Why does dead by daylight always take an eternity to download? It takes so long every time it is just annoying. I have this issue every time. It is not my PC being bad. I downloaded Hitman World of Assassinations recently and installing the whole game (66 GB) took less time than switching from DBD main to PTB. I've been playing a whole lotta knight, he's pretty much my 2nd main after Sadako… these changes are just nonsensical, I'm sorry. The whole problem is survivors can make you feel like you have no power at all with the standard grabbing, they cut down hunts in half. And now you're making it spawn quicker??? These 2 addons should have been reworked a long time ago. they are extremely problematic and promote hardcore tunneling. Devs you never played your own game do you? Purple are used more because it's Clown's CHASE TOOL! You NEED MULTIPLES of it to injure and down survivors in loops, and slow down is just better than speed up in most cases. Whereas Yellow bottles are use mainly for mobility, just to get around the map faster. 1/2 bottles are already enough. I really like the concept of these perks but we can all admit that it’s too risky to run for the reward given. I think that’s as a buff to these perks, maybe instead of being broken permanently, it lasted for a limited time. I think 2 minutes is perfect. Now that items don' t lose charges anymore how about giving survivors 180 seconds of exhaustion when they pick their own item back up? And if they are injured they are also inflicted with broken for the same duration? If a teammate picks the item up nothing happens. Just an idea. Hello people of the Fog, I would like to tell my frustraition with The Ghoul. He is very fast, auto-lock attacks from big distance, can damage you behind objects or sometimes walls and he can use his power to ignore pallet you just drop. Does The Clown have the ability to short dash while doing a basic attack? Can he do that multiple times? I was in a recent match against The Clown and noticed some strange behavior. He was only using his pink gas (Afterpiece Tonic) — not the yellow speed gas (Afterpiece Antidote). This is the 5th day of this event we've had major outages. This is unacceptable. The final masquerade and 5/21 days the servers are not functional? Issues range from players unable to load into the game, automatically disabling crossplay, preventing players from accessing its store, queueing for a match, or even staying into the lobby it pairs them. It might be the event, it might be the invisible Springtraps from a patch ago, it might be killers who are undetectable as part of their kit, it might be myriad of perks that rend killers undetectable with no setup beyond doing what they would already be doing in the first place but I’m finding terror radius to be working against me far more than it works for me in my recent survivor matches. With 9.1 they are nerfing clowns hinder bottles but buffing haste bottles Strength, duration and activation time with this I'm expecting clowns to use yellow bottles more often along with using haste builds. Steam's in-game FPS counter consistently says that I am stuck at a maximum of 60 FPS at all times, which doesn't make sense since I have the cap set to 120 in the graphics menu. I've tried manually setting it inside the config folder in both the GameUserSettings and the Engine .ini files but neither have worked for me. Does any one else think it would be hella to have a dedicated walk key as killer? If you don't know most killers have walking animations for when you don't move at full speed but if you play on controller you can't deliberately play these animations. I think it would be cool if there were a limited series where each season was about an original dead by daylight killer before they are taken by the entity. Something in the ballpark of the Fear Street series on Netflix. One season could be Trapper. One season could be Legion. Either that, or let killer see when a gen has Blastmine on it. Why are survivors able to tell when something was put on a gen but not the killer? Blastmine legit puts a flashbang with some smoke coming out of it on top of the gen, but only the survivors get to see it. Why? It's right f###### there! Just let us ALL see it! Why did you have to touch the Executioner and the Clown? The Executioner was at an average level, moderately strong, but long to implement. You take away the speed of the M2 ability and half-kill the meaning of his cage, equating it to a hook...
