  • Works on all generators. helps you lose LOS quickly Combined with Hope it can help you so much towards the end of the match. NO COOLDOWN #Janehasgoodperks

    You know what's even better? Distortion.

    If you're injured and the killer has Nurse's Calling, you can activate Distortion while in a chase by healing yourself for a split second. Boom, no scratch marks for 10 seconds without the need of a generator! Try doing this while the killer is breaking the pallet, and you can be sure that they won't find you! :)

  • You pop a Streamers during a BloodHunt, everyone's happy. You win the match though with a 4k-3k, nobody thanks you post chat or even says anything.

    @FireHazard

    I don't use BPS as a survivor because you hardly get anything from it, especially when you have to fight for generator points and safe unhook points amongst your team. Furthermore, sometimes you can't go for unhooks or generators because of your team's decisions, which means you other BP categories are going to be really underwhelming.

    Honestly, you're just better off playing killer during the double bloodpoint event in my opinion. Not only do they gain more BP consistently, but BBQ stacks is more consistent than WGLF stacks because you're almost always guaranteed to hook a few survivors. On the other hand, WGLF is only for altruistic survivors, and if you're forced to do generators because your team is always going for hook saves, it's a dead perk (not like it does anything anyways). Even if you can get a safe unhook, it's unlikely you'll get 4 safe unhooks and/or 4 protection hits within a single game.

    I know this sounds like a rant in a way, but survivors really do get the short end of the stick when it comes to earning BP. I'd like to see all categories get BP buffs in my opinion, but hey, that's just me. 🤷‍♂️

    If only there was more than one exit

    Hey wait a second.....

    @FrenziedRoach

    Actually there are 3 exits: (Story Time)

    There was only one gate open, the killer had NOED, and the EGC had 1 minute left. I was waiting for the killer to patrol the exit gates, but instead she camped the one that was open. I thought it was game over because the EGC meter was flashing red, BUT I heard a beautiful sound.

    With less than 5 seconds on the EGC, I escaped with my life (and with a key I found).

  • Spirit is pretty decent, and well balanced. Each side has a say in the chase, @NuclearBurrito explained this perfectly! I wished BHVR aimed more killers in Spirit's direction!

    @MegMain98 @NMCKE happens to be an excellent console Nurse main. I remember now that I faced him a couple of times back when I used to play console.

    First time, I won (sorry @NMCKE it was an annoying team)

    Second time, I think he dominated us. Like it was an excellent team, but he was too gud. I juked him a bit, but he definitely overwhelmed me.

    Wait, I'm confused 😂

    I thought it was taking a hit when the killer is chasing someone else and you get hit (whether it's actual protection or not).

    @AetherBytes

    Apply your idea to my idea and we should have a good protection detection system!

  • I sometimes get completely random protection hits and whenever I take a hit sometimes I don’t get a protection hit.

    The conditions to earn a protection should be as follows:

    1. There must be a survivor within 8 meters from you.
    2. That survivor can not be downed or hooked.
    3. Take damage from the killer when you're not hooked.

    We found it was too much originally (before release, including ptb), but Its an effect we could definitely explore again.

    Thanks for the feedback!

    @Janick

    I respect the effort you put into this game, but can you please, I'm literally resorting to begging now, please give broken/fully infected survivors a 10% repair speed penalty? You can change it to 5% later if it's too much or something, but please give it a chance, you'll never know until you try it out. Therefore, get out of your comfort zone and go crazy my dude! :)

    Someone once made a concept of a item called "A ######### gun" and it was a gun that would appear for 24hrs randomly in a players bloodweb.

    If you use it against a survivor or killer, it would kill that killer or survivor and the gun disappears and reapper in another players bloodweb who has 24hrs to claim it before it moves on. That's what I remember. That was a fun idea.

    @Gay Myers (Luzi)

    Who will win?

    Huntress vs. Gunslinger Boi

  • Idk if bug, bad designed or intended... But u can use your DS if you got immediately downed after unhooking and picked up immediately.

    I noticed that the killer can move for a very short split second before DS stuns the killer. Out of fear that my DS would be wasted if the killer picks me up in front of a hook, I try to go down away from hooks.

    However, I agree, it should happen more early to prevent this from happening.

  • Would be nice to have random gun with one bullet in the wooden boxes.

    Nah. Pan does that naturally. I have yet to play a pan event where both sides are not ultra sweaty to the Nth degree.

    I get that people can be sweaty, but why mori? You don't even get that many bloodpoints for it.

