So many people have hacked for legacy that I don't even feel special for legitimately earning at anymore. Might as well just give it away.
Maybe make it available to anyone who has earned all base game achievements or trophies.
-
When Main Event is ready, the killer should have the ability to activate it whenever rather than in a short time span. 115% movement is not needed at all.
-
Wraith might be the most slept-on killer in the game. Unlike killers such as Pig or Twins who have almost no chance of winning against competent players, a good Wraith can take anyone by surprise and stomp them.
-
I liked the movies a lot, but they aren't iconic in any way that warrants them being in the game.
-
The only issue I have is totem spots. They still suck.

Which ones are the 10%?
Stranger Things, Halloween, and Ash.
-
I had 4 key games in a row. No one brought the key in, and there was no Plunderers or Appraisal in play. Keys really live up to their rarity title.
-
I honestly didn't even bother to finish reading Yun-Jin's lore. It fell short of Ji-Woon's by a mile-and-a-half.

Mordeo suffers from the Doc/Myers syndrome of having a big ass weapon that makes hitting survivors difficult.
It's kind of ironic seeing as the Look-See weapon for The Doctor is one of the smallest in the game.
-
We only lose bad Freddy players. Not much of a loss tbh. Even his base-kit nerf is literally nothing. Anyone that could competently play him without relying on Forever Freddy will be fine.
-
Crpyt TV - giving us a better crossover than 90% of the licensed chapters.
-
In-game VC would be an absolute nightmare. Look at F13th. It had several problems with players berating each other, and with DBD having a far more toxic community, people would have slurs and cusses thrown their way every day. Just imagine what streamers would have to go through.
-
Solo survivor
Killer
SWF
In that order from most stressful to least
-
I've dealt with my fair share of Nurse players to know how to counter her. However, A competent Nurse player is still a nightmare to face, especially if she's running Infectious.
-
A graphic update for Plague could bring a lot. Decaying flesh, live maggots, stuff like that.
-
The only things that needed changed were reduced charge time and increased movement speed. Insta-saw and "Crack Billy" were used by incredibly bad Billy players, and now that they're gone, you only see good players. The problem is that the overheat mechanic did cause a couple people to drop him, and that's why he's so uncommon.
-
Because Demo make funny sound.
-
Thrilling and Tinkerer aren't underrated. Tinkerer is meta past rank 10.
-
Jake just looks like they pulled Jesse straight from The Last of Us Part II lmao.
I think it's widely agreed that Dwight looks pretty bad, especially with his plastic-looking hair.
Meg I'm just disappointed that she's blonde now and she has a lot less dirt on her.
-
It hasn't even been acknowledged by the developers that the issue still persists after it was "fixed."
-
Neither of her ultra-rares doing anything to help her. You either lose half your power or you gain an extra half but lose what makes Nurse the beat killer in the game.
Also, the addons that make survivors scream and make Nurse move at 115% are useless. You just become an uncloaked Wraith until you can blink again.
-
I have different approach to this. Rather than just increasing the cooldown on her power, remove passing phasing when her power bar is depleted. She's the only killer with a secondary power that is always active, which is a bit too much for the second most powerful killer. It needs restrictions.
-
Iron Will is acceptable to counter Spirit, but Doctor shouldn't become a powerless M1 killer because people run Calm Spirit.
-
Aldi's. Idfk.
-
Killers should be given free Ruin in tournaments, but in a standard game no player should receive passive perks.
-
An average Spirit will always surpass an average Nurse due to Spirit requiring little to no skill, but a God Nurse will always outperform a God Spirit.
-
Umm. Trapper chapter.
Dwight.
Dwight, Nea, Ash, Nancy, Steve, and Yui.
Huntress.
I play every killer except Freddy, Spirit, and Twins, but I tend to stick to Huntress, Demogorgon, and Ghost Face.
-
Hillbilly has been bugged for quite a while. There's this really detrimental bug where his chainsaw can overheat. It needs to be fixed soon.
-
I wouldn't count on it. Resident Evil 6 was ######### on for reason after reason. We'll most likely see outfits from RE, RE 2, RE 3, RE 4, RE 7, and RE 8. Maybe some Revelations if we're lucky.
-
The common argument is "iri head OP" with little evidence. If a good Huntress uses it, you'll lose, but a good Huntress will dominate your team in solo queue-and sometimes even SWF-any day of the week. The only problem it caused was carrying bad Huntress players. But even then, some players are too bad to benefit from the addon. I played a game on Friday where a Huntress got more downs with NOED (6) than she did with iri head (2).
Either way, I think everyone can agree that the nerf iri head received was lazy as hell.
-
I don't really buy full DCs anymore since I only care for the killer 95% of the time, meaning my last full chapter was Cursed Legacy, and I don't know how you could regret it seeing as you get two fantastic characters. Arguably the best original chapter we have.
-
Playing immersed is boring for the killer and normally screws your team over in the end.
Killers hate it because they miss out on chasing you.
Survivors hate it because then it's a 3v1 match. This is especially a problem in solo when the unhooker hides, leading to the killer having no other option other than to tunnel the person who was just rescued. Remember this, survivor mains: you can't call a killer out for tunneling if you hide after saving rather than taking agro.
-
Just Yui. Bought every killer with cells. Survivors are a waste of any currency unless you stream or really want to play that person.
-
The only time I find farming acceptable is if you've got some ridiculously difficult archives challenge. Completing some of the master challenges is damn near impossible for people who play in solo queue.

