Source on that? Also, low pick rate doesn't necessarily mean a killer needs buffs, especially for the newest one, and especially given how rocky that DLC launch was. Many people probably just never bought the DLC.
Gonna agree with @GodLikeTerror.
The Twins are INSANELY rare to see as survivor.I remember like 5 or 6 matches against them since their release.
It shows that pretty much nobody wants to play them and there's a reason for that

I just feel Insidious is too much of an annoyance on killers that want to camp. I had an idea for an Insidious rework a while back: every time you hook a survivor, after making 16m of distance from the hooked survivor, you're granted 10 seconds of Undetectable. It would be neat on killers with high mobility and basement Bubba is no more.
That actually sounds kinda neat
-
I wish more people would play Blight.
You almost never see him :(

No I just DC and eat the penalty if it's bad enough.
4 gens and a hex in 4 minutes? Yeah, I'm likely gonna DC.
That's rather the exception than the norm though.
Most SWFs are quite beatable.
Especially the altruistic ones

You can post it in general discussion

I sometimes love to use this perk (on other killers than spirit) if i see a trend of iron will players in my lobby. It's pretty good.

You should be more afraid of bright flashy clothes than survivors that want to hide themselves.
Also, survivors that wear an awful looking combination of cosmetics

@Phasmamain said:
She’s the only character I’ve bought all cosmetics for because I actually like all of them
I'm not exactly a Jane main myself but i do have to say that she's pretty much the only character that has good or at least decent skins.
Not a single cosmetics that looks really awful on her
-
Honestly, anything that isn't an indoor map,Badham or Swamp is fine for me
-
Outplaying means mindgaming them.
Running a strong window + pallet setup isn't outplaying imo (as long as you don't have a power that could combat that)
-
@CornHub said:
While I agree with you for most of it, can't a survivor crouch up to Victor and then kick him, I haven't played against them enough to know.
Yes you can,but you have to know exactly where he is.
Killer instinct triggers the moment you hear his shrieking and don't crouch before that this making this strat unviable

@Crowman said:
I wouldn't say it doesn't exist, but it's not nearly as common as people think.
A team who leaves survivors on hooks to finish gens even at the cost of the hooked survivor going to the next hook state is gen rushing.
This.
Genrushing does exist but a lot of people misuse this word similiar to "toxic" or "tryhard"

You stand near the window and wait for the killer to get close towards you before sprinting and get a instant fast vault despite looking like a Medium vault
Can you show me an example?
I think i've seen some people doing that but i'm not sure about it.

Take her upstairs. She can't look down during blink or she'll blink downstairs. Use it against her by running back/faking it
The problem with this is that experienced nurses are well aware of that so this trick can backfire very quickly

It's because all the other perks are just weaker.
Same goes for Killer (e.g Sloppy Butcher,BBQ,Corrupt Intervention,Noed,Pop goes the Weasel etc.)

So should we remove Shift teching from survivors? Just to compensate the "Exploit"
What's the shift tech?
Never heard of that.

It's definetely a solid perk, especially with med kits

Obviously the one in the temple basement right next to the generator on Temple of Purgation

Just something I was wondering about, maybe one of the devs could answer this.
Does this somehow influence future decision making if a ton of players give their matches a 1/5 rating? Do you suddenly start investigating why people feel the game isn't fun anymore? Don't you already have these surveys for that?
Pretty sure that the dev @Almo mentioned that he does look at those statistics.

Unfair?
The game is PC Blight vs. console/PC Survivors, not console Blight vs PC Blight.
If this game was a game where two sides are given a character - Blight - and you're supposed to both have an equally strong Blight to fight each other, but one Blight has the advantage over the other Blight because one Blight is on PC or console and they have some type of advantage in their controls that is not possible at all for the other side, of course, that'd be unfair.
However, this game is not Blight vs Blight. It's Blight vs. Survivors. You do not have any more of an advantage over console survivors with flicks than you do against PC survivors; both can use the same effective counterplay against a flick Blight.
The reason it's considered unfair is that you just WANT the tech for console. It seems to be more of a jealousy thing. I understand, flicking with Blight is fun. So instead of taking it away from PC for no reason, why not just make Blight better on console? I see his controls are pretty terrible already on a controller, so let's advocate for giving him better control on console rather than restricting Blight on PC when there's no actual problem with it besides the fact that it's unintended, but actually adds to the experience as and against him.
I know,i was calling it unfair because not being able to use this tech removes a lot of potential lethality from blight.
It raises the skill ceiling of PC blights to a level console blights won't be able to get to at all. That is the thing i don't like.Everyone should be able to get on the same level when investing enough time on a certain character.
Like,i feel it's not really fun trying to learn a character that i know is inherently weaker on my plattform (not looking at FPS and aiming ability).
But i do agree that improving Blight on console should be the priority.