    That's why I play Nurse because I can play nice with her, she has enough power that she can let survivors have a few chances. If they get sweaty on me, then that's when I can be a little more aggressive, but I won't bring a mori because of it. I'll only bring a mori if I have a daily on her or something because moris can be extremely unfun to play against.

    I’m talking about the no weekend. My general experience with these events has been that gen rush is far worse than normal, so I have to use nonstop ebony offerings to compensate. I have no clue how people actually farm these events.

    Just because your experience sucks doesn't mean you have to spread it to everyone else.

    Not cool man, not cool.

  • I'll like to see totems get better positioning rather than trying to use band-aids to cover up their bad positioning. We can have more LoS blockers, or have totems spawn on the edge of the map because most survivors don't expect that!

    Also, a Hex Thrill of The Hunt buff would be nice!

    If you feel you are getting burnt out by the game and you don't enjoy it anymore, just take a step back, take a break and most ultimately, don't take the game too seriously when you play it.

    If your issue is how other people play the game, well, there's not much you can do, just endure, don't let them get you and you'll learn to ignore them.

    If your issue is the postgame chat, i just want to remind everyone that the chat can be closed.

    I hope this can help you being less frustrated and you can enjoy your games a bit more.

    @Rizzo90

    You speak the truth. I tend to get aggravated a lot sometimes, and when I do, I just take a break from the game.

    Also, I play on console, and I just ignore my messages because they are usually bad most of the times. I don't have time for that! 😂

    Adrenaline is being targeted cause it's a perk that gives a player a huge advantage during a shift between stages of the trial. They can both be seen as second chance perks since one gives you more pressure while the other gives you a free health state and extra distance on the killer. The difference is, aside from killing you before the end game, the killer has no answer to this and in an era of the game where genrush is heavy because Survivors aren't healing BECAUSE they have adrenaline, it can't even be excused that the killer is playing poorly. You can do well and still get genrushed with the majority of killers.

    You COULD compare adrenalin to Devour Hope, but considering how deeply unreliable Devour Hope is due to being a standard Hex, it's hardly a fair comparison. I'm not saying Adrenaline needs a nerf, but neither does NOED

    @ClogWench

    You're missing the point tho, Adrenaline you have to work for it by doing all 5 generators. I know this is a gen-rush meta, but at least it's something the survivors have to do (AKA you have to do something to get it to activate). No One Escapes Death you let all 5 generators get finished to get its effects (AKA the killer can just sit in the corner of the map, and get it for free).

    Don't you see the difference? Adrenaline you have to work for, but you don't need to work for No One Escapes Death. In the video I posted in my previous comment, Tofu mentioned having NOED requiring a few hooks or something. This would be great so that killers can just do nothing and get NOED to mop up.

  • I really like Spirit, she rewards your ability to predict survivors. Furthermore, when you hear that vacuum of death, it's the scariest thing ever because you don't know if she's coming to you! Overall, she's a well rounded killer tbh! :)

  • So annoying and loud and the gens in this map are more stealthy than a Claudette.

    I hate this map as both a survivor and as a killer! :(

  • @George_Soros said:

    Play killer on rank 5 and above. You'll see how extremely weak NOED is. You're probably tired of every second reply mentioning Adrenaline, but yeah: Adrenaline can't be prevented, except by killing survivors. NOED can, and easily.

    Give me objects I can cleanse/destroy to remove Adrenaline from survivors who use it. Otherwise, NOED should just be reverted to be a non-Hex perk.

    @George_Soros

    I don't like how Adrenaline is being targeted, it's a perk that rewards you for doing your objective. You'll have better luck comparing it to Devour Hope because it also rewards the killer for doing their objective.

    Also, here's my opinion on NOED, he hits the gold here:

    https://youtu.be/j-K4hdNqGr4

    Edit: The thumbnail of the video looks very misleading, but actually try watching it before judging.

  • Favorite Killer: Pig (but I main Nurse)

    Favorite Survivor: I'll let my profile picture do the talking.

  • While perk is active and you are in dying state, it will take twice as long to lose DS.

    I can get behind these ideas because it add more precautions and it prevents loopholes within the perk.

  • Almost every day for 6 hours. :)

    It's very disheartening to see such a positive post turn bad in some comments. Regardless, I couldn't agree with this anymore. Of course we are right we are supposed to be elite players but, we are nothing from devs PoV. I mean Rank 4-1 is all about gen rush with how many pallet the game have survivors have a chill side. Plus there are 80%? of pallets that are safe, what i hate the most is saying a billy is noob because he isn't running ruin and being looped all game.

