No, if a killer is wasting enough time to get to bloodlust 3 he should get the survivor. I don't see why survivors need to be able to loop killers for 5 gens, and then still be mad when the killer downs them. Should the killer get nothing from that chase?
-
They're lower rank despite whooping you either because they de-ranked on purpose, or they're just that bad to still be down there with such an advantage.

The biggest issue is people spelling his name like that, thinking they're being funny.
Do you feel the same about "bing bong boi" and "ping pong boi", or maybe "pupper gorgon"?
-
It's Trickster. Too slow. Too many projectiles needed. You get nothing from them if the laceration goes down.

Says who? Killer mains like you? I never see a survivor blame the killer when they mess something up at red ranks, you’re talking out of your behind.
I've seen it!
Someone gets off hook, rescuer nowhere to be found, they get tunneled. Post game chat: "trash tunneler".
Someone gets killed first: "classic skilless killer".
Go anywhere near the hook at any point. Post game: "camp much?"
All 4 survivors escape: "you're so bad".
1 person gets out through hatch or through powered exits because of closing hatch: "gg ez".
Green and purple rank survivors talk like this because they're immature.
Red ranks survivors talk like this because they're rank 1! (like that's something special) so they have god complexes.

So all killers needs to be braindead and easy to play to be balanced?
Are you that ignorant? Do you have any idea how demanding killer is?

Wraith is fine now.

Just delete the stupid add-on, then they'll have to change the achievement.

So how do you suggest anyone earn this achievement legitimately in 2021?
Change the achievement or get rid of it. It's a crap design of an achievement.

It common on a dangerous wraith build
No, it makes that dangerous Wraith build. But that build is not actually common.

Imagine if survivors had their vaults rolled back vs Doctor's shock if the server validation decided they were shocked before vaulting xD
That's what should happen, like it used to.

They fixed the pallets stun, and some people are mad about not being able to get free hits anymore 🙄
But yet they fixed the grab now, yet you don't hear anyone complaining about that...
Anyway they will removed the screams and hit noise, so you guys don't feel "robed" of a hit.
Grabs weren't fixed. We still don't get the grabs even though we clearly see the animation for a second. Giving us a hit does not make up for a lost grab, because we should have got the grab.
And they better not remove the scream and hit, because if we're going to be robbed of a hit through a pallet, we'd at least like to know that it happened.
-
@Clevite said:
You realize it has been the opposite for years? Killers getting BS hits they don't deserve, survivor gets the stun and still hits the ground. NO, it is about time this change has happened.
Don't worry, they will be removing the sound of the survivor getting hit soon.
No, that's just the survivors being greedy for the pallet stun and waiting for the last possible second to drop it. Now they get those all the time with no risk involved because now pallets make them invincible.

Nurse is the only killer you can run around in an open field as well, so now what?
If it's the corn field, then sure, because the killer literally can't see you.

@baseballfan4877 said:
So what if she plays differently? That is what makes her unique.. You wan't every killer to be a 115% m1 only killer? How often do you even see a good nurse? Like it is probably a mythical beast at this point. Nurse needs no changes.
You have to play differently against a bunch of killers, but at least pallets and windows, even obstacles, matter to them. Nurse just ignores it all. There's no other killer that's like that.

I feel there will never be a point where Blight is 100% fixed. If you make him collide too easily he's going to be unplayable on indoor maps. And as someone said above, knowing which places you can slide of can give you some nasty hits, especially on shack and Autohaven/Badham cars
But he WAS 100% fixed. When he first released, there was no sliding. Now, there's sliding and he feels awful.
-
@Phasmamain said:
When trapper exist in his current form only he can be the worst
But he's 115% and he can injure survivors while not even being there, and if he traps a healthy survivor that's basically an instadown. I don't know how that's worse than someone who needs 7 knives to injure, moves at 110% and is even slower while throwing or using Main Event, can't hold Main Event like Oni holds his power btw. And his knives "decay" over time meaning you can get 1 knife away from injuring, but because you didn't throw that last one, you don't get anything for it.
-
DS still abusable I see.
-
His sliding makes him a weak killer. Definitely not on the same level as Spirit.
-
Because anything that goes wrong in the match for the survivors, it's the killer's fault. They die, killer's fault, they escape, killer's fault, they get 2-hooked, killer's fault, they have bad teammates, killer's fault. There's no accountability from the survivors; They never make mistakes.
-
I might stop playing the game if they said definitively that they would never do cross progression between PS4 and PC.
-
Spine Chill gives enough information to where Alert is probably overkill. Take off Self-care and Lightweight because they're bad.
-
I would consider her and M1 killer. Her dash attack is barely worth using.
-
I was hoping we might get Cell eventually.
-
There's clear counterplay. People just deny it. So I don't think she's the problem.
-
Nurse, Hillbilly, Trapper, Twins.
-
Best killer is Nurse.
Worst killer is Trickster.

No can do next perk buff is year 6 update
Why wait until then?!
-
It is broken, but what can you do? Too many survivors like it. Not being able to hear survivors is the most frustrating thing in this game, if not from bugs then from this perk. And that's just the way they like it.
-
It's a good perk as is.
-
Every patch they make, they should be buffing at least one perk.
-
Y'all are trippin'. He's perfect as is.
-
@Phasmamain said:
Id give him a small lullaby of about 30-28m otherwise he’s fine
But then where's the stealth aspect of him anymore? You know, half his strength?

