My boy Dwight's.
-
Sometimes I get trash killers that camp and tunnel. But the worst thing I find about solo survivor play is getting trash team mates. Once in a while I get a decent team, but most of the time my team mates are awful. They play so badly that I am perplexed how they think what they're doing is good gameplay strategy.
-
They are never going to remove SWF. Never.
-
I love Dwight's voice actor.
I think the worst is probably Feng's, because she makes me laugh when she gets hit. It just sounds funny.
-
Haddonfield. Lots of good hiding spots, and love that Halloween feeling.
-
The worst thing about this event was giving survivors objectives that had nothing to do with surviving.
-
Poor thing having to settle for a 3k. How humiliating.
-
Most survivors have at least one perk that sucks. Dwight's got two awesome perks I use; bond and leader.
-
Right now he's the worst killer to play as and go against, so he needs a serious rework for there to be some significant improvement.
-
Are you running object of obsession?
-
He's the boogeyman.
'Nuff said.
-
I'm a survivor main. Yeah some of the nerfs suck, but it has not deterred me from playing daily.
-
I've had quite a few friendly killers. Had a Myers, Wraith and Hag want to farm today.
-
LOL.
New Halloween movie is awesome btw. All you Myers fans should check it out.
-
Dwight's of course. Hallowed Dwight looks very dapper.

That's... just... mean. I shall smother you with hugs until you change your mind. And if you don't change your mind, I'll bear-trap your head and tunnel you until you d/c!
Can I have the hugs, because I get plenty of the latter from your fellow Pigs already.
-
The Pig deserves no love.
-
Dwight is god. Dwight is life.
-
I fully expected a surge in Myers after the new movie came out (which is awesome btw).

if it make you feel better he 2nd after David King now because I love his new outfit
You mean his Hallowed Blight cosmetic? Yeah I love it, too.

Most survivors are obsessed with getting their vials filled that they are ignoring gens until they get all the plants done. So its actually a good idea for killers to hang out at those plants. I know its working for the ones I have been playing with. People on the hook 2 or 3 times before a gen even gets done. And that's with no ruin too. Ridiculous.
All you Trapper and Hag players would do well to trap up those plants because most survivors are obsessed with them right now.
I'm glad I just bought my Hallowed Dwight cosmetic instead of having to go do objectives that have nothing to do with surviving in order to get it. -

Making an objective that has nothing to do with surviving is a terrible idea. Survivors are all plant hunting, getting caught and hooked, and no gens are getting done. This is why I just bought my Hallowed Dwight cosmetic. I'm not wasting time on those plants.
The problem there is that u will be the only one doing objectives... =/
Yeah but what else can I do? At least if I get two gens done someone has a chance for the hatch.

I didn't see the live stream, so if someone would be good enough to clarify something for me; will the cosmetics be available for purchase right from the get-go, or only after the event is over? From the get-go and in perpetuity.
Thank you

I hate camping killers, but I've always felt that when the exit gates are powered is the only time its justified. At this point its end game. No gens to patrol. They could try and patrol the exit gates, which is next to impossible to keep an eye on both unless you're playing Hillbilly with his chainsaw speed. And even then you're not guaranteed to catch someone. So what else can they do but camp that hooked survivor, and possibly net themselves another kill if someone is foolishly altruistic.
-
After 4 months of listening to the awful Clown one, the classic theme was music to my ears. Pun intended.
-
We Dwights are a peaceful bunch. Except the bald ones. They are not true Dwights because they look nothing like us.

Belated Happy Birthday

They are working on one for console. Hang in there.
-
Even with his buff, I still don't see that many Wraiths. Unlike Hag when she got her buff and I was seeing her all the time. Still do.

I can confirm that we are working on getting the ban system to consoles. Sadly, I cannot give an ETA as to when it will be activated. As for leaves, players do not have to use the report system to report them. Our system is logging every information linked to leaves and disconnects. We are already gathering the data and information. All we need is the ban system to be implemented on both console.
Very glad to hear this.

Tbagging just puts a target on your back.

