I know we, rightfully, talk about the meta needing changed as it’s boring to face. For the last few days tho, every single match has been proxy for free hits and hook trades. I know that it may be overturned but today has been hard tunnel hell on live. I played 8 matches today and 7 of them the killer hard tunneled me out. I did my job and ran them enough to insure all 7 only got 1k. Each of the 7 killers counted out bt, luckily I made it to a pallet or window even tho at no point did any of my savers have bt. On both killer/survivor sides, so many of you are not playing efficiently for bp gains. killers are trying their hardest for quickest 4ks, and survivors are rushing gens without engaging the killer/unhooking/cleansing totems. play how you want, of course, but it’s so frustrating to see 3k games on survivor side and under 25k bp on killer side. So it dawned on me that if I want my standard builds for all new characters I need to prestige certain characters regardless if I want to prestige them or not(or wait for the new shrine). Note that some of these perks may get completely changed so it is a risk to prestige for a perk that may not be something you want to use anymore. I know it's just meant to be grunt sounds but I was a macmillan map and a Laurie did not make a single sound. No breathing, no footsteps.. nothing. And she knew how to use it to her best ability. So I have been noting for a while m the amount of wreckers yard I get on either side. It seems extremely rare for me to get this map, 3 times in 3 weeks specifically. twice as survivor against Blight mains(hug techs and all) and once with my Trickster. i love this map as Trickster and my m1 faves but it’s so rare to ever get it. I've played a bunch of legion since their buff and I gotta say.... they went from bottom tier to maybe ok. Even with his best add ons, the teams I'm going against know exactly what to do. The only time I've ever destroyed teams were from major mistakes on the survivor side of things. I've also completely stopped going agaisnt them as survivor by like day 3. When I play Trickster, not every time or every day but I average about 1 dc every other match. I honestly dont get it because when I switch to Huntress.... I literally perform 100000x better as she can do everything Trickster can do but better.. and I don't get nearly as many dcs. Is it an aesthetic thing? Played a bit on my switch today as it’s the place I have the most hours in. I switched to pc and oh how I miss all the perks I have on all the characters. When I first start playing killer, the survivor I hated the most were Dwelfs cause they seemed to be the most toxic and irritating to a killer that had a few hours into the game. Doing my Plague challenge, and the most frustrating part is getting squads that choose when and where to cleanse. They have way too much control over Plagues power and one minor buff of Plague being fully able to call upon her power at will in any location would be ideal. Based on the Q&A, 1 kill ups your MMR as killer… which is ridiculous and super easy for even super inexperienced killers to climb. This post is not at all me bragging about my MMR. In fact, I'm fairly terrible as killer. I rarely play killer with under 100 hours in killer. I tend to just do dailies and dip out. The last week, I have gotten nothing but survivors with 1000k hours or more. Some swfs, some solo but nonetheless survivors that could 5 gen run me. I have come across maybe 2 Spirits this month. The frequent killers I go against is Blight, Wraith and Nurse... in that order. I was so happy to go against a Trapper today for some variety only for him to get demolished by my team. If it's not those 3, it's usually a zoning/anti-loop killer Pyramid Head, Deathslinger and sometimes Nemesis. Totally anecdotal of course, but everytime I play Trickster, some survivors dc the second they realize they can't dunk on me. Idk if ppl still think he's an easy walk in the park but when you walk out in the open or try and FOV tech, you're the ones setting yourself to get downed.
