  • I’m the one who delivers them so....... well there was that one time I was called a no life for having p3 doc 2 months after the game came out. Both friends DC’d and started flaming me. They sucked about as much in game as in DM’s

Actually several rank 1 PS4 killer mains have done just that but to the people claiming it's an exploit they can't admit it's their skill instead that's the issue.

It's not just that. I also think about something like the nurse, where console players get 30 fps and under so it's a lot different than playing with 120 on PC... and with that wack controller it's no wonder I'll see ######### about her being balanced or on the flip side, unplayable at all. It would be easier for me to identify a common denominator with certain issues since I don't know a player's true skill.

And just from your logical message I instantly know you’re better at the game then some of these fools. But yeah, FPS makes it harder. It is doable though, but harder

I don’t get why pallet blinds annoy. You can hear their footsteps and not lose a chase, it consumes the light (and without resetting progress), and it’s used to help escape a chase. Only unnecasary flashlight use is the rapid clicking, and that’s just a waste of light yo!

When you have no skill it's an exploit, when you have skill it's a move you can counter.

Wait until he found someone else first and than take action.

I know, it's hard, because survivor love their gen rush and rather complain than adept, becasue that worked for 2 years now and Devs always gave what you asked for.

    God why so bitter?

Why does it always boil down to "get gud"

Sometimes ######### just happens. There are times when you will be spotted even if you try to be stealthy. You can't win EVERY game.

[BAD WORD] lol at these killers whose excuse is always "dont be caught". Well fine, next time you cry about gen rush the answer will be "dont get gen rushed".

    Where have I been bitter?

If someone is complaining to "always get caught first" and "always get camped", maybe he should consider my ideas.
It's not just "git gud", but maybe he should "adapt/adjust" his way to play.
If it only happens every couple of matches, you can say "crap happens" and get over it, but if that happens to you often and you get frustrated about it, look for a way what YOU can do first ingame, before you come crying to the forum.

And about your crappy little "lol those killers"... we killer get the same stuff all the time from survivor player, "Just break the pallet"... "change target if the loop you"... "tunnel em before they heal"..."Mindgame them"... yadayada.
So my suggestion is actually something that is not just a meme, but an advice, while 99% of all survivor advice is just a blatant lie or complete missunderstanding of the game.

I had a game where no one wanted to be caught first, and used your strategy. It took over 20 minutes for the killer to find everyone, and afterwards the whole team was accorded if holding the game hostage. 10/10 strat

Guess what? That is how the game was intended.

    I’m sorry, but I could’ve sworn I already said it was 10/10?

I've got no issues hitting 360's because I don't lunge at them, if they do it once they won't do it again since I know what they're doing. Now granted I'm on PC but I also don't have my sensitivity turned way up either, and that's because I've adjusted my aim accordingly.

You can keep making excuses for your failure to improve all you want, but it won't change the fact the the base issue is your lack of improvement.

Perhaps @TydeTyme can explain it to you since I've see him have no issues with survivors doing it on the streams I've watched.

Hence the problem with these people claiming it's not a problem. On PC you have FAR FAR FAR more control of direction than Xbox or PS4. Changing direction mid swing on either is ridiculous with the sticks. hence they get a free deadhard.

You don't see most streamers getting this done BECAUSE they're on PC.

You can keep making up excuses for people abusing a system problem, but that won't change the fact that the base issue is they're abusing mechanics to cover for THEIR bad play at the game. I never use it as survivor and play just fine.

Oh!? Now it’s tje controllers fault?! I hit people doing 360’s on PS4 every time, except maybe the first. You are absolutely bad at this game

It's not an exploit. Their hitbox is no smaller when doing a 360 than when they're just standing there or running in a straight line. Hitboxes don't change size because of movement. You're just missing your swing because they moved.

If someone is 360ing you, stop lunging. Lunging at them makes it easier for them to do. Just walk up to them and do a regular attack and there's significantly less delay, and that'll make it a lot easier to hit.

