Most players who complain about the strong killers (Spirit and Freddy mainly) are just jumping on the hate train and don’t formulate their own opinions about the killers but would rather piggy-back on what popular streamers opinions are.
I get why alot of people hate Freddy (me included) but I simply don't understand Spirit, especially that people say she takes no skill, which is completely untrue.

They're aware of this bug and are fixing it as we speak.
-
It's those two reasons why no one plays swf with me :(
-
It's a bug. My best tip is to listen out for the sound cue at the moment.

That Legion is actually pretty ok and their power isn't trash.
That the game is actually pretty fair, and concepts like tunneling and gen-rushing are just people whining.
I love Legion and can agree with both of these.

Have you tried changing the button for sprinting and hitting skill checks (as it may be the L1 button).
-
Its a shame our suspect is skilled in evading officers, such as Tapp. I'll keep my eye out though.

Killers whine about facing the exact same perks and play styles but have no problem playing the exact same way with the exact same perks with no changes.
Freddy=pop/bbq, slowdown bullshit
Spirit=tunnel/proxy camp the ######### out of hooks/first hook mori
huntress=iri head and belt and will dc if missing all 3 hatchets in a row
any killer ever=blaming swf for everything
You could say the same about how survivors dislike the things you listed but are fine with using the same perks.
As someone who plays 50/50, I agree with Freddy and Huntress, some killers blame swf but I personally don't, and I've never seen a Spirit camp, and very rarely see them tunnel.
Also as someone who does "whine" about the same perks being used over and over, it's not because I think they're too over powered, but rather that gameplay gets stale. I love it when I face survivors or killers running builds for fun and not winning (Such as ninja vault with Lithe, Dance with me, Q&Q and Spinechill or Mirror Myers) but sadly, most survivors run DS, Spinechill, DH and Unbreakable.

Hilbilly is not balanced at all.
Spirit is not balanced at all.
DS should be nerfed and the effect should only stay active if you haven't hooked anybody before you catch the user.
I understand Spirit, but why Hillbilly?

@PigMainClaudette said:
Hillbillies who get 90% of their downs with chainsaws are actually trash killers who have to rely on instant-downs. His chainsaw is his POWER not a weapon.
That's the definitely a controversial one as a Hillbilly main, but overall it depends on the map and loop imo. To me if the survivor gives you the chance, take it. If there isn't an opening for a chainsaw, M1 them.

NOED, SB, DH, Decisive, Adrenaline, BBQ and Pop goes the weasel are fine and need no nerfs.
I agree with all of them except NoeD. I think that needs a slight nerf that makes it related to your performance.
-
I get BBQ and Nurses, but Ruin and M&A? I'm not a great Huntress but wouldn't Pop and a perk like Whispers be better?
-
Rather than making the post to long, I thought I'd comment mine.
DS is too inconsistent to be meta.
Spirit is a fun killer to play against unless they use Mother Daughter Ring.
-
Almo is a pig main I think...
-
Laughs in Spinechill
In all honesty though, I love facing this build, and it's very easily counter able if you run reliable loops (such as the shack).
-
Something very minor, but nothing major.
-
There is a rl esports player named ScrubKilla. He used to play black ops...damn he must have wanted to annoy people.
-
50 50
-
This would be a weaker whispers imo.
-
Lack of killers at high ranks mean that high rank survivors will face lower ranked killers.
-
One word
Frustration.
Although I've never dc'd just because of a flash light save, it can be extremely frustrating and you can lose all your momentum in the blink of an eye because of it.
-
Faster reloading time is great.
Gold tooth is a close second.
-
The same reasons as @VolantConch1719
-
Saw 1-3 were great, I really liked 5 although most don't, the rest were average.
-
The first one I'm not sure what you mean by...one that survivors could use on the killer meaning The Pig would have to search her own boxes, there shouldn't be perks that counter a killers power completely.
As for the second one, there are flashlights, it works in Friday the 13th but I doubt it would work well in this.

You DO know they're completely optional and offer no reward... right?
Many people are completionists however. Every game has them, and it's a good feeling having all the achievements in a game.

I hate players that use bond like that, it's purpose is to use it the opposite way.

Freddy... he´s actually the only one who´s unstoppable. His Powers actually make him invulnurable while his victims are totally vulnurable to his powers
Problem is, Freddy is only powerful when people fear him. If people don't fear him than he's weak.

