- I didn't expect much more trouble as i rarely activate Bloodlust Tier I anyway, but it's been even less bad than "didn't expect much more trouble".
- Yes.
- No clue.
- Fine.
-
Fine by me, it's the only one that i ever activate anyway.
-
Ahh yes, i see now.
A3.
After reading the links 2 links that were available from the 4 i mentioned in my first comment, it seems the version of A3 that you meant is the one that i wouldn't like.
It would be fine for these hazards to "hurt" those who know they exist, but it will also create those situations in which neither the chasing Killer nor the chased Survivor knew beforehand that a hazard was there, and then that hazard could suddenly put a figurative 180 on that chase.
Others might see this as a fun addition to the maps, that's fair, i just don't.
A4.
Okay, i get the 4 that you meant now.
And if it's a choice, that sounds a whole lot better, cause if it's gonna be chaos, then you chose for the chaos rather than it being forced upon you.
Make sure that the Killer at least can't change this setting once there are 30 seconds left in the lobby, this is NOT something you want changed last second.
Also, this will require the ability to save Perk builds, otherwise it'll be a lot more minor work in the menus each lobby.
A6.
Unchanged.
B6.
Ooooh, i've always liked this idea, of seeing the opposite's gear in some way.
Okay, cool.

And if you can't answer a basic question as "What perks are you running already" you don't deserve an answer. Either
- You think you have come up with some super secret combination that nobody can possibly think of and don't want it getting out.
- You are too stubborn to give us a little more information that might help us answer your question better.
- You are an idiot.
- You are a troll.
My guess is the last one.
I don't troll, but to each their opinion.
I've already gained lots of answers and took them all in, so i think i can miss yours.
As my comment above this one states: The Perk you should suggest without knowing what i use is the one you think is best suited for him that doesn't require synergy with other Perks.
I purposefully do not tell my Perk build to get this information from everyone.
Again, if you can't give an answer without knowing my Perk build, then this question isn't for you.

OK what perk should I suggest if I don't know what perks you already have?
Its not about this perk goes best with that its about answering your question in an informed manner.
When in doubt just take BBQ for the bloodpoints. (and if you respond I already have BBQ then see my previous comment, self sabotage is a real thing).
The Perk you should suggest without knowing what i use is the one you think is best suited for him that doesn't require synergy with other Perks.

Killer tips:
Just because the game seems lost doesn't mean it is, change gaming plan and tactics.
Be on the lookout for crows, if they are barely flying survivor is right there if the crow is coming back the survivor was there about 15 seconds ago.
LEARN WHEN TO ABANDON A CHASE, I can't believe there are still a lot of red rank killers that don't know when to abandon the chase, if the survivor is going to a strong place switch it up.
For survivor:
Please don't be that survivor that is urban evading all map holding their sprint burst, if a survivor is on their death hook and you are not even hooked once, it's your turn to be the one looping, give others a break.
Learn how to play injured, as a killer main if I see a self care I know they are going to waste their time just self caring.
Don't unhook and hide, learn to loop or at least try to take off the heat for the recently hooked survivor.
Your first Killer tip happened to have an example in my last match actually.
Had her hooked in the last ~10 seconds of EndGame Collapse, which killed her.
-
And that miss cooldown also consumes a Token?
-
They said only Charms would stay exclusive to the Rifts they appeared in.
Whether this still applies after 4 years i don't know, but right now they are locked away.
-
A 0k, 2 2ks & a 4k today.
Can't play more right now.

You joke, but it's not bad right now.
I've been running it on Blight and Legion.
- Thana, due to ease of getting easy (but non-committal) first hits
- Mindbreaker, due to how both these guys are screwed over by particular exhaustion perks (Dead Hard for Blight, Sprint Burst for Legion)
- Blood Echo, to periodically give people a 45 second Exhaustion effect, paused by Mindbreaker if they try to progress the game
- Deathbound to punish people for healing in order to get out of Thana/Exhaustion
I wasn't actually joking, ever since the buff i find it to be a solid choice on Wraith.
-
So you're saying it's time to pull out Mindbreaker on my Wraith...
-
This is a known issue.
You should make a ticket if you want your stuff back.

If it's not broken, why fix it?
That's why no one was talking about it.
People were talking about it, but what i meant was that it's now a general subject rather than something someone here mentions about once every week.

When did I ever say that?
I just know this change will be bad and will result in infinite loops but I never said I wasn't going to try.
I personally would like to test to see if the "House of Pain"(Aka garage house) is now an infinite for nearly everyone instead of just an infinite against DS/Huntress(Yes some killers still have infinites against them even with BL).
Again, still talking about people in general, not you.
Everyone says they quit, so i ask you why that's a thing.
It's good of you for trying, and even better for wanting to find stuff out.
-
Does that include the complete removal of self-unhooking unless you have Deliverance?
Or do you just 100% fail every attempt?
Cause if you can't even try anymore, that means no more camp-signaling.

