  • I played you and totally destroyed you but I think I sacrificed myself at the end to save an ally
  • Why are they removing Bloodlust 3? I don't really see a problem with it as to get it you have to be in a chase for yonks without breaking a pallet. By just going backward and forward around a loop waiting for tier 3 just so they don't pallet slam you, you're giving other survivors a long time to do gens. Even when you do smack the person you're after you will lose Bloodlust again and will have to build it up once more. I don't think it needs removing as it has a couple drawbacks (Time to get it and that it is lost after hitting or breaking pallets).

Maybe they aren't considering this change anymore but I heard they were.

I have had 3 stacks of Play With Your Food, Bloodlust 3 and NOED all at once as Freddy and I was flying. Really fun if you want to try it, you wont win though.

don't put words in our mouths now we don't mind those EZ perks all negated by Toolbox
  • however I would love to see a new Addon or perk for the Nurse ,named after her husband or one of the ambulance drivers. The addon/perk would completely negate her fatigue and give her a extra bit of energy .
But in doing so the next  time you blink after completing your chain blink
you would go into a fatigue effect for double the time and bloodlust would be reset
  • To be honest as a Nurse Main, I'm glad that  some structures you aren't  able to Phase through. It helps the Lore and it helps with blalance wise.

With the Nurse you can cut the distance in half on any map and blink just about anywhere

it would be unfair for survivors
  • I made nothing but nice posts and I get punished for it
  • they should either remove leather face from the game or give him a serious buff.
he needs aura reading abilities and a new mori change his mori into cutting off a survivors face and wearing it.
for every hit he gets on a survivor gives him 2 second aura reading on the hot survivor

  • more entitled killer crying like a baby ruining a great game
  • PC players arent that bright killer wise in my opinion
  • that doesn't seem like a big deal
  • did you have a nurses calling unlocked for all killers?
  • You also could use her ability in short burst to mislead the survivor in which direction you are going
  • With her you have to move in a unpredictable way and use a double blink if necessary

if somebody is about to run you into a pallet blink then swing to get them

I never really understood why killers have add-ons that benefits the survivors like the reagents that cause the mist to thicken or shroud of seperation. Do any killers actually use these?

I think it would be neat to have a easier way to obtain perks than RNG. I think Billy is the only killer I have with a "optimal" build. I'm STILL grinding BPs for other killers just to get competent perks.

The darken of mist is as bad for survivors as it is for killers . those that don't pay attention will miss close Gens and also miss other survivors
  • most of the killers offerings are useless because they do not aid you in game they only reward you after game with bloodpoints. That's a big insult because survivors can Gen rush you and hook rush you. sure you'll rewarded 15k in bloodpoints though for more useless add on

so all offerings that reward bloodpoints would go or be reduced

The generator time was dropped when face camping was a thing which they also increased hook times as a way to counter it i think they should be rolled back since you know face camping isnt possible now.

face camping is still a thing and happens in ranks 1-9 every game if they don't face camp they'll patrol the area.
Gens spawn very close to each other as well if the killer is smart he will place the survivor on a hook in between generators that's is double bait.

they'll rescue him and both work that gen and you can get them both usually
  • what do you mean by "Close level up" each time you hear the music theme Halloween he has gone up in a level.
meaning he stalked a player with each tier he becomes stronger, faster and more deadly.

depending on the Michaels actual level when he reach tier 3 he is able to instant kill players because he id more than likely has rare add ons

some Micheals have almost no terror radius or have a terror radius of 8 .
that's when the game gets hard
  • Gen rushing isn't that bad I usually get three down in first few minutes
  • when you put the Txt into Google translate it tries translating between Chinese and Haitian Creole

In Malayalam it says "Anoumous you can't wait for me"
  • take in account of everyone of the survivors and where they were taken from . The language is most likely ancient
It might help more than likely majority of them are from England and probably based on a old English language

@Nero Are you a PC Player? If so, go into steam and right click Dead By Daylight. Then select local files and verify the integrity of the game files. This may help fix your issue. Otherwise if you are playing on Console I think you maybe out of luck.

I did that 10 times but it does not fix the problem bro. Bro read what I said. This was not a problem before but from the last 3 or 4 months its getting worse and worse

then its your data center nobody is reaching you
  • I don't have any problems. maybe you should be a better killer with good internet and you will not get dodged.

after sitting in a lobby a few min you might have to reset the lobby as it might be bugged.

So I'm saying if a SWF group join your lobby but can't connect fully( they'll be in a infinite loading screen and still taking up a slot on your server)

Survivors need new objectives. Then items + addons for those objectives.

a killer main telling a survivor main what they need lol

    boy you're funny
  • if you know they're guarding hatch go do Gens? all you need to do is one and he will move
  • we don't need strong killers. we already have enough we just need good players
  • this is why survivors need a buff too many useless perks
  • This will be a major buff to the Clown and Billy it will make it a punishment for pallet looping them
  • to be entitled
  • Then explain the doctor nurse and writh
The Doctor and Nurse killed everyone in the facility before dissappearing

Oh forget the Ranks. Anyone can reach Rank 1 with enough patience. You just have to get lucky enough times to get stupidly bad Survivors or bad Killers.

The truth is simply that when it comes down to tit for tat, Survivors have an easier time abusing mechanics than Killers. Not that Killers can’t get lucky mind you, or actually be monstrously good to the point they can overcome the ######### balance of the game mind you.

It simply boils down to if the Survivors are optimal at abusing the game mechanics to the fullest extent. If they can, then the Killer has no chance unless they are The Nurse. Nurse is the only Killer that has the potential power if the person playing Nurse is extremely good with her to still pull something off.