Yea its a pretty fun one to get, but there are ways to cheese it
Step 1 place a survivor on a hook on a hill
Step 2 stand back 24 meters
Step 3 down the survivor as they get saved, or the survivor saving them (only if they are injured because its downs at a range) or if you bring iri head just down anyone
Step 4 repeat until you feel a sense of pride and accomplishment
Step 5 just farm it lol

no, it's not BS.
if you have a console, you bought an inferior, but AFFORDABLE, gaming system. that's not to shame anybody for buying a console at all; consoles are popular for a reason.
but fact is, consoles are ALWAYS going to have downsides compared to PC, and that is what you subject yourself to upon purchasing a console and playing a game that allows cross-platform. you are not going to be on the same tier of PC players when it comes to controls, performance and overall freedom.
just because consoles don't have something doesn't mean PC can't. I personally did not ask to play on the same platform as them, and neither did plenty of console players. But with the vast majority of the playerbase in the cross-platform pool, we don't have much of a choice to play with each other, and we can't be limiting each other for the sake of being on the same level of freedom because that's just simply not going to be possible.
I'm sorry but this is nothing like "performance is worse than PC" or "aiming is harder on console compared to PC" kind of thing.
Like look at Nurse,Deathslinger or Huntress for example. They are definetely harder to play on console but it's still very manageable.
But the thing with Blight is that this tech makes him even stronger than he already is.Like MUCH stronger. And console has absolutely no access to this tech whatsoever.
And that's the problem.Either give everyone access to this tech or not. This is just straight up unfair and bad design in my opinion.

Yeah,gotta respect the dedication lol.
I guess the others got banned much quicker because they were waaay more obvious with their baits.
Sluzzy managed to sound like your avarage super entitled survivor main for most of the time.

Same,i really wanna play Blight because his power is really fun but he's just straight up garbage on console compared to PC :(

McLean acknowledged in one of his streams that is something unintended in the game but they don't plan on removing it. Other killers like Oni, Nurse or Billy are also able to make insane flicks using high DPI.
Honestly I don't see the problem in this. Survivors also have things like window tech, CJ tech, Dead Hard or fast vaulting while standing still, etc that are all unintended. These are just things that add a bit more of skill to the game. Besides that, I've yet to face a Blight that does 180s.
I still feel like it's pretty unfair towards console players that just don't have the ability to use this tech themself.
I wouldn't mind it if it's something with a small effect but being able to do 180s as Blight is HUGE.
Not giving everybody the possibility to make use of this tech is just unfair and bad game design.

BHVR cared enough to make the game completely free in 2017 on console.. just saying.
*2018 on Playstation Plus
It's not like they did that out of charity because they care so much about the Playstation community.Their sole reason was to earn money by doing that.
The state of optimization is absolutely garbage on console and has been ignored for several years and is still not properly adressed by BHVR.
They don't care about console. It's simple as that.
Your comment is honestly unnecessary
-
A lot of players in the Playstation Community want this but unfortunately BHVR doesn't care too much about us console people.

Hmm,i love dumb memes and other fun things so i wanted to think of a funny name.
Something that rhymes like @Claudette_Baguette (I love that name btw)
Given how i was a HUGE Oni main at the time it had to do something with it him too.
Soo naturally the name OniWantsYourMacaroni came to existence

Really glad they fixed that considering how game breaking it was

The HUD is still awful but unfortunately we aren't famous twitter persons so we'll have to live with the changes BHVR forces on us.
-
Honestly, her biggest issue is the crappy placement of her fontains.
Quite a lot of the time they are in awkward places that force you to go out of your way to get them which feels bad and clunky.
My idea to buff her is to give her the ability to channel her corrupt purge from her fontains.
Similiar to freddy teleporting to gens plague would be able to channel it from a corrupt fontain.
She wouldn't be able to cancel the action and maybe would get slowed downed to a certain speed, similiar to doctor using his static blast

I would like to see you bait DH when its being used for distance.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1999206#Comment_1999206
Here's the problem with that comparison. DH for distance has no counterplay what so ever. While doing bones is a counter to NOED, the other counter to NOED is to gtfo
I know.
I was only comparing that the statement "Just bait the Dead Hard" is as bland as "Just do the totems".
If you want a better comparison on terms of how unfair Dead Hard feels then you would compare it to Bloodlust.
-
That would be a horrible idea.
The system that we currently have could use a few tweaks but is mostly fine

All of them

they hate it simply because most people don't like to lose, either if it's because of DH or something else.
It's because Dead Hard is the only perk that removes a great play by the killer.
Good mindgame?
Good hatchet throw?
Good Punishment of the Damned?
Well placed trap?
Well, too bad.The survivor just pressed a button and you get nothing.
It just feels really bad and unfair on the killer side.It feels the same like a survivor that is constantly able to outplay the killer at a pallet but gets downed anyeay because the killer gets carried by bloodlust.
-
I know Dead Hard won't be nerfed and all but that sentence is the same like all killers that say "Just do the totems" for NOED

I mean,it's fine if you want to entertain people but please don't do that at the expense of your own mental health

Self-Care itself is honestly an alright perk, the problem with it however is that a LOT of people don't know when to use it and when not.
There's a reason why the meme of Claudettes self caring in a corner while the whole team is dying exist.

The only thing i hate about the reworked Groaning Storehouse is the main building with these 2 stupid windows that are really strong and easy to loop.