Dude the open window variant hasn't been touched in years.
Nothing has changed that would make it not an infinite as the main change the tile ever had was the closed window variant.
I mean that tile was one of the main reasons BL and the window blocker were added to the game as its a tile that appears on nearly all maps of auto haven and is insanely easy to spot and loop to.
I don't need to touch a red hot oven twice to make sure it still gives me 2nd degree burns.
I know your trying to give the benefit of the doubt and I agree with trying it on all the altered map tiles but the open bus isn't one of them.
Okay, but then why stop completely?
-
At least this got people talking about it.
Last i heard about Bloodlust was: "Crutch from old times, should go away."

You say that like I haven't done it pre blood lust's inclusion.
Despite not having a forum account I started playing around nurse's release so I know that's an infinite as I played with and against it in the past pre bloodlust.
That wasn't against you, i was reinforcing my original comment for people to go and see.
If you think now is exactly the same as it was years ago without checking, then you do you. ๐๏ธ

For A3 I think he means more like something simalar to pallets that replae all pallets on a certain map like if its indoor like a pipe you pull up thaats the exact same as a pallet but just looks more suited to the map
So basically an aesthetic change to Pallets and stuff based on which Realm?
Sorry, but i don't believe that that's what they meant by it.

Its not going to take me playing to know that the open window bus loop on the auto heaven maps are an infinite without Blood Lust.
Blood Lust prevents infinites and infinite loop chaining(Something a lot of people seem to forget it is helps with transitions) so it doesn't take more then a single game or 2 to tell how screwed killers are without it.
So like i said: Go and see, maybe even thoroughly test it in a custom game.

You don't need a toolbox to open a chest though. The killer can't use the chest. Pharmacy III can open a chest 80% faster with 8m less noise.
Why are we sabboing chests?
You indeed don't need to, this is to open it much faster, faster than Pharmacy 3.
You're not sabo'ing the Chest, please read the first sentence.
-
Hey y'all, if you don't wanna play cause you fear incoming toxicity or stress or whatever, it's fine, it's all up to you.
But maybe, just maybe, go and see on the first day if that's actually the case or not.
Cause y'know, if it's not then you're missing out on a weekend.
-
Gonna try The Twins for a week, then probably go back to maining Wraith like always.
Gonna get the Teachables on him too, cause variety.
Oppression's kinda neat for a KICK THE GEN build. (Overcharge, Dragon's Grip, Oppression, Pop Goes The Weasel)
Don't really care for the other 2 right now.

How about the other side?

It probably can't, which is why it's in the Realm of wrecked vehicles.

@smart212 said:
Why dont they make an explanation about this. As a Newbie Killer I'm pretty sad
What do you want them to say?
Every Killer has no Perks at the beginning except their own 3.
You can see that on the Information tab in the top-right corner below your rank number.
-
A3: the introduction of environmental hazards deriving from the map, for greater game variability
If this means that Survivors and Killers can use something out of the environment to help them out with the chase, then i actually do like this.
However, if this means that environmental stuff just happens at random, like idk, "A pipe has a gas leak just as a Survivor runs past it, making their vision blurry.", then i'll pass on it.
We already have Pallets, Breakable Walls & Vaults, those are environmental hazards.
A4: the possibility for the killer and the survivors to equip 4 or 6 perks, resulting in a match with players who have made the same choice
I don't get the 4, we can already do that.
But i'm scared of way too much synergy between some Perks, this would need to geta PTB, and i'd go in with low expectations.
Also Hex Perks would either get a limit which is sad, or it would mean more Totems on each map.
A6: an alternative 2v8 Mode, with the proper map adjustments, to be unlocked in some way
Too different, unless they're confident they have the team size for it, i wouldn't want them to have to focus on such a simple, yet completely different mode in addition to the regular mode.
B6: Runes of the Entity randomly scattered throughout the map, which give extra bloodpoints to the survivors and the killer who walk on them (the killer just has to step on them, because for him time is a tyrant, while the survivor has to stay on it for 5 seconds)
Everything you do has a purpose aside from gaining BP.
This has no purpose besides gaining BP.
If there was something else to it, then i'd like it.
To me the rest is somewhere between fine and perfect.
-
I hope not, it's only been better for me so far.

