If you have such a big issue with perfectly valid playstyles, I have two suggestions. Either, do not get caught and play stealthy, as you said there are perks to play this way so nothing is stopping you. Or two, hope skip and jump on over to that other game since you seem to have found your own solution

Why can't Killers just get the kill?
You already won the game, just let the last survivor get there pity points.
No. The game is still on going, a Killer can turn a 3k into a 4k. Why should a Killer give up the last kill just out of "pity"?

Because it is not like Survivors gang up on Killers, right?
I am well aware of the nonsense that survivors get away with. I guess the only difference is that when survivors gang up on a killer it only annoys the killer. Whereas conversely killers ganging up on a survivor can actually kill the survivor.
I am not not disagreeing with you. I am just trying play "devil's advocate" I guess.
I appreciate you raising your concearns for a game mode like this being added but @Orion has hit the nail on the head, 'what is good for the goose, is good for the gander' surely?

In a perfect world where no exploits would be used for an advantage, yeah sure. Unfortunately, knowing this community it would be more hassle than what it is worth. Want to see a good Killers gameplay, head over to Twitch and Youtube.

Killer perks are overpower.No. You are new and just unskilled atm.
Take the time you have levelling characters to learn core mechanics and counter plays. There is 100s of guides and videos out there to help. Instead of complaining, do what the rest of us have done....use the time to learn.
To the people saying this game should be less grindy, agreed it is a pain, but it is how games like this keep longevity. -

English:
"It will be great fun to be able to play with our friends by being the killer but in a matchmaking part. I have for example only one friend who plays this game and we have to make exclusively parts as a survivor. If one of us wants to play the killer, this mode gives rise to a 1vs1 and this is not fun at all...
This constraint removes diversity from the game." -

Tbagging is different in dbd than to most other games. And in gaming, almost if not every game where tbagging is NOT one of your few only choices of communication in-game, those are the ones where it's always considered toxic. We don't communicate with the killers so we have to use our two gestures, putting down and picking up actions, and crouch spamming.
If I were a killer and a survivor was crouch spamming me while very noticeably running me away from a specific area where I had caught them with other people. I wouldn't think they're being toxic first and foremost, I'd think they're protecting people and I'd run back that-a-way which I came just to check if people are sneaking back, or hiding around. Which, many times they are.
If I'm playing a killer and bodyblock someone then just stare at them and make stupid random movements to obviously express that I'm laughing at them or being dramatically over top with my kill for whatever reason. The survivor may spam crouch and I can take that as either insults or "take me already, I goof'd up" or "Please killer, let me live, I'm sorry". So I can try to have a hopefully better guess on which they mean by whether they follow up with a point, an item drop offering, or a 'come on' gesture, if they crouch and look up at me or nod at me, or if they try to make stupid movements too in the corner. If I were a survivor and a piggy floored me then crouch spammed me, it's FARRRR more obvious what that means. Piggy has no reasons to spam crouch me other than when they're being non-benevolent and making lols like when they're greeting you at a gen and pretending to do it for example; or when they want to taunt someone.
So basically, its far more easy to tell if tbagging is toxic in this game depending on the circumstances.
For survivors, we all know spamming it at the exit gate is usually if not always meant to be toxic, but you could say the same about pointing by the gate and using the come on gesture by the gate in that case. Dbd is just probably lacking some clearer gestures for some people I suppose.I am sorry but I have to disagree. Tbagging is tbagging, is tbagging....DBD is not under some special rule-set that changes a wide known toxic gesture into a positive gesture. The fact you have gave me multiple examples of what tbagging means to YOU, proves that you do not even know for sure what it means in this community. But what the community does know, is that in gaming terms, 99% of the time someone Tbags to disrespect. If you genuinely believe that you tbag not to be offensive then, cool, go on you for being different. But to the average Joe, if they see a tbag, they wont know of DBD special rule-set, you seem to believe in, and considering it toxic. I repeat my point, DBD is a game and in every community I have been apart of, or I am aware of, tbagging is negative.
I didn't say that's what teabagging means to me, I said that's how it can be used in dbd, and if you read through more threads on the topic you will see more players admitting to using tbagging for reasons other than disrespect. You going all "gamer elitist teabagging has a specific definition and deadbydaylight is not a special exemption" in a casual, non-fps game and say that there's a chance 9/10 players mean it to be toxic makes no sense to me because I don't say it's never not toxic while that's precisely what you say. At the end of the day, in any video game you play, teabagging is another gesture and dbd just has more uses for it since we don't have mic chat in-game. I understand why you disagree though because of how you are a dead on believer that no matter what the game is, tbagging has 1 use only because of the definition. But just in case this needs to be said, I hope you don't let it ruin games for you. Nice talking with you Killigma.
You might be right, it could be that I have gamed around the term tbagging as a negative and you could be the few people that believe it is a positive. Tbagging for me personally does not really bother me, but I hope that your solo crusade will change a part of this community. Good luck squire.

Ruin, like other hex perks, has always been useless. Either destroyed within the first few minutes due to poor totem mechanics and placement, or high ranking Survivors will just spill check their way through the effect. Ruin only has a massive effect at low ranks.
-
I am sorry but all I have to say to this is...LAWL! 10/10, would steal item again.
-
Tbagging is always going to be toxic, regardless of how you dress it up, because it is known in gaming as a negative action. You can try and justify why you use it, but you are one person. You might not mean it in a toxic manner, but 9/10 Survivors might.
Saying this, I do agree that the term toxic gets thrown around all to easy. Doing gens, toxic. Killing first hooked Survivor, toxic. Using perks, toxic. Using add ons and items, toxic. Unfortunately this community is the only real toxic thing in this game, so you can either roll with the punches and get over other peoples options on toxicities or stay away from the community for your own good. -
The basement is supposed to be a place you do not want to be anywhere near, one entry, one escape. Adding another exit would take the whole danger of the basement away. And directed at the part where the Killer can simply close the second exit, every Killer would just close it, making it irrelevant.