Underrated survivor perk: Bond. This perk is so useful for many reasons. You can locate your fellow team mates in all kinds of situations, like if you are looking for a gen on a map that is tricky to locate gens on (Lery's, Game) and see one of them working on one. You can use it to find injured survivors who need healing. You can see a survivor being chased coming your way and hide, or vice versa if you are being chased and don't want to sandbag your fellow team mates. If you and another survivor are the last two on a map, one gen to go, you can locate your fellow survivor and find a gen together.
Overrated survivor perk: Dead hard. Most competent killers wise up to it once you've used it once.
Underrated killer perk: Bloodhound. Combine this with sloppy butcher and its literally follow the red brick road once you injure a survivor. You're almost guaranteed not to lose them. Better than BBQ and chili any day.
Overrated killer perk: There are a few. But I'll go with Thanatophobia. Unless you have most or all of the survivors injured, which almost never happens with self care, then this doesn't make any real difference on gen repair.
-
As a Dwight main I don't like the bald Dwight look. He just doesn't look like Dwight.
-
Its a shame this cannot be enforced on PS4. We get a lot of dc's on there.
-
If the killer quits everyone loses their points, items, offerings etc. Can't say the same when a survivor quits.Wolf74 said:@xmenfanatic said:
Survivors and killers who Dc are the worstSurvivor are far more worse than killer. Because they do not screw over the killer, but the rest of the survivor.
-
I play on PS4 and as others have said it is a mix. Which is good as I like variety. Be boring to face the same killer frequently.
The killers I do see most often would be Hillbilly, Hag, Michael, Spirit and I guess Trapper or Huntress.
The killers I see the least on PS4 are Clown and Nurse. -
I would love to see the cosmetics from the new Halloween movie on Michael and Laurie. The gritty aged mask for Michael, and the older Laurie cosmetic.

I must have missed this. How exactly are the punishing camping? You lose Emblem points if you camp with no survivors in the area - AKA you're camping because you're a jerk and there's no reason to be doing it.
Thanks. Given how many people seem to care about their rank, that may work with some killers.
-

Been playing consistently for over a year now. Still not bored of it.
-
I don't see the problem. The OP is just asking Leatherface players to play the way they normally do

Seriously, you could have played TWO games in that time! Just smack the survivor and get on with your life. You can't blame the game for your poor decision making.Truth.

No, that's not incentive. Especially when half the time he didn't even catch the rescued survivor or was defeated by borrowed time. Second, any competent killer doesn't need to camp, despite the assertion its a sound strategy, especially with 5 gens and ruin still standing. Again the very definition of a bad killer right there.
Of course you can be try hard and a crap killer. This guy was the poster child of one. The best killers are the ones who don't need to camp, who can get a 3 or 4k, walk away with more points than the survivors, and didn't spend most of the match staring at a hook.
That's not bias. That's logic, common sense, and fact.
Go back to the Troll's school.
Reppeating some cringy survivor's meme over and over isn't trolling.
You have to be smarter.
Go back to troll's school......you're so original. I say something you don't agree with, so its trolling. You really are a 2+2=5 type aren't you.
Take your own advice, be smarter.

The killer is the one who wasn't doing anything. Exactly. A crap player. You think this was sound gameplay strategy. I say saves because that's what it was. Saves. Just because he tunneled doesn't mean he caught them every time. Which he didn't. So we were not feeding him. Second, what broken mechanic was abused? And I did win. I escaped. I made more points than he did. And I made him waste 45 minutes with no pay off.
Chasing the weaker target is definitely a sound strategy. And if he really was camping 100% of the time as you claim, then you couldn't have saved anyone - he would've been right there and hit them again.
Conclusion: You are lying.I'm going to assume you are new to this game if you seriously thinking its impossible to save someone from a camping killer. Borrowed time ring any bells?
I'm lying? Ignorance thy name is Orion. What would I have to gain by lying about this? It will still be the truth whether you believe it or not.
So you fed him by giving him an incentive to camp. He knew you'd come for the rescue, so he stuck around, and you played exactly like he expected.
Your team played poorly and lost. That's the truth.
What you have to gain, among other things, is a justification for yourself to play in a way you yourself believe is scummy, namely by forcing the hatch standoff.
Nobody gave him any incentive to camp. He was doing that all by himself from the get-go with ruin and 5 gens still standing. Always a sure sign of a crap killer.
Our team played well. And in the end he came out with less points, and 45 minutes wasted for nothing. The delicious salty message he sent me after made me feel even better.
I didn't force any hatch stand off. He had 3k already under his belt. Nobody put a gun to his head and forced him to be such a try hard that he was willing to wait 45 minutes to try and get a 4k, any more than nobody forced him to camp on his first hook when 5 gens were still standing, as well as his ruin.
In the end it didn't even pay off for him. If anything he fed me with all the hook saves, pallet stuns, and gens I managed to get done, as well as that hatch escape in the end. Whereas he walks away look like an idiot who wasted three quarters of an hour on nothing, and didn't even have the blood points to console him for all that wasted time.
That's the real truth.
You rescued while he was still there. That's incentive. Your team played poorly. You forced a hatch standoff by not repairing a generator and outsmarting him.
Someone can't be both a "try hard" and a "crap killer". Your clear cognitive dissonance is proof that you're just looking to justify your actions to yourself, and that bias is blinding you to the truth.
