Not what I said at all. Read what I said again. Maybe a few times since it clearly takes you extra time to process information.

Baby killer alert!!!! Btw show me some stats yourself before you run your mouth. :)

BBQ is only used to get bloodpoints on most killers, its useless for the secondary effect for killers that doesnt have a traversing power, also if u wanna win more often (4 kills), u wont waste a perk slot using BBQ just for those BPs, but if u are farming, its a most perk for sure because u endup getting more points with less kills than u would if u got 4 kills.

Keep thinking that, you all sound like complete morons.

My guy needs to chill a bit. We know your toxic and all, but we try to keep the forum somewhat better than the game itself.

  • They can't get it right.

Hitboxes are either the size of a car or they skin right by the ear of the ######### and doesn't manage to hit detect.

    Very finicky. Needs more attention.

  • As long as I can throw over ######### cars and pallets without hitting some poorly designed invisible hitbox then its fine!

Blame survivors who artificially keep their ranks low with constant DCing. I personally don't get it, I always enjoyed ranking up as a survivor because the higher I got the easier the games got but it seems most survivors are just trying to hover as close to rank 15 as humanly possible now.

Because survivors want to have "fun", but where is the fun in beating someone that you know you are going to be better than.

Nothing but a bunch of pushovers is what they are.

What happened to being prideful about beating someone who is better than you?

  • So what I got from this was...

You burned an offering, as people normally do. The killer downed and hooked then proceeded to camp someone. Which would allow you for an easy escape and probably pip. Sure it sucks you didn't get to use your offering to the fullest extent of point farming, but are you really complaining about free BP since the killer is camping, plus a free escape, all the while x2 BP is currently active.

Finish generators and move on to the next. I don't really see the problem... Are you really that privileged, that the killer must let you get maximum points for something you brought in? I think not.

Discussion over. Take the free win.

  • I'm not usually toxic, I try to stay far from being that.

But during the BBQ event, survivors and killers alike were being complete douches, I tried to be nice every match, but they are ran away from me, when I tried to communicate with the killer he just tunneled and killed me.

So maybe I will be a dick this event. Nurse and no fun, slugging and all. No pipping for the survivors.
(First I have to be able to get a lobby though) stupid DEVs

And when I play survivor, it will only be with my SWF group, the killer won't be allowed to have #########.
(Gee wish my friends still played the game) Can't blame them for leaving though.

What a great community to be in.

  • As I said, punished for playing in the higher ranks.

Full of new players that don't know how ping works.

    Just my guess.

Im sorry but ping doesn't work like this:

stable ping for 3 minutes in lobby.

Killer gets looped to oblivion (and yes I teabag currently to provoke the lagswitch).

Suddenly ping goes up to 700-1000 with you barely being able to move without getting teleported all over the place.

Downloading some porn can shoot up the internet though :chuffed:

  • I have the exact same problem man!

Sucks I can't get any of that juicy x2 BP cause I have to wait a f**cking year to get a lobby!

best killar evar u r just noob dont no how 2 play her!!!!!1!!!!!!!!!!!!1!111!!! bettar than nurse!!!!!!!!11111!1!1111!!!!!

Hot damn, that's pretty much how everyone else responds when I say she's weak.

    10/10 imitation skills right there.

  • Full of new players that don't know how ping works.

    Just my guess.

  • They would get banned, if BHVR's banning system was worth a damn.

Currently every month players need a majority of DC from games played to even start getting soft bans. (So I have heard)

Some people told me it was like DC from 60/100 or 70/100. I don't know the exact percent, but it sounds like it somewhere between 60-70% of games need to be DCed before anything can be done.

So of course, survivors will play out X amount of games for X amount DCed, it is a poorly designed and flawed system. And if this is the system, even if it becomes lets say 20/100, a much smaller number. That's not going to stop someone who wants to DC on purpose. They will always fine a way around.

    Basically...

    Soon™

Suvivors can't rank up as easily cus people keep disconnecting. So it takes ages to get out of where rank reset put you and back up to higher ranks.

But that's the others who DC. What you said here makes it sound like people just give up, which is the incorrect thing to do.

Every match someone DCs I play like normal, and even if I die, I generally come out with one pip.

  • @ZombieGenesis said:
It has nothing to do with BBQ. Christ. It's because a new killer dropped and it's a x2 BP weekend and I think the game is free to play. Things will balance out once people get The Spirit to level 40 for her teachables and stop playing her.