@CustomerService said:
What do you mean with "sabotage chests"? What does this achieve?
Please read the first sentence, i'm not suggesting to destroy Chests with Sabotage at all.
-
Nah, i don't think enough people care about Dark Sense.
HUEHEUHEUHEEUHEUHE
-
No?
Bloodlust is just turned off entirely, no Killer can get it.
-
I ain't scared of no Bloodlust-less weekend!
I'm already regularly playing a weaker Killer in higher ranks with Add-on combinations that don't make sense & Perks that are aimed for fun rather than victory, yet my kill rate kinda fits the latest released statistics.
Bring it on, i say!
-
"Shadow Dances" also make him open Lockers faster btw, not that that aspect of the Add-ons matters at all.
I say no to "Windstorm" - Mud at base, cause that means his awesome super-lunge is permanently impeded.
Only the faster movement speed from that Add-on please.
A slight "Shadow Dance" at base doesn't sound appealing at all to me.
The Add-ons shine in your regular anti-Pallet meme builds, but it's downright crippling at points where they could otherwise make a difference.
But a small "Shadow Dance" at base...It's something, i guess?
Completely invisible from X distance, of course, this should 1000000% happen once the devs want to work on him.
And hey, finally someone else who acknowledges how horrid Blood Lodge is for him, even the basic Wreckers' Yard is better cause of the Shack in the middle.
I know many like Bone Clapper, and it's not like i don't, but i like that i currently have the option to choose between the two.
Idk, wouldn't be against it being a thing i suppose.
"Blinks" are the Add-ons that mostly need a change.
Maybe they can decrease the range from which you can see Wraith's shimmer even further?
Y'know, like: "Don't Blink, or you'll miss him!"
The concept of "Swift Hunts" is totally okay, but they're way too weak if you look at the numbers, all 3 can easily have their values be increased by 1.5 without making Wraith OP.
I still have my beef with "Blind Warrior" - Mud, but that's Blindness' problem, not Wraith's.
I also still like my own idea of "The Serpent" - Soot increasing your movement speed during your post-cloak, allowing for even further super-lunges.
"The Beast" - Soot is...fine.
I mean of course i'd rather have an Add-on with actual use, but...fine. shrugs
"The Hound" - Soot is weak, and i have no idea what i want with it.
Killer Instinct on Injured Survivors while cloaked maybe?
And then just like Executioner, you can avoid Wraith's KI by crouching.
But that's something i made up just now, i just don't care for current "The Hound".
Oh, and he really needs to quiet down while cloaked, he's already got the Wailing Bell as an early betrayal.
He can keep his loud snarling & footsteps all he wants while uncloaked, but it's hard to call him a stealth Killer when you can hear him go past you like GNARL GNARL STOMP STOMP! ๐
-
Yup, just like how Tinkerer got a complete overhaul.
-
Nah, i'm pretty curious what will come from this experiment.

Don't really like it, but i've accepted this a long time ago.
Don't really wanna think of whether it should be allowed or not, too long of a discussion.

Tbf you main wraith and he's pretty good at doing that without much deviation from that formula. That's why he's so good for new players.
It's pretty much the best way i like to play Killers.
I don't like letting them go, i don't like camping, i don't like slugging, i don't like tunneling after hooking them.
No real reason either, i just have a tiny, nasty feeling in my mind whenever i do those things.
For example, letting them go: If some people consider a 3k a loss because someone still escaped them, then me letting them go in a chase, no matter how early in the trial it is, feels just like that to me. (Though ironically, i don't really care if Survivors escape the trial.)
-
Nothing irritates me about playing Survivor, nothing makes me ragequit.
But i swear i'm about to quit playing Survivor altogether, cause i'm just so bored of it now.
My 1 week of Survivor-only drained me, and it's only going downhill ever since.
Survivor in general needs a big, new thing added to the core gameplay if i want to enjoy Survivor again.
-
Find Survivor.
Chase them until they're down.
Hook them.
Repeat.
It gets me consistently above 24k BP, so i'm fine with it, don't care about rank.

What a clown. Wants the best perk and gets upset when someone asks for a build. Best perk is subjective for every person on ANY killer. Good luck
Not upset, i'm just not answering what's not related to the question.
If someone can't tell me their favorite Perk on Wraith without knowing what Perks I use, then that's fine, but that also means this question just ain't for them.
I know it's subjective, and that's exactly why i want these suggestions: To help me potentially find a different Perk to really like on him.

You can turn it off.
Ya' gotta be at the very first part of the main menu, where you pick if you want to play as either role, Options, Daily Rituals, News, etc. etc.
Go to Options from there, and you should now be able to turn it off.
Are you sure they're PC players, btw?
Cause it doesn't tell you that, it just tells you it's a different one from yours.