I've taken as much as 13 tries to get free before. The Killer chased and downed two people and still made it to me.
According to the wiki:
The default Rescue chance is 25 % per attempt and the action takes 1.5 seconds to complete.
So in 20 seconds he did that? What were your team mates doing that they couldn't even last 10 seconds in a chase?
-
If survivors can't hit unnerving or overcharge than they're doing something terribly wrong.
-
Xbox is also like this. Sometimes when you get toxicity you and the other player just chat it out and start getting to know each other.

Just curious . What you need enduring for?
Allows me to play more aggressive at loops, aswell as if I do get stunned I'm back in the play instantly.
-
I'm a good bit away from 1k hours, but I'm a rank 1 myself.
Slowdown Freddy is great (Pop, Thanataphobia, Dying Light and BBQ & Chili with Jump Rope and Swing Chains).
I also really like my Hillbilly build which can be lethal in the right hands (BBQ & Chili, Hex: Ruin, Enduring and Whispers with any add ons)
-
Enforcer
Whenever you get injured within 2/4/6 meters of a standing pallet, the killer must clean their weapon for 25% longer.
Case Closed
After escaping a chase with the killer, you gain the undetectable status effect for 30/60/90 seconds.
This perk has a Cooldown of 180 seconds.
Living by the Law
After being in a chase with the killer for 40/35/30 seconds without dropping a pallet, gain a 4% haste status effect until you escape the chase.
Alot of people made their own here, thought I'd post it: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/120872/you-become-a-survivor-in-dbd-what-are-your-perks#latest

1. Almost all the time. Occasionally a purple.
2. I'd say yes. The matches are much more competitive and fair which I enjoy. You also usually get good team mates.
-
Some peoples mentality isn't to have fun, but to win. I disagree with people like this but they do exist.

by their performance, I think this "6 levels" rule isn't the best lol.
Either do I, but that's how it goes I guess.

Than I decided to wait until I get a match as killer, another 15 min later...
All of those are actually within your rank range.
As for the post, we can only hope it's fixed soon.
-
They're chosen if they're hopeful from what I know. That's what the entity feeds on after all, hope.
-
Hillbilly: BBQ & Chili, Whispers, Hex: Ruin and Enduring.
Legion: Thanataphobia, Dying Light, Hex: Ruin and BBQ & Chili.
Spirit: Hex: Devour Hope, Hex: Ruin, Hex: Haunted Grounds and Pop goes the Weasel.
-
I love Hillbilly, Legion and Spirit. The feeling of zooming around while trying to land hits is great.
My last favourite killers are Freddy and Cannibal. Both have very boring playstyles that I simply can't adapt to.

That has nothing too do with SWF though lol. There are many killers who don't watch or like Tru3 and still feel that SWF is an issue. Correlation is not causation. Feelings aren't facts my friends, don't make statements without them.
I too feel swf is an issue, and I agree with him. My problem is, he makes mistakes, very obvious ones, but proceeds to look past those mistakes.
Like you stated however, feelings are far from facts.

I'm trying to get Ghostface to P3 50, and I doubt I'll P3 50 Trapper as I have those offerings for maps that were removed.

Who?

Umm, no. All you are doing is trying too get a hate train started because you don't like the dude. Watching Tru3 and being upset about SWF has nothing too do with each other. Plus Tru3 isn't even a killer main, he plays both sides equally. Sorry mate but they have nothing in common lol.
You don't have too like Tru3, but don't make up lies too try and insult him, criticize him for his actual mistakes, otherwise you just look silly and makes your arguments invalid.
Like Tru3 I play both sides, and I did like him when I started. Then I got to Red ranks as killer, and although he's a much better player than me, I started disagreeing with his mentality. Whenever he loses as a killer, the sole reason was swf. He has occasionally says otherwise, but rarely.
Also I'm not making this up, and alot of people agree with me. He can take a loss as a survivor, but as a killer it's a rare occurrence.
-
I'm planning on doing "Is camping viable at rank 1" and do it with Insidious Bubba.
-
As Legion main he’s a great killer, for me he’s A tier.
-
It hit for the killer, killers get priority.

watching Tru3 has nothing too do with SWF lol.
If you don't like the dude or his content fine, but keep it too a post that's relevant too. Because you could literally replace tru3's name with anyone and it wouldn't change it.
To killers it effects their mentality.
When your average player sees supposedly one of the best killers complain about swf, is that what your going to complain about when you lose too? Most likely.