It's not THEIR hitbox that's being abused. It's the killer's hit/hitbox. Yes nothing changes about the survivor's hitbox. Nobody claimed that. It's abuse of the game's poor mechanics when it comes to the killer's hit radius and box. Faulty programming is being abused.

This is false. You just turn. Literally all you have to do. Turn your sensitively up until you can do a full rotation is less than a second

No it's 100% true. You can lie to justify you using glitches to cover your bad play. I'd laugh about the tears when they remove it and tell you gitgud because it's worse than camping

  • @purebalance

360ing causes the killer to lose sight due to weird POV. It also tricks autolock. What this means is it goes the wrong way. Many killer actions can mess survivor up similarly, like standing at certain angles jolts the pallet throw, causing a literal teleport into the killers lap. Killer can easily counter 360’s by going WITH THE BAD AUTO AIM, and swinging so far off they meet the 360. Or y’know, just not be ass at the game and pay attention.

Only excuse is console FPS, and in that case it’s just hardware problems, I’m not gonna limits my self because you don’t own a PS4 pro. A gaming computer user isn’t going to NOT 360 because your playing on a freakin MacBook.

If you’re gonna count all survivors as a collective, know that WGLF gives points to 1/4, while BBQ is points to 1/1. Yeah, you’re stupid 1/4 doesn’t work here...

Giving WGLF ANY effect in addition to BP bonusgain would be OP. Want those bonusBP? Sacrifice a perkslot for it. I'm all for giving WGLF through stuff like saboing a hook while a killer with a survivor on his shoulder is near n stuff like that but WGLF doesn't need a BBQ like secondary effect.

Oh, I want token buffs too. Hello my friend

I think the 100% BP increase is already fair enough, BBQ also just gives 100% so why would WGLF give you more esp if we'd make the conditions easier to meet.

I meant keep it 100%, make it easier to get 4 tokens. And even though it SHOULD be easier IN THEORY, it’s much harder to get consistently 4 stacks of WGLF. Meanwhile I get 4 bbq every game

Not in a genrush game though

I’ve never been beaten regularly by gen rush. Though gen rush has been the only strategy that has a iffy chance of not getting sweeped. The absolute worst I’ve ever done with bbq is 2 stacks. That’s happened less than 5 times. It’s only against super meta that I SOMETIMES get 3. BBQ stacks are insanely easy to get, and suffice to say, if you can’t get 3 stacks over 80% of the time, you’re just really bad. (Or Freddy)

WGLF isn’t gonna give tokens for farming. That’s no excuse anymore for the perks problems

    For example:

    1) healing a mate hurt or in dying state, unhooking or protecting others could all be stackable;

    OR

    2) every unhook or protection could give 37,5% BP bonus, within a maximum of 150% BP bonus.

    Which one do you prefer?

@Wolf74 Do you really think any of my proposals could ruin matchmaking, because an epidemic bloodlust would determine a big majority of players to act as survivors? I've not written: "You will earn 10,000 BP for every save"! O.o

It's not about what I think, it's about what happend when WGLF was better.
It already happend before and that was the reason WGLF got nerfed to it's current state.
It's not "believing", it's just experience.

More consistent 100% is not a buff back to 200%. You’re being ridiculous

Between black and white there is grey: 200% is excessive, 100% is not enough, so 150% may be proportionate and balanced. Or, alternatevely, devs could make this 100% effective and not simply hypothetical, by making healing other people stackable.

You think he’ll accept that idea? He rejected making the 100% more consistent, he’s insane. 150% could actually cause issues.

I think it's mainly because they are most played (especially Meg and Claudette) due to them being the original characters that everyone owns. But yeah I do agree as I would love the other characters to get a bit more love in terms of cosmetics, but I think BHVR is trying to appeal to the majority with giving the original characters so many cosmetics.

i know but if they really did the poll you would see that they arent the majority played its just they were around when legacy was around and people had them leveled up first but i really want to see more nea, feng, and david stuff i mean the reason this is becomin a problem is because when the store first came out they cam out with stuff then just kept coming out with stuff for dwight, meg, claudete, and jake with a few for the others here and thier and at one point i was like ######### meg has 40 something items and nea has 2 something items

    1) they’re free, keep in mind console starts with dlc (if you’re on console) Ming and Ace are normally requiring money. 2) they’re the original 4. They’re the icons of the game and the survivor faction. 3) No, they are STILL THE MOST POPULAR.

    proof? for 3

    Devstream data

    and thats proof cause?

