People have said how ds and noed were the equivalent of each other, but tbh the survivor version of noed is Adrenaline. And it’s arguably better since it’s not a hex and it even triggers after being unhooked. I don’t think noed needs a nerf (just do the totems, maybe there can even be a thrill equivalent perk for survivors that ticks down totems and rewards 20% bp increase post game for every o68 comments 1,053 views last activity

Especially in light of Ashley’s rather questionable perk choices. The truth is survivors have it easy peasy. Sometimes as a solo especially it doesn’t feel like it, but it’s true. You can locker hop all game while the others run the gens and escape and you’re only punishment is a lack of bp. Survivors have only 1 goal: get out and survive. Every single survivor perk helps accomplish this in s7 comments 152 views last activity

I took a peek into console’s kyf and UM all of those perks, especially MoM, sound like a sure fire way to make people who play killer not play killer anymore. You’re fooling yourselves if you think swfs won’t abuse the snot out of them and put the killer at a greater disadvantage.32 comments 1,012 views last activity

AVAILABLE IN THE PLAYSTATION STORE! False. I go there and there is nothing. I go to the in game store page and all I see is COMING SOON. I like to buy chapters directly and save my cells and shards for cosmetics. Any eta? I have 1 million points ready to go!2 comments 32 views last activity

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. If you do this as a survivor, you are pure scum. Also devs, it sure would be nice if you could punish survivors holding the game hostage. Expose them! Block the exits! Make them leave or risk the consequences!8 comments 72 views last activity

White wards will let survivors take their items upon surviving. Pink keys and maps are now ultra rare offerings. I feel like this would be a good step in stopping the gen rush and particularly the problem of swf bringing in very good items for an easy breezy win. Also Ace in the hole might see some use.3 comments 42 views last activity

Like the Doctor just has to exist and his radius affects the survivors slowly but surely. Tbh I think the Plague should have something similar given her power and how it’s literally infectious. But in the future I really want to see more killers with terror radiuses that benefit from terror radius builds. They’re so fun to use!2 comments 72 views last activity

The only thing Pig has on Freddy is that survivors can’t outright exploit her weaknesses in her face, and if you get trapped in the endgame good luck to you. I’m sorry, I WANT to love Miss Piggy (and for the record, YES, Freddy needs some nice qol buffs because he too has some glaring and unnecessary weaknesses) but maybe I just don’t understand her yet but she’s really weak and situational. I decided that I’m going to be a Jane main and make her my first p3 character. But besides that, I really like her Waldo outfit and her go go boots. I just really like all of Jane’s clothes. It will be hard to decide. As for Plague, I like her red outfit.18 comments 332 views last activity

I’m at a point now in my blood bank where I need to keep dumping points somewhere (Freddy, my main man) but I really want to use my bp on Plague and Jane. I’m just wondering if there’s a definitive date by any chance, and that way I could tell if I could level up some level 40s in time before the release.6 comments 252 views last activity

Survivors should not be freely handed information that a killer is using an obsession perk at the very start of the game. Let them find out about Rancor when they complete a gen. Or Dying Light with rescuing someone. Or should they choose to open an exit gate with Remember Me. Because here’s how such matches go: We load in. Survivor sees they’re the obsession. I can’t recall if DL obsessio5 comments 52 views last activity

Every time I use it, I feel like it makes me waste time and there’s other perks that are more reliable. It would be one thing if Whispers got louder the closer to a survivor, or if the range was smaller, or if it didn’t work on a hooked survivor but it doesn’t. I feel like it’s only purpose is to tell you “you’re in the right place!” but you can tell that by seeing a gen was worked on or if there12 comments 632 views last activity

It baffles me even more when people defend that too. I play both killer and survivor (and when Demise comes out, I’m spending all my time with Jane and then Plague) and I can definitely say survivor is much more relaxing. It should be the opposite. Killers should be the role you want to play when you want to destress in the game, and surviving should be a testament to your skill. It’s so backwa36 comments 752 views last activity