The text is to long so i will answer the title.
Gen speed is fine what is hell for killer is the normal regression after a kick and the fact survivor can gen tap to remove the regression.
Maybe add an animation when survivor start working on a gen it could take the same amount of time as a kick. This will fix the survivor working on a gen in front of the killer because the gen is 99 so maybe the killer will be able to deny the gen to get done if the survivor is alone on it.
The problem with something like this is it makes the Risky Repairs (pop 2 gens in the killer's terror radius) challenge literally impossible. And seeing as it has appeared in every tome since its inception, I doubt it will get replaced.
-
I don't even think the problem is keys, but rather how easy they are to obtain. You'll get one at least every few bloodwebs, and they have an incredibly high spawn rate in chests. For being very rare and ultra-rare, it sure was a surprise for survivors to escape through the hatch with a key four games in a row. No Plunderer's.

The mangled part was standardized. I think that was changed when they were trying to remove individual modifiers on status effects to make things more straightforward.
They removed the gen speed part because it just wasn't that great, for starters, and they probably wanted to make generator speeds less variable, especially with add-ons. @altarf said it best.
They nerfed the addon because it wasn't good. Why not buff it? You have absolutely no reason to run begrimed head over rusty head right now.
-
He just needs to lose his zoning ability completely. You shouldn't be guaranteed a free hit regardless of the actions of survivors if you decide to perform an aim action.
-
Yessss. I absolutely love the series.

If they were nerfed then thanaphobia and dying light would be as well. Perks are inherently more valuable then items and addons, thus being able to affect gen speeds or at least to such a degree. Slow down addons basically stack with perks as well making greater slow down while still gaining use out of the killer’s power. Unlike items (toolboxes) which addons were less effective and lasted only mere seconds.
Thana was nerfed, and Dying Light received a rework.

Because BHVR don't want add-ons that interact with gen speed. Hence why they changed begrimed chains on Bubba and Billy, the ropes on Freddy, and probably some others I'm forgetting. The replacement for Begrimed Head was really lazy though - would've been cool if it was something like applying Broken, or bootleg Huntress Lullaby and making survivors have no skill check warning for a minute.
Running Bregrimed Head is quite literally pointless as Rusty Head does the same thing minus hemorrhage, and is a rarity lower.

now I'm not going to put a massive red circle around it but I'm just going to have to note down here that it took me 10 seconds for proof against that claim
As much as I respect McLean, that's 18 posts, and I haven't seen signs of Almo or Peanits in quite some time. Almo I'm sure people can guess why, but Peanits I have no clue.

@MadLordJack said:
Wasn't it buffed? The Mangled effect was on a timer and now it isn't?
I'd call 90 seconds to until fully healed a downgrade. Most survivors just heal after escaping a chase, and against good med-kits, that's the addon done. The 90-second timer allowed you to M1 a survivor and force them to heal slower if they still were afflicted.
The only time I could see the 'until healed' version coming into use is if the killer is extremely oppressive, and survivors don't have the time to heal, which is usually not the case.
Besides, the addon was a good pair with Thana, which is great for a killer with low mobility.
-
The devs don't read the forums. Just thought I should point that out. You just have the mods.
-
Yes. Someone else did use an Autohaven offering for the map to end up being Coldwind.
The same thing happened yesterday when I used a Red Forest offering (after the realm had been re-enabled).
Neither of the times were sacrificial wards in play.

They said next one will be easier to get. Instead of 800 xp for a fragment you will only need 500 I think
I'd honestly rather it be an increase in the required amount of xp per shard.
Shard 1 = 100 xp
Shard 2 = 200 xp
Shard 8 = 800 xp
So forth. This would lessen the grind massively while still preventing you from blowing through the rift.

Im hopeful this time so :Shrugs: but i hope its a character we didnt expect like Ada. Killer let it be Nemesis.
I'd actually like to see The Lickers make it as the killer role. Survivor wise I don't really care.
-
Tofu and HUNK.
-
The survivor is Tofu. 100% confirmed by Cote himself.
-
I have pretty sub-par expectations. The chance of getting a map is higher than usual which is really nice, but I feel we'll be disappointed in the characters, power, and perks.
