Nice in theory, but this’ll just lead to people spamming Support with tickets.
Like Aven said, it doesn’t solve the issue people have with reporting cheaters. It takes forever, requires you to have been recording already, and oftentimes barely does anything, cause of burner accounts.
A replay system and/or server-sided checks are much better at (partially) solving the cheating issue.

According to the wiki, it never could be used twice.
What was deeply annoying was that while the Obsession could use it immediately, anybody who wasn't the Obsession didn't get to do the skillcheck until around a third of the bar was filled, meaning you could get hit by a surprise DS up to 3 times.

Its funny because only The Trapper was made available to play in the beta, but due to a bug you could still play as both Hillbilly or Wraith. Wasn't consistent and I forgot exactly how to do it, but im sure theres a few clips floatin around

As far as I know they only respawn if you reloaded with them. Normally broken hooks stay broken even then. It's a very nice trick with him :D
Afaik, broken hooks repair themselves after 30 seconds or so. It’s just that you typically won’t notice, cause you’ll be long gone by then.

Does it? The official killrates cover all MMR levels. We're talking bottom MMR here, starting level. The official stats simply cannot be representative of that level of play, by simple virtue of sample size.

You must consider that the Killer role is much harder to get into as a beginner.

Most kill rates are over 60% and all of them over 50%.
Both Vecnas are far more common than 1%.
I only posted the most recent data. We have years of Official data including when kill rates were broken down per killer character and all of them were killer-sided at both broad and high MMR. Even Trapper, commonly cited as "low tier", had a very respectable 57% kill rate.
Yes, learning to counter 41 unique killers is far more challenging than facing the same survivor mechanics every match.
The game is heavily killer sided and yes the data confirms this beyond a reasonable doubt.
60% is the target, tho.

The survivor perks are not coming with Jason's release. They'll drop at a separate time, possibly with nerfs.
We simply don't know what they're doing with them yet.