You know, ones like No Mither? Maybe one could be an obsession alternative to Dying Light: you as the obsession are exposed, but you gain a 25% action speed bonus to recovering, unhooking, and healing. You have an extra 5/10/15% time in the struggle phase. Gain 100% points in the altruism category.10 comments 182 views last activity

I recently read Jane’s bio and I think it’s implying she crashed? But if you read Kate’s or Claudette’s or Meg’s bio it’s like they disappeared into thin air? So are they all dead? And is the Entity’s realm basically a never ending hellscape?17 comments 803 views last activity

“Ha! Joke’s on you, survivors! I got my ritual done, who’s the real winner here?” me, watching survivors taunt in the gate thinking they won and I lost. In the end, we are all winners. Anyone else feel that way when completing a ritual?4 comments 102 views last activity

No more spawning after 2 gens are done for everyone to see and for certain survivors to give up the actual objective and wait for the hatch. No more hatch being available once the exit gates are ready to open. No more hatch after an exit gate is actually open, so that some toxic jerk can hold the killer hostage for it. No more bp bonus for hatch. In fact, hatch should only give 3000. You s9 comments 82 views last activity

And furthermore, what if damaged gens regressed 5% and the gen repairs at a slower rate for a brief time (say 20% slower for 10 seconds) and requires survivors to enter the repair animation for that duration to “cure” it? No more gen rushing or gen rushing via tapping mid chase. Toolboxes would probably have to be readjusted so that a purple can’t just delete every hook, but I think making to9 comments 112 views last activity

That would be so cool. Kind of similar to Doctor, survivors in her radius would slowly start to get sicker and sicker. Then the Plague could be another killer that could make use of terror radius perks. I also think it would be really cool if her purge wore down survivor immunity and so the more they cleanse, the faster it will take her to break them, and/or the longer things they interact with13 comments 142 views last activity

Ps4 user here. I must wait 2 weeks to play her, but I would like to try to do some preliminary research into her. If you can, please also include the exact description of her power. With the new chaser emblem, will that unfairly punish the killer for staying near it when they know or suspect survivors near a hook? Ooh speaking of which, that would be a cool little perk: when you hook someone all survivors within 16/24/36 m are revealed to you. Like a reverse bbq.4 comments 92 views last activity

Every aura tracking ability survivors have involves literally seeing the killer’s aura for seconds at a time, and in some cases, for as long and at any time as they choose. It’s a little unfair that more and more killer tracking perks are location based aka the poor man’s aura reading only ever weaponized on Hillbilly and Nurse who don’t need any more advantages especially compared to the other2 comments 72 views last activity

Title. I think the fountains should just remove the broken status effect, not fully heal. I don’t fully understand why you as The Plague should use your power when the old one two would get the job done faster and more efficiently.1 comments 82 views last activity

This is the only change in the ptb notes that I take umbrage with. This change of requiring killers to get 10 hooks for red emblem is literally putting power into toxic survivors’ hands. All they need to do is dc or intentionally suicide on hook to screw the killer over. That is not fair.19 comments 252 views last activity

It would be cool if killers could corrupt chests and get add ons for themselves. It’s not really fair that barring wards and sacrificing an add on slot, killers will always lose their add ons.5 comments 52 views last activity

I forget which thread I saw this in, but someone mentioned how the power dynamics between killer and survivors are such as being relatively equal because survivor perks are just as, if not stronger than, killer perks and much less situational. When you think about it, it’s true. Killers are not as strong as they probably should be in an asymmetrical game like this. Survivors have 4 perk slots,12 comments 142 views last activity

I want to see all the cool outfits, especially for Jane. What? A survivor who isn’t stick thin? A female survivor that doesn’t look like the Entity kidnapped her from Algebra? Give her to me!3 comments 242 views last activity

I really hope the rework will make it so the only things survivors can do in transition are run, vault (perhaps at a lower speed,) and unhook - no more 7 base free seconds of repairing or healing. It would also be neat if Freddy actively discouraged teamwork by adding a penalty for every additional person on a gen or injured person in the dream world. The reverse of the regular world. I really hope the survivor is a woman and she has cute cosmetics. I’ll be a little disappointed if we get yet another male survivor. I just want a survivor that I feel genuinely suits me and that isn’t directly mocked (butch Nea) or related to toxicity (Claudette.)8 comments 142 views last activity