Please, everyone, stop spreading the misinformation that content or patches can only be released on specific days for consoles. On PS4 it can be any day. I've had a patch push through on Sunday. There is no set day or time. But how will we be able to complain and flame the devs for not releasing the patch when we expect it?

This is my point. You guys are suggesting core mechanic changes just for the purpose of novelty. I am not gonna sit here and pretend that this game is perfect or does not need more added. But, going around copying other games and just being another copy paste genre is not the way to go about it. If you want new mechanics then suggest something new, not just something because the other kids are doing it.

Not to mention Killer gets a ton of perks to improve their Blood Point collection as well.As for game favoring Survivior, haha no.
Killers have 4 perks that effect BP. One of which sees play, BBQ&C. Maybe distressing. The other two, highly doubtful. Survivors have two. I'd say it's about 2 for 2 tbh.

This is an intersting topic. If you replicate features in other similar games, you kill their buzz. This would help dbd to remain the biggest and cement its place as the best.
I say you don't know if its a bad idea until you test it. Keep coming up with ideas to make it fitting to dbd.
I can imagine whacking the killer with a baseball bat stunning them in place for a few seconds giving the down survivor a chance to crawl away a little more. Should be fun and novelty and not frustrating like ds.
If you want features like that, pop on over to Friday the 13th, see how good that game is doing with its amazing features.

sure, but at certain time it may need a renewal, otherwise the vets will get bored and quitI think you are overestimating how low this games player base is. Lots of people that are vets still play this game a large amount. Granted, yes this game can get boring, but what game does not? You simply take a break and come back. The game is constantly being updated, new DLC added and now we are seeing some mechanical changes, this game is anything but stagnant atm.

So, take what?I just watched some gameplays but I like that skill in Identity V that you can stun the killer with a gun, in DBD could be a baseball bat only found in in-game matches, ultra rare, 1 use. Also have a store in game, 8v2...
LAST YEAR: THE NIGHTMARE: you can cook the killer with a flamethrower, but I only want stun, no need to kill the killer, can craft stuff found ingame (why not a 1-shot broken shotgun?), killer skill to drag with a chain, throw survivor to others....
The point is, sure there are tons of new good ideas to renew DBD, now that (at least for me after +400 hrs) feel it a bit less fun than before, so only play trolling and taking risks cuz nothing is too exciting as before, we need more action.
I would like a 2v8, perks fighting other survivors, perks to stun killer, more action, more competition!
You are basically asking for core elements of the game to be changed. DBD is not either of the suggested games. If DBD actually went around copying ideas from other games, the for one would get themselves in trouble and two it would just be a copy paste of other games. DBD has its own style and as much as we like to rag on it, it sets itself apart from the rest.

Similarly, when you go down to you favorite restaurant and you explain your order several times, but they still get it wrong. Give them a nice handshake and congratulate them for trying, pay for and eat whatever food they did give you. I mean, you wouldn't want to actually complain to them about fixing any issues....I see what you tried to do here but...nah.
Forums are open to any forum of discussion regarding the game. If someone wants to direct a rant, idea, criticism or suggestion...they are well within there right to do it. Just like you are well within your right to make a topic complaining about complaining. -
Surely "broken cancer" is a good thing? I mean, if cancer is broken then it cannot do its job? For its job is a negative, being broken would be a positive?
...Anyway, I personally like the map. Compared to school and hadenfield, it is the better of two three evils -

BHVR gets to keep their game relevant within streamer communities by paying with free in-game loot/shards. The streams get free stuff and information about content coming so they can continue to grow. Personally I think the FW program is a joke. The majority of the people who are a FW do not even set a good example and it just seems to be whoever was on close terms with the devs or "known," got thrown a bone. BHVR should have set out guidelines and rules to follow, it is basic practise if you are selecting people to be ambassadors for your game.
-
Basically you mean, she's a challenge to play against, pluz nerf?

...because hatch mechanics, DS, Adrenaline and actually filling the Deliverance perk criteria normally just is not enough?

Entitlement.

Low ranks Ruin is strong but anything from 8+ it is 9/10 a wasted slot. Usually stalling the game for the first few minutes while they try and find the totem. Saying that, most high ranking Survivors can just power through Ruin. I personally do not run ruin as I think the negative out weights the positive.
-
It lasts as long as the status effect is active.
-
Survivors do not have to work together and save one another in order for them to get a win. You can either play with the other Survivors, or against them, and save yourself. Survivors not playing a certain way so you can get multiple hooks is not there issue, they want to bang out 5 gens and get out.
-
Two Killers that are probably the last on the list of things to be nerf'd lol.

She has a high skill cap in term of the other Killers. The nurse the the hardest to learn, but not hard to learn, if that makes sense?

DBD does not even run the way it should on console, what hope would you have for an android or iPhone?
-
Just to add on to my previous statement as well, you have been banned for sharing a link that obviously is not the dev link...and you are still sharing it?
-
Technically the ban is fair if you are sharing shading links, in all honestly, regardless of the actual reason. If the rules state you cannot do it, and you do it, you still have broken the rules. Robbing a shop to feed your family, is still robbery.
Also, a steam community ban is dealt with by Steam support, not BHVR. Contact steam support not BHVR.