    Myself i've stopped running ruin since my ruin get destroyed at start 99% of the time and run whispers instead. I put ruin on all M1 killers even on nurse because on PS4 is quite easy to survive a nurse due to low sensitivity.

    Billy on the other hand i play without ruin and sometime i lose due to RNG and gen rush with it.

    All i want right now is better killers/perks variety. Clown being my fav M1 killer is one of the weakest killer at these ranks.

    @xllxENIGMAxllx

    Well, they did listen to our Ghostface feedback, and I think he's going to be a beast M1 killer! :)

  • @Judith said:

    Why is every thread turning into people fighting each other?

    @Judith

    Well, this an asymmetrical horror game, which means our community is also asymmetrical.

  • So it still has the same effects but it gains a second effect. Scratch Marks stay visible 1/2/3 seconds less than normal.

    This is a good buff, because if you were heavy, you'll impact the ground harder than you were lighter.

  • Here's a story from a while ago. It's amazing how salty they got afterwards because they got a taste of their own medicine!

    Talking about toxic survivors, I have a story!

    My brother was playing killer, and he decided to play Nurse because she looked really cool. However, he didn't know that she is a very very difficult killer to learn, so he got destroyed by a SWF group. The survivors were t-bag'ing him, and clicking their flashlights as usual. My brother got really frustrated about it, so he handed the controller to me and guess what? I'm a Nurse main and... they... got... destroyed. It was very satisfying because they got a taste of their own medicine.

  • I never even knew saboing beartraps was a thing until I read the description on the "Saboteur" perk.

    I hardly ever sabotage bear traps because they aren't really worth the time in my opinion. However, it would be worth it for SWF groups because they can coordinate everything.

  • As of now, their is literally no point in sabotaging when it literally doesn't help you gain any of the emblems.

    If you sabotage a hook near the killer while they are carrying someone, you'll receive points if they wiggle free afterwards. :)

  • (Pls change that name) I'm pleased with the new changes, there's just 2 more things I'd like to see and ghostface would be great, would love to know what everyone thinks:

    Object of Obsession should work on him, but not when he's using Night Shroud.

  • Bringing this up again because everyone said the developers were only making terrible killers. However, guess what, they literally made Ghostface the best killer ever! :)

    Introuction: Survivor's emblems are not a true representation of your teamwork and your skill.

  • So I was versing a tunnelling Trapper and my teammates didn't even try to pressure the gens. Literally useless. And I realise why I strictly play killer.

    Yup, that's survivor for you!

    Even at rank 5 you still get teammates who don't know how to pressure generators while someone is getting camped. It's ridiculous!

  • @Orion said:

    See, that would be an example of holding the game hostage on their part. I hope you reported them. Many survivors just keep playing even though they claim to want to be hooked.

    @Orion

    He slugged me or out right ignored me because he told me, "I had to check on generators or else I would lose."

    I eventually bleed-out within 2 hours, but I probably should've DC'd when it was taking way too long.

    Edit: You knew what ticked me off even more? One of my teammates had a key and didn't use it until the very very last second >:(

    And what do you do in that scenario to show the killer you want to be sacrificed? Do you run away when the killer comes, or do you stand still?

    @Orion

    By literally running to them or pointing at the hook.

  • @Peanits said:

    If they are making no attempt to down anyone and purely stalling the game by keeping everyone in madness 3, only downing and slugging them if they refuse to move, that would be considered holding the game hostage. We would need to see that they are doing this for a long time, though, not just a couple minutes. The 3 gen strat on its own is not bannable, it only become an issue when it's being used to grief instead of win.

    @Peanits

    Like I said previously, if you're going to win, win already so we can move on the next game. Not everyone can spend 2 hours on a 3-gen show down contest because at that point... I just want to be sacrificed.

  • So,I had a a match as a survivor where the killer was afk the whole game.

    I'm sick of players wanting killers to be "viable without add-ons". You're playing against the best survivors, with all tier 3 perks + items and you wanting it to be breeze without add-ons is ridiculous.

    @SenzuDuck

    I think you're missing the point about what @se05239 is saying. He's saying killers shouldn't need add-ons to be at least decent, or in other words, killers should be already decent without add-ons. Why should some killers ONLY be viable when they use ultra rare and very rare add-ons? Do you see the problem there?
