This has been in the game for as long as I can remember, it only lasts a couple of seconds anyway
-
I don't care what you do as long as you aren't purposefully going out of your way to make another person's experience miserable, no matter which role you play.
-
I think this was probably suggested as an answer to macro Hags, which is something that needs to be looked into, having the Hag teleport instantly after someone activates a trap is kind of dumb.
-
Imo she just needs add-on adjustments, anti-camp measures, and something to deal with macro Hags.
-
No, being able to wiggle off would literally become an impossible feat.
-
To be completely honest, I feel as though Myers is outdated in almost every way possible. I don't see why I should get punished with an insta down because my teammates just let him stalk them freely.
-
I feel as if it's just luck of the draw, sometimes the character you like gets an outfit for either cells or shards, sometimes it's just cells.
-
I'd love a Spine Chill tattoo, even if a person didn't know what dbd was, it would still look cool
-
This post's title and first sentence seem to contradict each other, do they not?

It gives you somet to grind for at least.
That's kind of the issue, the grind is getting too big even for veteran players, let alone those who are just starting. The removal of perk tiers would also allow the devs to change some perks for the better e.g. remove unnecessary cooldowns from certain perks.

What are the other maps that got fixed? 👀
I feel like Ormond is the only map that is actually fair after the rework
Disturbed Ward is nowhere near as bad as it once was, same with Gas Heaven, closing off two of the windows was a good change.
-
As a diehard RE fan, I just like being able to run around the RPD.

i will give u that i dont play her much but that is a core machanic of her that can be completly rid of
And a half decent Spirit can still perform well even when that mechanic is removed.
-
It's an okay perk in its current form, I'd buff its percentage though.

when i complain a UE i mean the people who sit a the back of the map only coming out to do a gen also for IW i use hearing a lot in gameplay personally and playind spirit when they have IW is impossable
If you think playing against IW as Spirit is impossible then you mustn't play her very much, even a half decent Spirit knows how to listen for audio cues other than grunts of pain.

i say the exact same thing for a urban evasion prove thyself ds iron will red rank swf
Also DS only takes effect if you're actually tunnelling now, if you don't like dealing with it, you might want to consider not tunnelling.

I'm sorry, but did you just complain about Urban Evasion and Iron Will? UE is useless against killers other than Hag, Huntress, Trickster, and Deathslinger.
IW I can kind of understand but it is by no means an unfair perk, there are still plenty of ways to track an injured survivor outside of grunts of pain.

Deathslinger and Trickster don't have that problem.
True as that may be, I'd argue that Trickster's desync is probably even worse than Huntress's, can't count the times I've been injured through a solid wall, let alone around a corner.
-
1) She's a popular character
2) It fits her character, practically her whole wardrobe consists of edgy skater outfits and street fashion
-
If they reworked corn they would probably have to completely overhaul all the farm maps seeing as they all have huge areas of nothing but corn.
-
Because some people are still experiencing issues, anecdotal evidence doesn't really mean much when everyone's experience differs.
-
In my experience, Spirits or Deathslingers

The Rift is usually released 1 day after the Midchapter-Patch. So I guess just the downtime between the two Rifts will be shorter.
Thank goodness, if leaks are correct, a few of my mains are getting outfits, and less time to wait is fine by me.
-
His most recent speed buff feels like a little too much at times, a lot of people now play him in a way where the survivors will only have chases that last around 5 seconds due to the fact that the Wraith will constantly keep cloaking and uncloaking, being able to catch up to a survivor that he just hit almost immediately.
-
Tbh I don't like playing against him as is, but the buffs suggested don't really change the thing I don't like about him, so therefore I wouldn't really mind if he received them.

No, some are just being renamed Ultra Rares because the devs want Legendaries to be for licensed characters (BHVR originals like Minitaur and Krampus are being Ultra Rares so they aren't confused with licensed characters). The Mordeo (Huntress) and The Look-See (Doctor) are still going to be legendary skins.
Oh okay, thanks for letting me know, hopefully they'll get some uniqueness about them at some point then, sad that they're just run of the mill skins atm.

Wow, really? Didn't know about that, now I'm wondering what will happen with the legendary set for the blight found in the files.
Pretty sure it's already been changed to Ultra Rare, think I saw a post about it recently

@NomiNomad said:
I think killer legendary skins should get unique effects and sounds. Like Oni Minotaur maybe having a club and different sounds instead of a Kanobo and Oni's regular sounds. Krampus Trapper having different growls.
Admittedly, I can see how that would he confusing for new players though.
Killer legendaries are getting removed in the next update, devs probably aren't looking into giving them unique aspects.
-
Edit: For some reason I thought this was a thread suggesting new legendaries, so I'm an idiot. Tbh all I'd add is unique voices and at least a P3 variation of the skin
-
Honestly I wish it worked like Overcharge, if you get off the gen while a skillcheck appears, you can complete it even if you are no longer repairing.

