wasting it
- be patient when hitting with feral frenzy, it's easy to get juked with it and miss!
- when you do stab a survivor with it , if you dont see any survivors near with killer instinct cancel your power!! down the guy you just stabbed
-Never stab a survivor twice with FF(unless they're going for a unhook)
-if a survivor hops in a locker while you're in FF and chasing them pull them out!
-a good build that I find to work well is pop,thana,corrupt,and thrilling tremors!
Last but not least have fun! I'm sure there will be some people that comment "yeah here's a tip, dont play nurse or legion KEKW" legion is a pretty fun killer to play once you get better . he is definitely an underrated killer. GL!

Thana is definitely a must perk as you will be keep people injured easily and if they heal it wastes a lot of time so my current build is thana bbq pop enduring but the other three mostly enduring are up to you

No let me explain.
I play Legion alot, and I receive ALOT of criticism for the build I use. I didn't mean that you are one for playing with certain perks, I don't think anyone is unless they play with the intent of being toxic, but many do consider this build toxic.
when i play survivor i run (adrenaline, DS, deadhard, borrowed time) and i + the killer usually end up having fun. i never am toxic in endgame chat, all i ever say is "ggwp"
and people DO consider it toxic. but a handful of people in the dbd community will consider anything toxic if it doesnt favor them

For Fred: discordance + pop + bbq + whatever 4th slot you want.
Add ons are kind of whatever obviously the ropes and chain are good for further gen slowdown