All that would be fine, if it wouldn't effect the x2 BP, but it really does hamper how much I can get out of that.

  • @iceman2kx said:
Yea ques seem to be right at around 10 minutes or so. I do concur with above though, it sucks grinding BPs on survivor.

I usually don't mind grinding with either survivor or killer.

But my problem right now is, that for the past week or so I have not gotten to play killer. I have friends that want to play survivor and crap, then a new killer comes out which means everyone plays the new killer, so the queue times are longer. Plus higher ranks, there are way less people, so by default it just takes longer. Add the new killer thing, you might not see anyone for a while, which is the current issue.

I currently have a bunch of killer dailies that I cannot complete because it takes so long to get a lobby full.

It feels like a punishment to be in higher ranks. And with the new system in place, unless I DC or play poorly on purpose I will be within the ranks 1-10 consistently. Which once again, is fair and the challenge is welcome. But if i'm not getting any matches then whats the point?

I hardly have the time of the day to play multiple matches, and if I have to wait more than 20 minutes to get into matches, that is wasted time and I am better off finding a different game.

It really does suck, specially since there is a x2 BP I would love to take more part in that I currently can.

I got to play 4 matches yesterday. It sucks...

  • @UncannyLuck said:
Survivor or killer? You could always switch to the other and see how their queue times are.

Killer, sorry I didn't specify. It was bad enough, since everyone wants to play the new killer already. Now this.

Survivor queue times are just fine. As always. But I have played survivor a lot recently, and only have killer dailies.

    Its a pain.

  • It already got a nerf and it really isn't that hard to dodge hatchets to begin with.

You used to only lose 2 when you had Iridescent Head equipped, then using Infantry Belt, you would be boosted back up to 5 total Hatchets that could 1 shot.

Now it reduces the number to 1, add infantry belt that's only 3 hatchets to dodge. And if you are already injured, then it's a waste of a hatchet.

It's an ultra rare, not only should it be power, but it is just that. Ultra Rare, it's not like you see it every game.

Just get over it and learn to dodge hatchets. This will help you in the long run.

  • @Tsulan said:
They have to decrease the number of disconnects that lead to a ban. Right now it's so high that people are not afraid of disconnecting, because there is no obvious punishment.

    Got a match :)

    Lucky

  • Yes it is boring, if Killers asked for a change, we get told.

Use Enduring and Brutal Strength, plus you have Bloodlust, which not only was bloodlust just nerfed with the most recent patch, but it was a band aid fix from a while ago, not a real fix to a bad system.

I can't really blame the survivors for looping though, it is one of the best defenses next to being stealthy all game, but that's boring, and survivors are all about those "Fun" matches.

So then we must look to the developers, they believe chases should last X amount of time with a poorly designed system in place, and that has yet to be achieved. I have had chases that last mere seconds, I have also had chases that lasted far to long. Either of which could be my mistakes or survivor mistakes, there really is a lot to take into account when it comes to chases. I.E. Skill, Killer choice, Perks, how many mistakes were made on either end. The list could go on.

I am about 80/20 leaning towards killer main, I play survivor the way I see survivors play against me, turns out it can work pretty well. Those are just the facts. Why would they play a different way? Its fun (For them anyways). Plus any time I ask, "Then how do you want me to play survivor." I get told to try to lose the killer or be stealthier. Which is a fair point, however, any killer that is even somewhat competent can follow blood trails and sounds when the survivors are not running.

I hear their exhausted and normal breathing. I see their blood trails, I can hear the grass rustle. It's like locating someone after being blinded by a flashlight. So to say, "Try to lose the killer" really is no small feet, and in my experience it works 2/10 times, even worse at higher ranks obviously.

And so it always comes back to looping. Once again, it is a poorly designed system, and stealth while it can work, is almost obsolete with some of the aura reading perks on the killers end, plus the literal existences of The Doctor.

I have accepted this, and thus I do not blame survivors for looping. I don't blame a killer for playing defensively , nor do I blame them for prioritizing targets, they are humans, they can think freely. They are not some stupid Ai that you can cheese end of story. So lets toss the words Camping and Tunneling.

The developers can introduce whatever perks and band aid fixes they want to try to "Fix" some of the issues this game has. But like every band aid, it will eventually come off, and some wounds never heal. And this issue is not a wound, but a scar. A scar that the game developed when it was young. Which has received very little attention. That is just the way it is, it will come back to bite em some day. Just wait.