Because the devs have access to that sort of information and we don't?

exactly so how do we know they aren't lying it wouldn't be the first time

Do you have any idea how paranoid you sound? Basic common sense, logic, and extrapolation will lead to the conclusion that the free (base/non-paid-DLC) Survivors are the ones most likely to be played because they are free. That's without taking into consideration the fact that two of their perks (Sprint Burst and Self-Care) have been in the stale meta since the game was released.
Furthermore, what would the devs have to gain from lying about this, exactly?

Is it that difficult for you to just admit that someone who disagrees with you on some subjects is right?

nea, ace, feng, and david are all free on xbox and ps4

Not on PC. Where most the players are

If you did not die straight away, you would have got camped anyway. So either way you are not getting another free escape, take your loss and move on.

    Basically yes.
Just like gentapping is an abuse technically but both are "acknowledged" by the devs

How is the movement of the character an abuse to mechanics? I don't see how there is reason to that point..

Because the survivor moves faster than he actually should.
Also the hitbox doesnt align properly with the character model, especially huntress suffers from that when she is trying to melee throw a 360ing guy.

How is non-movement of the character an abuse btw?

I'd actually would like to see proof that the speed of a Survivor surpasses the limit of ** 100%MS** when performing a 360. (Moving your camera one way while moving your character the other in a 360 degree circle)

Could you provide proof that or are you just making that first part up?

You might be right about the hitboxes not lining up... but I mean, I found if you just swing (not lunge) you're most likely to hit them as they do align up the hitboxes at some point. if we're talking about broken hitboxes, what's with those active hitboxes aren't pallet stuns and window vaults? Off topic, but still relevant.

Huntress hitboxes are already broken, so it's irrelevant to the current data. Why hatchet a melee-ranged 360ing guy?

I mean 360 hitboxes aren't broken like The Billy's chainsaw to a Sprint Bursting Survivor yet it's being perceived that you're implying they are. Maybe explain a little for me to understand better?

Take one of those "360 tutorial" youtube videos and a video of a sprinting survivor next to each other.
Run both in slow motion and observe how the 360ing survivors moves faster on your screen than the sprinting one

    .... you're kidding right

    Nope im dead serious

"Please use your own judgement and observation to determine such" is NOT proof. What meets the eye can seem entirely different. The fact that you're dead serious makes entirely what you said unreliable.

    Discussion over from my end.

That why I said, run it in slow motion

What kind of proof do you want? Guess we will have to wait until we get a police killer with a speedometer then

It’s literally impossible. In the code it locks sprint speed to 100% unless a modifier present. (Like sprint burst). It just seems faster because being able to 360 breaks the laws of physics, so it doesn’t look normal. You’re comparing it to real life

Why was not gaining any BP on killer disconnect built in to the game? Why is it still like this on ps4?

(This has been answered before. Implementing such a compensation would allow 1 player to boost 4 others. Meanwhile, if only 1 Survivor quits, only 1 player is boosted/compensated, so fewer Bloodpoints are handed out for free overall.)

He’s talking about PS4 where if killer DC you LOSE DATA!

  • it should give you 15 seconds to try jumping off (IF YOU NEVER HAVE BEEN HOOKED) especially if you have deliverance. As being last means you did better but you get punished for it. Either way, if you’re in struggle or just sit there, it should insta kill you.

Meh, I've personally never been a huge fan of "high skill" characters in multiplayer games. My enjoyment in multiplayer games comes from when I pound opposing players into the ground, I couldn't care less if I did so with a character that is considered easy or hard, as long as I felt I played well. Having to have your ass inevitably handed to you for several games as you attempt to grasp the mere fundamentals of playing a character isn't an experience I much care for.

Yet it’s the experience you want others to have...

  • Stop, I’m too high as it is!
