EW3 should play the halloween theme throughout and he should have a map wide terror radius. His instant kill should be base kit for people who have been hooked twice (less with addons). When blood warden active and you get someone down near to escape line, you cant pick them up. They cant escape but also you cant pick them up. That happened many times to me. When a survivor immediately opens the exit gates and leaves. Essentially screwing over the rest of the team. Had a rank 1 do this....a rank 1! I would expect that from new survivors but come on! He essentially got me killed cause I was nowhere near the exit gates and got caught. Ugh. Edit: Due to some comments by all means you’re allowed to be selfish and a dickweasel to the other survivors. I've seen quite a few people suggesting that he should be able to pull hooked survivors over pallets, and honestly I don't think that's a good idea. As I've said in other discussions, pallets are one of the only defenses a survivor has against a competent Deathslinger, and even pallets aren't that safe. I honestly thought I had it down, but I went against a good blight player twice in a row and I was having more trouble than I would have thought. Kinda silly since I am always giving out tips to go against any killer lol. So I know I should be running behind objects whenever I can, but the Blight just slams really quickly to the point where I can't catch up. God playing blight after this update and literally sliding off half the objects you walk into is just awful. I just loaded into a game on console as survivor and my frames drop horribly. Then when I started to walk I was going insanely fast. After walking around a while I decided it wasn't fair for me to have an advantage like that and I let the killer kill me on hook. So was it a glitch? Who though this would be a good idea? Maps are full of walls and structures to hide behind during a chase. This new killer is slow and depleting laceration meter extends chases a lot. I wanted to start this by saying that I personally am a bit concerned about the fate of the 5th Anniversary Event. The Devs said several months ago that they would take some efforts away from smaller events like summer events, lunar new year, etc. in favor of the Halloween and Anniversary events. The survivors used to take the game hostage once all the gens were done, so the devs introduced End Game Countdown. All that did was make the survivors take the game hostage by refusing to finish the last gen. This is why the condition should not be so static or concrete. Ok I really need to let this out because this really made me mad. So, I went to q in as killer and one of the survivors burnt a Haddonfield offering with two Object of Obsessions. Keep in mind that I was playing Trickster because I just wanted to try him out on live for the first few times as terrible as he is. Like I try, I really do... I take breaks from the game I come back every now and then to play solo survivor and try to be a nice survivor, no teabagging, no taunting, no flashlight flickering, not looping killers for 3+ gens, and I play a solo que match with an iri head huntress on Midwich and god knows her “hatchets” are the size of a bus. ... based on which rank the survivors are? I understand that the skill check size for newbies should be big, but why not decrease the size on higher ranks? And why are there no skill checks for totems? Or harder ones for hex totems? The totem placement in some maps are just horrible, so at least give the killer a notification via a failed skill check. A pipe dream is something that is very unlikely to happen but I'll broaden it to include stuff that you wouldn't expect to happen for a year or longer, if ever. Mine? A map rework (the item). Make them track more things, like other survivors, and allow you to mark objects of interest so other survivors can see its aura for a certain amount of time (for instance a gen, the hatch, or a totem).