    TL:DR

Their poorly designed systems will come back to bite them.

  • No one uses the proper definition of tunneling whenever I talk to them.

    So what is your definition?

  • You start off injured, end of story.

The perk is supposed to be a hard mode type thing.

  • From a fair 50/50 of being hit or stunning the killer, to an almost 100% chance that you will stun the killer.

The DEVs won't keep the game balanced, who'd have thought?

  • Dunno, they have almost killed the game themselves multiple times.

Only a matter of time till they make the drastically wrong move instead of bad slip ups like in the past.

And knowing these DEVs, it wouldn't be much of a stretch.

  • Literally the most balanced killer in the game, and you are complaining?

How dumb is a survivor who plays all game, only to dc and lose all bp at the end simply because of a dumb perk? Give me my mori and my bp and I will move on to the next game.

    Let's see...

    Survivor Mori'd - DC
    Survivor Hooked - DC
    Survivor Downed - DC
Survivor Grabbed off Gen - DC
    Survivor Almost Sacrificed - DC
    Survivor Hit - DC
Survivor Sees X killer - DC
Survivor Gets hit by X end game or perk - DC
Survivor foolishly stays in the trial when its over - DC

There is probably more, but these are all far to common of an encounter for me.
There really is no end to what will make them DC, they have to much pride.

  • Just Rank 20 things...

  • So your just... Bad at the game then...

  • Always slug the last 2 survivors :chuffed:

  • Just report them if they do...

There will be penalties for DCers Soon™

  • Didn't know survivor was so stressful...

Guess we need to make it easier for ya?

So kinda like Legacy? But not really Legacy, cause whenever we bring up Legacy people have an aneurysm?

Kinda sorta. Just some type of exclusive skins, it doesn't need to be crazy looking (on fire, super bloody, etc) but just rare. Although really with the way the leveling system is set up, you earn shards based on length of matches rather than skill. I personally would rather see outfits unlocked by succeeding certain achievements with that character...

They should do something for Devotion levels since Devotion literally means loyalty or love. And currently, we get jack ######### for going up a Devotion rank (Which obtained by reaching level 100).

So it would be nice to get some sort of cosmetic, auric cells, extra BP, or just something, its kind of depressing.

I currently have 4 levels of Devotion. I am sure other people have even more levels. Irks be that nothing is obtained for such leveling. No intensive to keep playing, which is why I have all but completely stopped playing. And now on the back of this PTB.... It's not looking good for this game personally.

The past 3 killers or survivors I didn't want to buy. Just wanted a couple perks. No drive at all. Sucks, but this is how it is.

So yeah, some more incentive would be very nice. And I think it is needed.

  • I don't know man.

I could fall asleep to that, it is a lullaby after all :chuffed:

  • So kinda like Legacy? But not really Legacy, cause whenever we bring up Legacy people have an aneurysm?

  • Yeah. The lil splinter shits get in the way of actually useful things...

    I agree.

But here at BHVR we want everyone to have a chance to play all the killers. Even the poopy ones :chuffed:

So you better cherish that Freddy splinter. No perks or addons, gimme a break xD

  • Banning toxic players? Banning constant DCers? Banning Exploiters?
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuL6cJPz3Nk

Now banning people who cheated legacy tho, you might be onto something there :chuffed:

We focus on the real issues here at BHVR

  • Had a pretty quick match one time.

Loaded in as killer, then got sent right to the tally screen.

Who knew survivors can sense a Nurse in the lobby before even entering the trial?

  • Damn...

Wish even a quarter of the survivors I face played as poorly as that.

    gg no re

  • But of course!

If I am injured, I can find a teammates to help me. Since Self Care is OP, this is the only suitable replacement, plus it helps my teammates get points as well

Also, if I am ever getting tunneled by the killer and I end up getting injured, even after all my god-like juking, I can then parade by my teammates. Hopefully they will be kind enough to body block him for me or better yet, if the killer isn't a complete tool, he will go for one of the uninjured guys, because that would make sense and we all want a fair chance at escaping :chuffed:

Of course I run this perk when I am not with my SWF buddies. So I run bond to always feel like I am with my friends, after all nothing beats an 8 foot monster barreling towards you like THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP!

    DWIGHT MAINS UNITE!
