As far as I know, no there's no limit on the bonus BP that you can store up

The way the BP cap works is that "bonus" or "gifted" BP do not add to the cap - so that's why people can go over the cap. So for example if you have 970k BP and 300k of those were gained from login rewards or bonus BP from Grade Reset etc those will not be counted - only your in-game BP is counted towards the cap so it's very easy to go over the 1 million BP cap.

Not exactly. It's because the feedback to the killer is client sided and instant - so that there are no long pauses in gameplay for example whilst the information is sent to the server to decide whose action was initiated first.

Sorry that you seem to be misunderstanding the process here.
Whilst I appreciate your feelings with regards to the report system - the report system is not part of this discussion at all.
We are removing tools that are used for harassment - we do not want people to be harassed in this manner, it's not about banning individuals it's above removing the hate that people are facing with regards to the way these masks have been used.
Someone can't be banned until they have done something and that means that people have to get racially abused before we can take action on a person - we have no tolerance for racial hatred in our game, so removing the tools used for that racial hatred within the game is important to us.

We cannot answer what action has been taken against a player. That is between us and the player, it's not something that's ever discussed with 3rd parties.
And yes, stopping racial harassment is probably next to impossible but we are certainly not prepared to give people the tools to use - hence the removal of the masks.

I think we've explained our reasoning quite enough and I completely fail to see what attempt you are making in comparing the Wraith with the harassment that players are facing in-game.

We don't hide feedback, we don't walk away from it, we just move it to the correct sub forum.

OK this is going around in circles now and being taken really off topic.
The feedback with regards to the removal of these masks has been heard...and I emphasis we're removing these down to the way they've been used within the game and that hatefulness like that, has no place in our game, or on our forum.

We stated then that the reason such a big patch was done was that we had the extra bandwidth to be able to do things, we did say this isn't something that will always happen and some patches will have more content than others. We try to do as much as possible within our timeframes and other constraints.

The high numbers of same theme has a name: indignation.
Their players are indignated about the removal that they will impose undemocratically, and to make this minor, they are closing the discussions.

Yepp whatever triggers Balanced Landing will trigger this as well - so yes I think dropping down into the basement would be the same, as you do get BL when you do that particular drop.

If you have an issue with a players name - report it to the platform that the player is on as we do not control player names.
Anyone cheating/hacking - please report in game and send video evidence to Support.
The fact that something is used to promote hate within our game is not something that's acceptable, so the masks are being removed.

Personally I stand by BHVRs decision on this topic but it still raises the question.
We do ban but of course we can't pre-emptively ban....which means that players have had to under go some particularly harrowing cases before a ban can be issued. So removing an element to prevent the whole thing happening in the first place is probably the right call. Hate behaviour such as we have seen has no place in our game.

It's not about "whiners" it's about the fact that these were proven to be used to harass our players in a hateful manner - that's not something we're going to support and we're certainly not going to make it easier for people to do this in our game.

yeah but you won't be downloading it for the Beta tab specifically, it will be part of the mid chapter patch which will have to be downloaded anyway....and yeah I appreciate how rough it is to do the full download, hopefully the changes that are being made with the way files are packaged will be added to consoles as well.

I can answer that there are currently no plans to add K&M support to consoles however.

TL;DR- this update will be a redownload (with the improvements) of the game... but the updates after this one will be smaller.... On Steam only (for right now)
So Console players have to deal with a massive download and update in order to not be apart of the upcoming changes... (Thumbs up) Great
Just to clear something up.
This is not connected to the Beta tab specifically but to the whole update.
We're changing the way things are downloaded so for this update the game will need to be downloaded in full again - yes right now the feature is only active on Steam.
But as everyone has to get the update, the Beta tab is already there then - it's just about opting in, you won't have to download the game again...the things on the Beta tab that will be tested won't require a separate game mode or anything.

You would need to contact the platform that you are playing on and get the game permanently removed from there. Steam does this and I think the other platforms do as well.

The office has been closed for 2 weeks over the Holiday period - so no bug reports created within that time have been addressed unless previously reported. QA (and myself) are the people that deal with the reports and we change the status of the report once it's been addressed.
Your bug report doesn't have a status on it at all, as it was edited (which removes the idea status), so it's not possible to change that report.
However all bug reports are checked and even when the status of the forum doesn't change doesn't mean the report itself is not looked at.

In the first one, had you made a safe unhook on another Survivor? So one where the other survivor didn't go down immediately afterwards?
And in the 2nd video, you cannot be healed - you are in the broken status, you have to wait for that to wear off. Deliverance leaves you broken 100/80/60 seconds (depending on what tier the perk is, the higher the tier the shorter the time). The icon next to your character shows the broken effect.
