Hopefully they don't do reworks like the Swamp, either.
Smaller map was nice, that pantry however can go suck on one of Hag's cracked turtle eggs.
Yeah, maybe removing the infinite as Huntress, till the gen is done, on Pantry would be nice.
-
As now, i can only think of one way, which is banned 100%, for one normal person to complete the rift.
-
If they are keeping this “1 map realm rework, every 6 months” pace, it’s gonna be a long long ride.
-
Most of the times fake the shred attack, especially near a pallet (unless you're facing low ranks, then just shred). Most of the vault should be a relatively hit with shred, especially shack and L T walls. But, as said most of the time use it to fake it.

You’re EXACTLY the kind of survivor I want to be up against with my abundant stock of Apples, Black Incense, and Iridescent Seals.
Bruh, using two ultra rare add-ons boosts the killer af, it's not a consistent way you will play (except stocking them), of course if you're using thana, dying light, infectious, and the aura reading add-on is less efficient not cleansing, but you made an entire build based on the counterplay, it doesn't mean it's stupid not cleansing. As for the apples, strong add-ons, always said, need to be played at critics point tho.
-
Bruh, if the win condition is doing 3 safe unhooks during EGC, you have the entire game in your hand. Just don't hook anyone, ez 10 win in a row.

Who's arguing that you should?
At end game if two of you can cleanse to go after an unhook it may be safer.

This is the kind of thinking/player this topic was reaching out to
What's the point of cleansing to do an unhook, if you're gonna turn sick immediately after?
-
@ColonGlock said:
Stop relying on a gamble perk. Learn how to juggle survivors properly and you will be formidable and have 4 perks all game.
Teach us, Master.
-
No, cleansing is wrong, period. It gives away your position and make Plague a stronger killer (and with an actual power). Not only these mala, but also there are high chances that you're gonna turn sick instantly (like unhooking a 90% of the times sick survivor).
-
Because they are useless. There is no serum, so no point on having more hooks. Also compared to last year blood points boost, is pretty disappointing.
-
One super safe pallet, the long unmindgame-able loop, that most of the times spawn with two pallet, and the window, at the bottom floor. Then other 2 safe pallets at the upper floor. The strongest building in the game.
-
I guess the concept is the same around daily challenges (just worse realized), i.e. making you play not only one single role/killer.
But, if this is the case, I guess that there won't be any challenges involving DLC characters/DLC perks.
-
Actually if this happens in red ranks, the killer is the real dumb person, since he doesn't even know how much is risking...
-
Basically skins for a streamer (that are slightly different from the ones in the charity case) that you can only obtain by receiving a key directly from the streamer itself. It should be rarer than the pink quality.
-
You clearly don't know how meta works. Since looping is the meta, chase-time increasing perks are meta. If stealth was meta (or at least Wraith or Myers were meta), then Spine Chill would be meta (along with Iron Will, Calm Spirit and so on).
-
For anyone wondering the "Collect 50k blood points" only works for in-game obtained bp, doesn't counts for blood points obtained from dailys.
-
It's the 4% of an ideal 500xp game. This means that every 25 matches, 1 is bonus.
-
It's intended to hide the killer, just I'd like not to see it when I'm near.
-
How come everyone now is complaining about spine chill like it's the strongest perk? Just because "yOu cAnnOt SnEaK uP on pEoPLe!!".
-
Pretty sure they already designed it, but put it in the next battle pass, just like the did with Nurse.
-
Bruh, you're talking about developers who used the "blink seeing" add-on.
-
Well, it's super stupid, but create a build around the challenge. Like Pharmacy, Plunder, that useless Ace's perk to increase aura reading, Sprint Burst. Stupid challenges require stupid builds.
-
Either swf or a merciful killer, who after 2 DCs lets you and your teammate farm and finish the gens.

You don't need an ebony.
Michael has his addons, and every killer can use devour hope.(still easier with ebony, but not necessary)
Yeah, sure doing Michael achievement is even harder, and devour is an hex. (Also this stuff is blocked behind a pay-wall, so ebonys is the only way anyone can do it)
-
At this point they are legit trolling us. They do not listen to feedbacks, they balance game around yellow ranks, yet they designed Rift around super hardcore players, people complain about noed (wrongfully) and ebonys (rightfully), and they put challenges for both.
-
@Peasant said:
Meh, this is only temporary. After people finish their first master survivor challenge things should calm down.
Aside from the fact that there will always be somebody Who hasn’t completed yet the challenges.
-
That’s what happens when the event isn’t either killer or survivor sided, because it’s not a real event.

