Idk i really hate how the curve works, but we can actually curve 90° so that's something. Hopefully they make that whole animation a lot smoother.
-
I always get so mad when people vault anyway. It's always the strong ass bus/or otherwise God window too. I know it's not an exploit but I swear people know when it's not blocked. Like we'll both see the window get blocked and they'll still loop around and use the window. Makes me really hate playing killer.
-
It's been said a million times. You can't nerf Moris without nerfing keys. Both are unfair and cheap AF
-
His power is a rehash but he is fun (kinda). Hopefully this isn't a sign that bhvr is becoming creatively stagnant. They haven't made a truly original character since plague, which wasn't actuallly that long ago.
-
I generally agree for a lot of killers. It's exceptionally nasty when paired with pop (and arguably surge). Stealth (and small terror radius) killers can especially find use from Surv as they can patrol more efficiently and get the drop on people much more effectively
Discordance is really nice but some games you'll get people who don't work on gens together. Then you're stuck with one less perk for the whole game. People really overhype this perk imo.
-
I would love to see a Spider creature if done well. But I doubt they could get a true animal to work in the game. Just imagine a normal (giant sized) spider trying to hook somebody. Maybe they could cocoon survivors and have the entity get their "hook" in some other way
-
I really, really love being d-striked after hooking another survivor. "Just don't tunnel 5head." God mode for 60 seconds would be unreasonable in any other game.
But of course we can't touch this perk. Could you imagine the ######### storm such a nerf would cause? DS is arguably stronger than it has ever been before. The impact it can have on a match and the survival of all survivors in it are undeniable.

Legit all of this shows how much skill you don't have man
Are you implying dead by daylight takes skill?
-
It's fair as long as Moris remain unchanged. Both end the game prematurely and both should be brought down several pegs.
-
He coulda been so cute with a big ol blood red sweater. Slap on a little Headband with Antlers and he would be the cutest killer that ever did kill.
-
It would be nice if people you've connected with can see others you've connected with too. This way it's like a map wide bond for the whole team, until one gets hooked and has to be reconnected.
-
Swearing is crude so i don't see an issue with censoring it. And of course there are bad words that -really- should be censored. I'm sure we can all think of a few.
-
She needs some new addons i think. Most of her current ones aren't too helpful; in fact, her objectively best addons are common and uncommon.
As for her power, I'm not sure. The reverse bear traps work great. They do their job without being OP or guaranteeing kill. Her dash is solid, but more often than not it's a bad choice to go for it. Maybe increase the range by 4 meters, or delay the growl so as to get the jump on people more easily (I mean ghostface can freely attack while in stealth, why can't pig?). Also, her terror radius needs to shrink more quickly after she crouches. Too often people will already know you're around and crouch walking across the map is too time consuming.

Fallacy. Solo survivor at red ranks is still a crap shoot since you get red rank survivors on your team that suck because pipping is easy. The only way to ensure a decent game is with a 4 man swf and most people don’t have that luxury. Again, aside from 4 man swf, this game is killer biased.
I'm a red rank solo surv and do well consistently unless there's a mori. Maybe you're not as good as you think you are?

-
The Game is killer sided if the survivors are bad. If the survivors have the skill to be good, the game is entirely in their hands.
-
Prestige wraith. As somebody said, Wraith is incredibly add-on dependent. Oni can get away with none if he has a good build going.
-
I mean it's very possible. EVERYONE watches or plays the ptb when it comes out. But it's hard to prove. Demogorgon, Spirit, and Ghostface were all buffed post-launch (if I missed any it's because I joined after the Legion chapter). The last killer I can think of to actually be nerfed after launch is plague. I didn't buy him with cells, so it's no real skin off my nose; though I could see why others wouldn't be so happy.
As a console user, seeing such flicks excited me. But on release, ours was completely lackluster. We never got to experience what you folk got, just what we could see on streams or youtube. The flick has been improved for us, which has made him easier to control. We got the short end of the stick, and were thrown a bone with his "buffs." You guys got the good stuff up front and had it removed. If anything, I'm guessing the console flick was what they intended, and they simply overlooked mouse stacking with q and e.
-
I would have been fine with the nerfs if they reworked all his garbage addons. The blocks especially are dumpster fires.
-
That could be very exploitable, but arguably fair for the killer as it's an entire perk. If a stealth killer finds a crazy niche spot, they could place it and have it up all game. Meanwhile normal killers basically announce they're placing a totem somewhere, but they could wait to place something like hex ruin for late game pressure. I think there's a lot of potential for good gameplay mechanics there.