Killers who have the ability to passively go undetectable should just be immune in general
What would be the point in running Spine Chill if stealth killers were immune to it? I can tell when any other killer is headed towards me because the Terror Radius is getting louder.

Yeah, just dont look at them. Ok. This works fine until you realize that myers and ghostface literally NEED TO LOOK AT YOU to use their powers.
Yeah and Spine Chill doesn't prevent you from looking at them does it? The issue people have with Spine Chill is that it tells you that the killer us headed in your direction, giving survivors the opportunity to make distance. Moonwalk to the gen and they won't have that opportunity, giving you plenty of time to stalk them.
-
Moonwalk to the gen, not hard.

Why that's not gonna stop them from useing it it's only just going to hurt the players that dont run iron will even more
???? If you aren't running Iron Will, it doesn't matter whether or not the Spirit is running Stridor. I believe the Stridor change is just a placeholder because it literally made Iron Will, Spirit's only form of counter, useless.
-
I feel as though the Stridor change could very well be a placeholder effect, just to combat the sheer number of Spirits that run it.
-
You can use blood, scratchmarks, footsteps, and crows, Iron Will has been in the game since release, don't see why everyone is acting as though it's a problem after 5 years.
-
The killer's ability to was removed due to MMR, matchmaking is planned to be changed so that each of your killers are matched differently.
-

Have you seen iron will nerf stridor?
They only nerfed Stridor because Spirit was the only killer that ever used it and it made her only weakness (Iron Will) useless.
-
They're going to break something else for us, I just know it.
-
I'm pretty sure that in the PTB that gave us our first look at charms, charms were also applied to basement hooks. I could be wrong about this but if that was the case, I don't know why they removed it.

And now, I can actually out you as ignorant and clearly just repeating what others told you.
BTW, drop the "us", you don't speak for everyone, same as GBK.
"How hard it suddenly becomes to simply get a job?"
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 | U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (eeoc.gov)
It is literally against the law to discriminate based off of sex. Being LGBT is included.
"How often you have pricks screaming slurs as they drive past?"
Only in extreme areas, and if you... apparently dress flamboyant or something? Seriously, do you not understand the gravity of what you're claiming? You're 100% leaving out context in your defensive response.
" Do you have any idea how little people even understand?"
Social media disproves this easily... buddy, look at the community you're posting in...
"How many medical professionals ignore their colleagues on "moral grounds"?"
Context?
"How much people invent preposterous nonsense about us?"
Not many... in first world countries. Because it's unpopular to say it. Just report them if they're on social media and get them banned.
"No. You don't. Because you're one of them, as clearly evidenced by your above rant."
I don't have to. Perhaps you need someone who ISN'T "one of us" for you to see the problems in what you're saying.
EDIT: MadLordJack, you have great thoughts in DBD topics. But this... doesn't work, sorry.
There was literally law passed in America recently where doctors can legally refuse LGBT individuals health care in certain states.

That's from back when console had Bill's perks but not Bill, isn't it?
Correct
-
To be fair, a perk completely removing an item's functionality is pretty dumb, survivors have to buy the flashlight and its add-ons each time they use one, you only have to buy Lightborn 3 times.
-
Don't know where on earth you heard that you couldn't escape on first attempt. The devs made it so that it is extremely unlikely you'll get out first attempt, and each subsequent attempt increases the odds of getting out.
-
I always hear David breathing when I play as killer for some reason, really throws me off sometimes.

Imagine her getting changed after 3 or 4 years like Cybil. . 😧
Actually, Cybil's changes came rather quickly in comparison with characters such as Laurie or Quentin. Cybil was released less than 1 year ago, being available for purchase shortly after the release of the Descend Beyond chapter, hopefully Claire gets her changes sooner than that though.
-
As you said, the devs are fixing it. So why are you complaining? They're not going to release the mid chapter update any sooner just because you told them how annoying failed grabs are.
-
Just a reminder to everyone that this map still causes performance issues for many console players. I'm sure a lot of us want to play on it more often but if the devs have to make the choice between letting players go to the new map or try to reduce crashes, reducing crashes is the best way to go.

It's been in the game for ages, but only takes effect if the killer leaves you for long enough.

So do you mean you want every tile to be as strong as shack?
I think they mean that the input of both killer and survivor determine the outcome at shack, both killer and survivor have the opportunity to outplay one another.