Even then, if they are hardcore Gen Rushing (not that there is anything wrong with that. It’s literally the only thing truly matters, and is the Survivors objective.) Even she struggles, but she can pull it off.

The game’s balance is absolutely screwed up. It all depends on two factors : Is the Killer a Good Nurse player, and are the Survivors optimal and make few if any mistakes.

    1. If Yes to both : Either one can win, with the Nurse struggling.
    2. If No to both : Fair game, can go either way depending on both sides level of skill/mistakes.
    3. If Yes to Nurse, and No to Survivors : Nurse will win, if the Survivors make several mistakes.
    4. If No to Nurse, Yes to Survivors : Survivors Win, no questions asked.

It depends slightly on the of the Killer player is Nurse. However 90% of it depends solely on the Survivors making mistakes. That’s what the game is all centered around. Survivors making mistakes, and if the Killer can capitalize on those mistakes. The ONLY killer that has a Vance in Hell if the Survivors are perfectly optimal is Nurse. Even then it’s slim. Simply because she has enough power to “keep up” with perfect Survivors.

How often do perfect Survivors show up? Rarely, but how often are Killers “perfect Nurse players” either is the real question. Hardly ever is the answer.

The baseline is that the game is unbalanced, and the mechanics are in favor of the Survivors in order to give Survivors who are not perfect a fighting chance. The problem is that making the game too hard for Survivors would make it inaccessible for newbies and casual Survivor players, however they can’t make it too easy or the Killer will just get stomped when the Survivors get good at the game.

That’s the problem, the are making it “too easy” to make it accessible. Nurse is simply the answer for perfect Survivors. Though every other Killer gets cucked. Hard. The developers simply expect Killers to play perfectly, they don’t expect that of Survivors and give them too much leeway because they don’t want Survivors to find it too hard because they don’t have the time nor patience to be perfect. They don’t want Survivors to quit because even though a single Survivor played perfectly, he couldn’t “carry” his team mates making far too many mistakes.

The developers are focused too hard on the singular Survivor having a chance, they lost sight of how powerful a team of superior Survivors together can be. They don’t give such a luxury of leeway to Killers, because they are not at all reliant on team mates. The developers have just given Survivors too much leeway is all. The need to tighten the belt a bit, that’s all.

The game is closer to balanced than any killer mains want to admit. When stats say half survivors die in the trial. That isn't what they really want. They want it 100 percent killer based with survivors rarely escaping. That isn't balanced and guess what unless people are very dedicated nobody will play a tryhard game. Lower player base no money no game. That is the really meaning of balance.

Anyone with a brain would know the stats are complete garbage. They show the Death/Alive ratio after the match.

Now, how many Survivors do you think foolishly run back in after they have already done all 5 Gens and opened the gates, to try to save that ONE poor sorry flesh balloon that got caught at the end? Hmmm? Answer me that. Turning an easy 3 escape into a 3k massacre? Answer to that : A metric ######### ton of times.

You don't balance a game based on stats that involve optional bullshit you don’t HAVE to do after you’ve already won. If you call that nonsense balance then you’re a fool.

As much as you complain, i'm starting to think you are not very good and should play something else.

Really couldn’t care any less what you think of my skill at the game really. Just saying, if you’re going to use the developers “stats” as a defense to stay in your little delusional bubble that all is well balanced in the game, by all means, have it champ.

I do so love sheep who blindly follow their shepherd... even if it’s right off a cliff.
so where do you get your stats? YouTube or Reddit? because clearly you do not play DBD or do not want to see balance.
you want every game to have killers win

in F13 Jason could kill more than half the players and maybe 2 would live

he had a overwhelming amount of power and map control and you know what he could still have games where he kills nobody

it boiled down to competence which most killers here lack
  • nah they're lobby dodging
  • so what you're saying if I'm being chased or hiding from the killer early game. I should get a penalty?

Really? What's your solution to people not playing the game the way it to be intended to?

I don't play the game to please the killer or to do what they tell me to do.

I play for me and I decide what's intended

because you're bad at the game shouldn't force me to play like you want

You are responsible for tracking and finding clues to aid you in finding a survivor

I'm sorry that you have never played DBD well welcome to the game and forums,
it's very common for players to come back for their friend also they could escape.
I do it very often with good success . take a hit and body block you can trick the killer into hitting the hooked survivor and then pull him down .

The reason it goes south if because the killer finally uses logic and holds a hostage knowing they'll come back because they know you're trash

in those moments they become careless because they're dealing with a trash killer. they'll make enormous mistakes and go down... once two go down it becomes a panic and pressure on the remaining
to either rescue or leave them behind

Listen survivors will Gen Rush you if you fail to check gens and chase the first person you see.
They haven't yet figured out your playstyle until you get into that first chase(Remember Survivors often spawn in pairs) so while you chase that one guy to the moon and back 3 gens are done.
that type of playing will lead them to think you're a fool.
A killer needs to learn how to juggle around the map.
make yourself unpredictable and start slugging .
if you have a nures calling you'll either get one down or see two.

The things I've found out about killers is that they're more then equipped to handle any sisuation all it takes is sacrifice and patience

do not always go into chase just watch their movements and once you find the weak survivor( usually the one who runs in a straight line) use him as a hostage and play with him a bit.
he will lead you to his team so when you down him he can be saved run lightborn tier 3 and eat that flashlight and slug him in his face

That rank 20 match must have been tense...

The SWF had two rank 2 survivors a rank 10 and a rank 8

but their movements were to easy to predict even with Urban.. actually the Kate that had Urban would easily get away if I didn't have a headset and if she ran far from me.
