Honestly is bloodlust even needed anymore?I've seen killers who've caught their targets solely on bloodlust. It's a painstaking piece of theater as it takes forever to reach Bloodlust 3..
-
I got the full Ace get-up so I don't care too much anymore.
-
Progression will be slightly higher which miiiight entice more killers to play, so that's something?
-
I cannot stop quite thinking about this one.

Beast of Prey would be awesome if it doubled the speed at which Bloodlust activates. And also letting you keep the bloodlust going, even after breaking a pallet.

The more threads there are the more the devs will listen. Persistence is key.This. Staying quiet is giving up.
-
..why?
-
My most successful build for solo has always been Bond, Iron Will, Quick and Quiet and Lightweight.

Not unless you're a T3 Myers with Bamboozle. This has honestly never made any sense to me. How could the Perk doing less than usual somehow be better?
The point is that stacking vaulting speed on a T3 Myers is almost meme-worthy. You vault so insanely fast.
-
They've not solved the "Three Man" bug yet either, where the 4th survivor don't join lobbies if you're already three in it..
-
It's just "typical".

Killer mains are playing survivor for this event, since playing as killer gets you no points. Just another stupid idea and serious lack of foresight on the devs part, as always.Yup. Reason why I'm playing Surv for this event.
And this is why we've long queues, ironically.
-
Not unless you're a T3 Myers with Bamboozle.
-
It'll not generate money, so an Operation Health will never happen.
-
We really don't need more store fodder.

Another idea could be that it triggers when in a certain radius of the heartbeat/hunt music but not necessarily in a chase. I notice the chase requirement can be really finnicky.↑This. Lithe would be more useful if this was the case. Or just let us use Lithe whenever we fast vault something in general.

I've suggested on multiple occasions that the bloodpoint offerings need a stream-lining.
There could be 6 BP offerings for either side.. instead of the 12+ there's currently.
25% bonus BP in Everything for Yourself
50% bonus BP in Everything for Yourself
75% bonus BP in Everything for Yourself
100% bonus BP in Everything for Yourself
50% bonus BP to Everyone in Everything
100% bonus BP to Everyone in EverythingIt'd reduce the grind and make burning these offerings more valuable, as a 25% to everything is more useful than 50% to one category, for example. Instead of a 4000 (50% of 8000) for a perfect game, you'd get 8000 (25% of 32 000) instead.

Trapper's worst enemy is time management. Traps spawn in obscure places and he needs to go there and fetch them. When someone disarms his traps, he needs to pick them up to place them back down.. and if he's already carrying a trap.. well..
Here's two buffs.
1. Let Trapper reset disarmed traps without picking them up first.
2. Either let Trapper spawn with his entire trap collection from the get go, or let him fetch traps out of lockers. Going to a locker to get a trap is probably more time efficient than traversing across the map for a single trap.. -

Ready up asap. I dodge people who don't ready up fast enough because too many idiots make a last second switch to a toxic loadout.
Don't have toxic in your name. I'll gladly send you back to the waiting queue.
Don't be a Squadette.Here's some more..
2+ toolboxes means its either genrush mania time or a sabo squad. Neither is fun for me, so that's a dodge.
If all survivors got 150+ ping, I might consider dodging based upon how bad the "top ping" survivor's ping is. -
I'd approve of this.
-
3-hit Legion and moon-walker Legion.
The most unfun experience in DbD by a mile. -
While I can understand your wish, I can say right away that the developers will never do this.
It'd cost them revenue and their precious low-playtime survivor players would be inconvenienced. -
Messing with SWFs means inconveniencing survivors and that's a big no-no for our developers. They need their precious majority to buy store fodder.
-
Mashing the space bar especially hurts my wrists, thanks to my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome..
-
Numbers are a bit on the upper end of things but they're good ideas nonetheless.
Nothing that'll generate revenue though, so the developers won't care. -

Welcome to DBD. This game is made for Killers enjoyment, Survivors are merely NPC's with players behind them.Killers, because every multiplayer game needs an easy-mode, hand-held, babied crutch class corrosively eating away at the games community from within.
And why is it this way? because killers /cried damn hard for their endless catalog of buffs and survivor nerfs.
..what rock have you been living under?
-
Legion, most definitely.
-
Mr. D, of course. Dwight's the man.
-
Even if the killer recorded the game and it was reviewed by the customer support, I doubt you'd get a ban. You did as good as you could given the situation.
-
If the killers are tunneling you so bad that they're literally ignoring other survivors in their path and throw their game away to kill you.. then you're not as innocent as you believe. I've only seen this behavior when a survivor triggers the killer so hard that they're given a severe case of tunnel vision.
-
The only drawback for this change is that the obnoxious 3-gen strat's gonna get even better.
-
The only scenario they'd care about the game is if their revenue goes down because players getting a grip and not falling for the Store fodder.
-
Legion needs a rework.
Leatherface needs some tweaks to improve his chainsaw in some form or another.
Trapper needs help with saving time. Way too much is spent fetching traps and resetting them.
Clown needs help.

Point system in this event is better. You can get every cosmetic by grinding.Bloodpoints and offering distribution was better in Hallowed blight event.
All in all, as a solo survivor, I think hallowed blight was better than this.
I agree with this.
-
I rather just kill the survivor and move on to the next game.
-
I leg it when I can. No point in risking 25 event points.
-
At base he's pretty underwhelming but he can be quite good when you're decked out.

And survivor need only 2 offering for 4 vessels.
Killer need all 5 offering for 45 points.Right there, the Killer points are too dependant on the Survivors throwing down Envelopes.
And it's just followed by a massive gen-rush since survivors gain nothing from longer games if they want those points reliably.
-
I'd approve of this.
-
They're not as bad as people think. They're very easy to dodge.

Playing killer how are you supposed to find the lantern after you hook someone???Seems very tough - am I missing something?
Hook someone. Run blindly around the level and hope you see the vessel that the hooked survivor used and break it before the survivor's saved. Since you abandon the hook right away, the survivor's gonna get saved almost instantly.
-
I'd assume "no".
-
Not in the slightest. Knowing that there are no special hooks and that you need to hook survivors in order to get progress on killer, that means that everyone and their close family will run sabo-meta in order to sabotage (get it?) the killer's game.

Killers would abuse the hell out of it if it was theirs.
Probably why most heart beat modifiers with killers are offerings.Obviously for survivors only. But the killer doesn't even hear a heartbeat anyway or do I miss something?
Not hearing the heartbeat would make it MUCH harder for survivors to know how close the killer is.
If the killer could choose to disable the heartbeats for all survivors, then he'd gain a massive advantage. -
Thrill of the hunt, most likely. I cannot quite put my finger on it. It's addictive.
Sadly, it has more downs than ups for me, thanks to our wonderful community.
Still trying my best though. -
I am worried. The developer's have shown that they want to make "FUN" killers, not valid or good ones. The next one's gonna be even worse.
-
Yesterday was the same for me on PC. Got lobby dodged a lot. Two killer disconnected right when the game even started too.. Like, what.

The game would be much better if killers had to be a certain distance away from hooked survivors for the sacrifice bar to progress. They've even tried this in a PTB but survivors exploited it..