Are some survivors toxic? Yes, absolutely. Are some killers toxic? Yes, absolutely. Can the post you just made be turned around to paint killers in exactly the same light you are attempting to paint survivors? Yes, absolutely.
Only the Sith deal in absolutes...
-
Because it's a poorly designed perk.
-
Moris and Keys deserve to be nerfed down a couple pegs. Then we can focus on buffing solo survivors and weak killers. Omega blink is gone, as are prayer beads, and even forever Freddy. I think the killer nerfs should stop for now, but as we know bhvr will do what they want whenever they want :)
-
Knockout is great but against swfs it's low tier for sure. I've been using surge and surveillance on Freddy and it seems to work really well.
-
It happened to me on Xbox yesterday, for the first time actually. I was searching the basement chest, and when I was found, I dead harded into a locker. Don't know what's causing it now.

I agree as well. The contrast and lack of god rays makes tracking survivors and their scratch marks awfully straining to the eyes. I swear the old Yamoako estate got worse when the oni map was released.

Okay, but no yellow rank should face a purple rank....
At max they should face a green rank, not purple
Take it as a learning experience
-
They really didn't need to blanket nerf the ropes/swing chains. Really the solution was to make it so they can't stack with each other. Now they're all essentially worthless UNLESS You stack them. Shame.
-
Sounds like y'all are being a little overdramatic. I'll have to wait until I can play later, but I doubt they could have made his abysmal turning any worse.
-
Up the Ante (and luck in general) should be reworked. Ace in the Hole should be reworked as well, and Plunderer's Instinct should get the add-on chance instead.
-
A musket, scythe, maybe a Whip if done right. There's so many possibilities .
-
This was incredibly annoying for non camping killers who punish poor hook d saves. And besides, if a killer is camping, you shouldn't even be trying to go for unhooks. Do gens and everybody else escapes, quite easily. Ill take the Freddy nerfs in exhange for this.
-
I don't think the nerfs are... particularly egregious. However I find them doing balance changes during a hotfix to be incredibly scummy. They could have shoehorned in worse changes and not given a damn what the community thought. Balance changes should always come in a PTB before release.
-
As a console user, I see this as an absolute win
-
You could bite the bullet and try to get an obsession perk from plague or Oni. Of course this takes time. It's a shame they included so many challenges that you have no real control over.
-
I mean, bhvr is a small development company. They could potentially create their own engine and fix all the potential issues their game has, but the budget and time this would take are big. Might just be best to give next gen consoles (and pc) more optimization and graphics options.
-
I mean it makes sense. You are in fact surviving if you are slugged and get healed up.
-
I used to yeh. Now I've got every perk i could ever want. Only one I'm missing is mad grit.
-
I would buff Demogorgon's post-teleport undetectable status effect to 5 seconds at base. 2 seconds is barely any time at, especially considering the map wide sound cue. Plus this would bring his addons in line. The green and purple addons that increase this timing add only 1 and 2 seconds respectively, while the iridescent adds *8* seconds. Such a wild disparity.
-
Oni will likely get buffed actually, to deter slugging. His power can be denied for a LONG time if he chases good loopers. Sure, he can stomp noobs who give free hits and panic at pallets, but ANY killer can do this.
-
They should give him 1-2 extra traps at base, and increase the size/hitbox by about 10%. Then I think he might do well more consistently. Not broken but not a chore to play as.
-
They should shrink the map a bit and add an inner sanctum to the main building, like the Temple of Purgation.
-
They should make it so Surge affects gens in a 40 meter radius. Too often I'm too far away from any gens with meaningful progress. Bump the regression to 10% and I think it would be a solid perk, with the right synergies.
-
Wish they would nerf it more. That map can be so BS.
-
Most of the Stranger Things perks could use some buffs. It's a shame we got so many worthless perks in such a cool chapter.
-
Hag is a very fun killer. Plus she can use ruin right off the bat. You can play any killer you want, though. If you have bbq on another killer for example, you might want to stick with them over hag.
It's always possible that Ruin will appear in the shrine of secrets too. I can't remember the last time it was up, but I think it was semi recent. You should always keep at least 2k shards on you every week, just in case a good perk rolls through.
-
Knockout + Infectious Fright. Bonus points for Dark Devotion.
-
Monitor and abuse for 0 meter terror radius on any killer. And a 64 meter terror radius while in a chase.
