I'm not sure if you've got something else going on with your game here, lobbies have generally been quicker since Crossplay was enabled and I've not received any reports of people having trouble getting into the game. I suggest making a post in Technical Sub Forum with full details of what's happening - including your platform etc.

I use it occasionally, but I answered no because that's not really often. I have it on a couple of builds (I have all my characters set up with different builds to play depending on my mood), but it's not on my main characters.

I think the problem with this is that it will limit the amount of different survivors you see in a match, it would be mostly Claudette and Meg tbh.
I see a fairly wide range of characters in my matches right now, lots of Megs, Claudettes, Dwights, Davids, Janes, Nea's etc. Less so of Jake and Bill.

I was so impressed by all his audio when he released. I still love it the rare times I see him.
The gurgling portals, the stomping, the distant roaring accompanying the screams of a downed survivor, and TR/chase music.
Same tbh, I quite enjoy playing as Demo as well, except I struggle with the portals - they really affect my vision a bit. I also enjoy playing against him - there's very few solidly good Demo mains though, he seems to be pretty hard to master.

DC penalties exist because we do not promote Unsportsmanlike Behaviour either in game or on the forums. There's very few times a player is actually going to legitimately need to leave a match - namely for IRL emergencies or when victim of a bug in game. Other than that, DC'ing is ruining the game for 4 other players and wasting their time.
Don't go into a match unless you have the intention of finishing that match!

I used to love this, but sadly yes this particular tile got removed from the map. It was there initially when Ormond was introduced with Legion but removed pretty soon afterwards.

I'm going to close this, I've said before the great thing about crossplay is that it has the opportunity to bring the Community together - and threads such as this bemoaning someone who's on another platform is hardly promoting inclusivity. We're all playing the same game, regardless of what platform we play on, it's the person that's behind the controller/keyboard that decides the way they play, not the platform they are playing on.

We've all made mistakes in our lives and done things we regret - that's part of life and part of growing up as well. Nobody deserves to suffer from Cancer, nobody...I've lost quite a few friends from it, one of which had been my best friend for my entire life, so there are things I understand but I will struggle to put into words.
@Cheers you've been a joy to have on these forums and we as a team, truly appreciate the time that you have spent with us and we will most definitely miss you. There's no words that I can say that express my deepest sorrow for what you are going through now, I just hope you can understand how much I wish this were different. I hope you can make peace with your father and spend your final days surrounded by the love of family & friends.

Right now matchmaking is based on Rank and as a Rank 8 you will be matched with players within approximately 6 (I believe the number is still 6 it could be 8) ranks of your rank. It was only under the MMR system was skill included in the match making.

If this is on Steam, I know that there's been one or two issues in the past few hours with their Stores and Friends list - so it might very well be connected to that. I've had no other reports that there's any issues with servers.

Really not happy with all this console vs PC threads that seem to be popping up right now.

I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder that's not healing...I use a controller when it's particularly painful or change the input to my mouse wheel, the mouse wheel scroll has particularly helped.

As of right now Cross Progress is not happening between Xbox/PS4 & PC - we do not know if this will ever be implemented sadly.

Nothing has changed with the servers in relation to Crossplay, the same servers are active that were before.

I'm closing this right here because all I'm seeing is arguments over which side is supposed to be better - everyone is supposed to be playing the same game. The Crossplay feature can be quite easily switched off for those that don't wish to play with other platforms, no need to really argue about who is better.

Not really dividing the player base. Because crossplay has to be optional - there has to be the option to turn this off.
You could say that by having all the platforms separate, that was dividing the playerbase a lot more.

I must admit, I really don't see the issue with NOED - it means the killer is playing with only 3 perks throughout the match and survivors can prevent NOED by doing the totems in the match. I was only ever bothered by NOED in the days where it was constant after the last gen was done and there was no way to disable it, and it was always run with old Bitter Murmur. I'm always surprised that people dislike NOED so much, because it's so easy to disable before it even comes into play!

yip this is 100% correct. There's no way to identify which platform specifically someone is playing on, but the globe icon shows that it's a player that's on a different platform to you.

We do not have a set date for Cross Progression as yet, as the FAQ's on Cross Platform mention - we will communicate more when we are in a position to do so.

Those should be visual bugs, when you restart the game they should be back to normal. Please post back if they are not.

yes you will get to play on the map and you will be able to play against the character.

I don't believe this will be implemented in the near future, it would require all parties agreements and that can sometimes be difficult to get.

I don't change my play style if there's no obsession no. It's rare I even notice if there's an obsession or not in the game unless I am specifically running PWYF - I tend to not notice the survivor icons on my screen as I'm too focused on the match.

This is not Cross Progression but Cross-Play...there is no Cross Progression in the game.

The old matchmaking system is back as of yesterday - it's currently back to being matched by ranks!

We do not deal with cross platform reports - in this case it would be the platform that they're using to "snipe" from.
We do not ban for stream sniping, however Twitch do...but proving it to Twitch is not easy. But that would be between you and Twitch for example.

I love this perk as a survivor or as a killer, if I get the exposed effect when playing killer I'm pretty happy because it shows that I'm doing well and I love it as a survivor because it changes the game so much and makes it that little bit more frantic.

This has nothing to do with survivor main or killer main - this is to do with the system not working as it was intended to, so it's been pulled for the time being.
Believe me, there was pretty much equal complaints from both sides of the game with regards to the MMR so to say survivors only complained is completely false.

Myself and others have already answered your question in this thread - answers which you chose to ignore despite them being correct.
This is not a discussion forum where developers only answer the questions, but a forum where everyone is free to answer and discuss things (within the rules of course).
The clothes are not interchangeable because as I told you in my first post - different character models, which means they'd have to recreate the same outfit to fit every single survivor model.
Please don't try to make this a race issue, I think people of this forum are a lot more enlightened than that!