And that is my unpopular onion as someone who plays both sides, and as a player that mostly plays survivor solo. I will not lie, as a survivor, if a killer has noed I usually go down because I am not amazing. I usually don’t equip noed as killer because I personally find hexes too much risk for worth, I don’t like missing a perk most match, and the survivors I would love to noed their toxic face28 comments 242 views last activity

Everything was working fine until the endgame. I got trapped and ran to a box. Everything was normal until I got half way through my second box when the skill checks just stopped appearing. They still triggered and because I couldn’t see them I died. Was this a fluke? A bug? Or was it a nasty player using an exploit?2 comments 82 views last activity

I want to believe this will be a great ds change for everyone involved. I think BHVR is definitely on the right track with it in regards to making it more anti tunnel and less free escape. But I can’t help but worry that while everything sounds good on paper, in reality it’s going to be hell for killers and just destroy the endgame. I would not be surprised if sweat with friends decide to do a10 comments 132 views last activity

If you’re getting tunneled you’re going down in 40 or less usually. But 60 is fine I think if the killer gets a visual notification like Pop or MYC. Maybe once the perk activates on a survivor the killer sees a little clock on their icon that counts down (survivors see this too.) I can’t help but think how rough it would be when you do play fair but you run into your last victim at say second27 comments 323 views last activity

Tbh I feel conflicted. On one hand, I feel really bad for survivors who didn’t go out of their way to screw me being screwed by dcs and rage quitters and I try to give mercy. But I also want bp, and if 2 people already quit I feel like I have to make the most of it too. If I get the feeling though they’re swf and I start getting dcs NO MERCY ONLY MURDER. I am an average survivor and even I have become aware of how powerful the corn is - if a killer catches you, run into the corn and lose them. It’s so powerful you can crouch still like a rabbit and they might only ever see you if they’re super close to you. And not only that but the farm maps are consistently the most popular with offerings from survivors...it’s a little fishy and exploitive.9 comments 152 views last activity

You would think that unlike Dying Light or Remember Me they would WANT to let the obsession go until the end. But I swear every time I’m the obsession with Rancor, I’m hunted down before the end. I love moris! I will let you mori me! Just let me get my bp and maybe open an exit gate for rituals!33 comments 562 views last activity

And survivors who did not put in an offering must hunt for them. It’s really annoying and frustrating when you’re the only one who puts in an offering and survivors just steal your lantern. And if the next objective is one dog one bone AT LEAST make the person who put in an offering get the extra bp. And killers with offerings should be able to see event objectives highlighted on carrying a bo6 comments 42 views last activity

This survivor (I am on ps4 and I don’t know if the reports work, I have their name in case devs want to handle this) literally held my game hostage trying to get me to quit (and at the very least distracted) using an exploit by going on top of a rock on a hill I could not get to as killer. “But Pemberley they probably were stuck in the map!” Nope. Seriously why is this a thing? If Freddy sleeps you, you should run away from him. The transition, while not directly harmful to survivors, should still be something they need to take seriously because Freddy’s coming and you don’t want to be asleep again. If Freddy sleeps someone totem breaking, waking someone up, opening a gate, doing a gen, healing someone etc. the action needs to stop until8 comments 102 views last activity

I play both so technically I am neither or both. But I think I sympathize and relate to being a killer main more. Survivors, whether playing with or against, are definitely more likely to employ toxic behavior than killers and killers are just more fun to make builds for imo.30 comments 182 views last activity

I leveled up my Freddy and Doc under the assumption that p3 50 was when you could actually get all of the perks available, but it turns out you can just stay at 50 and optionally prestige. Besides clothes and trophies and maybe bragging rights, is there any genuine benefit to p3ing a character?29 comments 942 views last activity

If a survivor leaves with a lantern they get 25 points. If there are 2 default lanterns, then it would be reasonable that destroying them should be worth about the same. If if they were worth 12 a piece or even just 10, I would also think this would alleviate survivor queue times too.12 comments 102 views last activity
