Head On, Flashbang, Quick and Quiet, and any other perk (right now it's WGLF because comfort perk, though my bf keeps trying to make me use bt). Okay so I don't know if this is a widespread bug or not, but once you complete the Bot Matches all of your cosmetics will be reset. That's not the issue though it has been acknowledged and a fix being looked into, thankfully. No, sometimes you may open your inventory on a character and just find cosmetics missing.