Nope, the killer didn't quit the game.
Happened to me for a short period (i created a thread about it, go read it and see if it’s somehow similar).

Well we’ll see how long it takes before the Killers cry for a nerf, they must’ve complained about syringes already because those are officially useless at an astonishing 16 secs for a automatic heal opposed to the PTB’s 8 seconds.
Hmh, which survivor a killer would prefer to face? Someone with dh, ds, bt and adrenaline, that make him last longer in a chase, or someone with a medkit, botany, streetwise, self-care and a random perk?
-
Devs thought about this issue. That’s why they made event hooks useless and didn’t take any measure against DCs. Lmao.
-
Being balanced=being useless, survivor main logic.
-
Yeah I have a tip. Make shorter baits.

She’s the one with the shortest
Her story is told in the addons.

Nerfed to the ground as it should be. The purple one might still see usage tho...

play the event with bugs.
or
play the event without bugs but you have to wait longer.
you can only choose one
I doubt that we won't see any bugs. The problems is not the event delay, the problem is putting deadlines without knowing the real time necessary. Clearly they knew the bugs they were gonna release, yet, they discovered it was even worse than before, so they backed up, before getting shitstormed.

In the game’s lore the entity feeds on the hope of the survivors. The killer is not intended to completely dominate the survivors each trial. It’s too bad that it may make killers feel like they can’t play optimally.
Also, there are plenty of killers who DO play optimally at Rank 1, so I’m not sure your point is completely accurate or valid.
Imagine justifying a badly designed game mechanic with lore.

Yeah that would be a lot more realistic as far as how games have been panning out since the new endgame timer mechanic as far as gameplay.
I know it’s way better than the old waiting hatch game, it’s just stupid not pipping because last survivor takes the hatch, and you get silver emblem instead of iridescent.
-
Except that survivors have free escape (hatch spawning with still 5 gens).
Also, the pip system is pointless, as killer you have to play not optimally/ throw the game.
-
I’m start thinking is a sort of chain reaction. For example, you were rank 16, you could get matched with the rank 12 survivor. That very survivor could get matched with a rank 9. And so on...
-
You have all the rights to feel disappointed. They missed two important release back to back (i.e. dedicated servers release and the event), this makes them appear as a team that put a random deadlines without knowing their skill.
-
Decisive Strike/buff
Make it so that it can work 2 times in case the killer tunnels you.
Yeah, nothing wrong here, lmao.
-
It wouldn't add variety at all. If the meta survivor build consist in the 4 strongest perk, if let's say dead hard was added in this 5th slot, its slot would be taken by the 5th strongest perk. You can't change meta with these methods...
-
If you mean finding p3 claudette blending in darker corners, this goes from easy to nearly impossible without checking very much (like in the shadowy zones of McMillan's), all you can do beside watch carefully is raising the gamma of your screen. If you mean finding survivor who touch the gen, then hide like rats, and you're in that awful situation as killer, when you know they're there, but you really can't waste time, then really nothing you can do, if they hide well, search somewhere else.
-
@Bazzajack said:
It doesn't do anything to stealth killers anymore becuase of the undetectable status affect.
It is a powerful perk with a massive drawback of the killer also seeing your aura, leading to you getting rightfully tunneled and killed, its not a huge problem
Actually most of the times OoO isn't that big of a risk, since you can easily run to the strong building as the killer approach (especially without any chase potential, like Doctor to Legion, or slow killers like Huntress that are very weak inside some buildings). Only against Nurse is actually a big downgrade, since you help the killer with her biggest weak point (i.e. finding survivors).
-
Lmao, no way, dead hard is just better, since works on multiple occasions. The killer approaching notification is really useful against Spirit, and it's much more efficient learning how to fast vault every window, rather than having a small speed bonus.
-
Almost every survivor runs self care these days
Are we playing the same game?
-
Well, at least the wait for the halloween event, has been paired for an awesome summer event, .-.
(As somebody once said me, "everyone on the forums are smartasses and I like it")
-
Tunneling/camping are legit strategies, easily counterable. Only entitled survivors "look down" tunneling and camping. Plus, even at higher ranks are still the best strategies.
-
Good boy, don't riot because the game is full of #########, completely unbalanced and every patch somehow accomplishes to break the game even further. Cry because the event is delayed.