@C3Tooth said:
I dont get it, if he played the game normally he would get 29.000 BP without any kill (missing 3.000 from 4 sacrificed). Why trying to guard a key?
Because that single item ruins otherwise fun games.
-
Yes. This is the only buff the perk needs. "But if you take the skill check away, it takes the skill out of it!" as if getting tunneled is a skill. How does BT work? Unhook, no skill check. How does Unbreakable work? Recover all the way, no skill check. How does Sprint Burst work? Run, no skill check. So why should you getting picked up get a skill check? It's inserting 'skill' into a place where there should be none. You're just pressing a button I get it, but for one reason or another, like stuttery skill checks or lag, sometimes you miss it. So it begs the question, why is the skill check even there?
-
It won't get changed. Too many stubborn people and survivor mains who think random free escapes are balanced. I can already see the mental gymnastics people are using to take down your very well thought-out/ explained argument. Hatch is just the flawless gem of this game, I guess!
-
But hey, it's got breakable walls! They help a whole lot, don't they?
-
@Thrax said:
It was dumb to have it RIGHT AFTER cakes.
Cakes AND double BP? Are you crazy? These devs would never allow that!
-
I don't think it will. Too many people are convinced that there's absolutely nothing wrong with the perk, or that its failures at the hands of dedicated servers justifies it not getting nerfed.
-
A ton of killers do.
Trapper is punished because even if you have good trap placement, maps will show them and they get disarmed.
Hillbilly is punished for using his power "too much".
Nurse is punished for using her power because if you want to long blink through something like a hill, or short blink through something like a rock, it won't let you and you'll just get caught on that thing.
Myers gets punished because you can't multi-stalk, and while you're stalking you have no collision so survivors can go through you. And whenever you try to get close and tap your stalk to activate lvl 3, you still lose significant distance.
Hag's well-placed traps get called out by maps and destroyed with flashlights.
Doctor's shocks allow survivors to vault and drop pallets sometimes even when you hit them at the right time.
Huntress's hatchets get caught on invisible hitboxes, denying you the hit.
Leatherface gets punished for using his power "too much".
Freddy gets punished for using his power by getting slowed down.
Pig gets punished when survivors get their headtraps off in the first or second attempt. She also gets punished by having a delay between crouching and being able to dash attack.
Clown gets punished for using yellow bottles because there's a chance the SURVIVOR gets sped up too.
Spirit gets punished for using her power because she can't see survivors.
Legion gets punished because they go into fatigue after using feral frenzy.
Plague gets punished by starving survivors of fountains they can cleanse at, because when all of them get used, she gets 1 pity use of corrupt purge, and all her corrupted fountains return to normal. She also blatantly pukes on people and they don't get hit a lot of the time.
Ghost Face gets punished in the same ways Meyers does while stalking: He loses distance on the survs for having to tap stalk. He also gets revealed behind obstacles even though he's well hidden.
Demogorgon is punished for using his portals because people can clearly see him coming out. He's also punished for using the undetectable of his portals because you can still hear his loud footsteps.
Deathslinger can't hit over certain things that he should be able to, just like Huntress.
Blight is punished for using his power because he slides or gets caught on an invisible wall.
Twins, as you said and more, gets punished for using their power in basically every way. Victor can't even hit over windows or pallets consistently anymore.
Trickster gets punished for not commiting to survivors. He can get a survivor 1 blade away from being injured, but without that last one the laceration meter starts going down and they're basically unaffected. He also slows down too much when using his main event.
Nemesis is punished for relying on zombies, because they get caught on everything.

This isn't true. You can easily 4k legacy teams with Nurse, Hag, Spirit, and Oni if you're good enough. You don't even need meta perks.
Legacy is overated. I've only faced one SWF that I couldn't handle that featured a legacy player. But no, you're not beating strong teams without gen defence. However, you are right about needing a top tier killer.
-
That's probably because the killer had to kill them and make them respawn once or twice each. Otherwise, they'd be stuck in a bush or walking to the corner of the map.
-
He's fun, but he's easily beaten.
-
In order to have a fair chance against a competent team, you must run Corrupt Intervention, Pop Goes The Weasel, Hex: Ruin, and Hex: Undying.

It makes it 40 secs, down from 47, not from 40 down to 33~
Doesn't 2 people on a gen cut the time in half and then 1 more only cuts off like 8 more seconds?
-
@Zokenay said:
Doesnt that perk save you like 6 secs or something? also it forces the teammates to be next to each other to even get value out of it
Also if the game lasted only 3 mins thats more than just a freaking perk mate.
6 seconds on 40-second gens is huge.

The hatch is there to give the final survivor hope. The devs don't want a situation where the final survivor just has to give up. That's not engaging gameplay.
It's in dire need of replacement. Something other than a literal free escape.
-
I still think it's too early to be thinking about this.

Currently Iron Will totally counters Stridor and there's a massive bug which prevents her from being able to hear survivors footsteps. If Spirit is still giving you problems right now, it's due to your own playstyle or lack of skill/experience.
You should very rarely fall for the standstill mind game. If that's working on you, you're being too predictable. The fact that it seems to work on you multiple times shows you aren't changing on improving the way you play.
Spirit is fine as is. Her add-ons are fine as is. In fact, her add-ons are exactly what add-ons should be for every killer. They enhance her power or her passive abilities and don't have ridiculous detrimental effects attached to them. They're the only full set of add-ons in the game that make sense for a killer to have.
The counterplay is magic. Only me and you can see it.
And I believe that Spirit not hearing footsteps is intentional, unless you've seen otherwise.
