Can anyone list and describe Plague’s add ons?

Ps4 user here. I must wait 2 weeks to play her, but I would like to try to do some preliminary research into her.

If you can, please also include the exact description of her power.

I have been watching streams but nobody really explains the add ons they’re using and/or how they’re affecting her gameplay.
