Breaking the chase and moonwalking is a feature, not exploiting a bug.
I forgot that making a timer countdown during a chase, when it's specifically design not to do so, wasn't considered a ######### exploit.

It's not that Legion is even close to being brokenly overpowered. Most survivors win against Legion. It's a 4v1 game, even if you die eventually in a 1v1 there is still 3 survivors working on gens and doing stuff. Legion can't put out enough pressure or down survivors fast enough to really be an effective killer. So just DCing against Legion shows that people just have to git gud sometimes if you ask me.
Just don't heal against him so you safe a lot of time and you can loop him and his 110% movement speed for ages. And as everyone knows, hitting people for 4 times with frenzy takes a long time and is really not efficient and other survivors can just genrush. Legion is really not a big deal tbh.
It does not matter if he's over-powered or under-powered. Legion is a walking contradiction and should have never have been made. They are completely broken. End of discussion.

Is the chaser category going to be looked at? Currently killers who can down survivors faster with their powers are not ranking up as fast compared to the killers that don't.

Let's say I made a character that has 115% movement speed and has no TR but a lullaby, it takes 7 seconds before you can attack a survivor while during that time they can do what they want. Other than that he's a m1 killer with a maphack on survivors he's already found but they can wake up easily.
It doesn't take a genius to know that this would be ######### in comparison to billy/huntress/nurse
Same for the Plague, her M2 basically takes pressure off of survivors by healing them in 6 seconds, to offset this she turns into a temporary huntress that is even more loopable once she goes to one of these corrupted fountains that could be faaar away, survivors will also get a notification to hide while she is corrupted or go to the nearest jungle gym. pair that with her 32m terror radius.
It doesn't take a genius to know that her concept sucks, they just need to remove the healing from the wells and make the puking louder.
Her M2 either makes the survivor get one shot or makes her down them faster then huntress. You don't have to go halfway across the map to pick up your buff. Keep infecting them and keep tabs on where the fountains are. She's incredible easy to master phase one but phase 2 requires a lot more map aweness.
Also jungle gyms? Did you really list that as a counter to her leathal vomit? ######### lol. You have no idea what you're talking about.

It is a latency issue, as evidenced by the image. Hatchet goes one way on your screen, but on the killer's screen it's something completely different.
Doesn't matter. Servers are going to fix this regardless. Unless of course the hitboxes are ######### up.

Nurse without add-ons is (debatably) balanced. With add-ons she becomes brokenly overpowered or laughably underpowered, depending on your view point.

Power is definitely going to have be related to that censer. Might be similar to Clowns where it distorts survivors visions. The killer seems to be a prisoner? There's chains that goes up his arm. Yet, he's wealthy from assumptions of the jewellery on his fingers.
Overall visually interesting. -
The only counters to NOED is cleanse totems and don't get hit. Everything else is just flavour text.

Vigil got ######### gutted in the exhaustion nerf. Wake Up! is only useful to tell survivors 'Hey, I'm opening this gate!' And Pharmacy is just outclassed by just simply bringing a medkit.
His perks need improvements.

Or Survivors Priest or Church Ruins Map Teaser.I doubt it be possessed. The (original) killers backstory are all somewhat grounded. As far as I'm aware the only one capable of magic influence is the Entity. It gives the killers their power and alters them.
Monk sounds more likely... Or maybe a Martyr. Honestly, without a killer preview it'll be near impossible to guess.
