You don't think that synergy is somewhat important for ANY build?
I would say Gearhead is the Nr1 to go choice.
It absolutely is important.
Again, not the question though.
But thanks for your answer. 😊

@SunderMun said:
Right, but what is your build? Like, do you already have tracking or chase in it? Bamboozle isn't bad on him, and same goes for enduring. Pop, MYC? Again, no idea what your other perks are so for all I know, I'm stating perks you run anyway.
If you mention Perks i already have on, that's perfectly fine, that just tells me i'm already doing good by someone's book.
Just imagine your slots empty, what's the first thing you put on him that's not in combination with anything else?
-
@CorneliusCloud said:
11k posts and you didn't think "HEY! Maybe i should tell them my build so they don't have to guess"?
I didn't do that cause that's not necessary.
Read the 2nd sentence please.
-
It's normal to find that up there, yeah.
-
The more Perks i own on characters, the less appealing Prestiging them becomes.
Also, as long as bloody clothes is the only reward for Prestiging, it's already a no for me.
-
Look out for Crows, including Crows that land instead of take off.
If they land, it means they got scared by something 15 seconds ago.
Could be valuable information.
-
Well i don't find it hard to avoid Lockers, but it can be a lot harder to have to avoid a specific person for 60 seconds.
Also, it's hard to hate something if you barely ever see it.
-
Some people wanna try and help no matter what.
-
- Bloodied Blueprint: Don't care about where it is, nor knowing where it is, a 2.
- Torn Blueprint: Don't care about where it is, nor knowing where it is, a 2.
- Annotated Blueprint: Actually kinda nice to know, but i don't care which of the 2 locations, a 6.
- Vigo's Blueprint: Actually kinda nice to know, but i don't care which of the 2 locations, a 6.
- Sacrificial Ward: Don't care about which Realm i go to, plus it's used even if there were no Realm Offerings played, a 2.
So that's 18 points divided by 5 is 3.6, which is closer to 4 than 3, so i'll give this latest group of Offerings a 4 in total.
Very lackluster, i'd just outright delete 3 of them in a heartbeat.
-
I bought some cause they look cool.
Idk, maybe 70 euros by now?
-
Yes, i would mind big time.
-
2-3.
Hatch is too random to include 4.

No not a couple. It’s starting to become so frequent that it’s a couple every HOUR.
It’s driving me mental. I’m not implying it’s the killers fault. But the spawn algorithm needs to be changed.
Anything in mind?
Cause making it more specific will only lead to even more predictable spawnpoints.
-
If i wasn't having fun, i wouldn't be playing it.
-
Sick, thanks.

I think all of the perks are fantastic ideas concepts, with the only one being “we’ll see how it goes” is Coup De Grace. It’s the one perk The Devs are clearly being extra cautious with.
Hoarder is going to be WAY more useful than what is currently realised. A 48m range means that there will be many instances that the killers coverage is pretty much half the map. A notification is given not just when chests are interacted with but also when any item (within range) is picked up. This is a big deal when a lot of survivors think it’s clever to hide a key, then go back for it once they’ve found the hatch. And the perk will REDUCE the odds of survivors finding a key, and will counter the rarity odds increase that Plunderers gives.
I just see this perk giving way more useful information than what players expect.
Franklin's Demise got stronger (indirectly) this chapter.
-
Pretty much.
I don't mind the extra challenge, but the pay-off might as well not be there.
Idk about y'all but i find Deviousness extremely easy to max. out regularly on most Killers, at least in comparison to the other 3 categories.
-
You mean ranking up or red ranks?
Idc if i rank up or not, but red ranks are by far my least favorite of the 5 colors.

Yeah, pretty much my thoughts. The default lunge is already fine to me. Honestly it looks like it would mess with me when not using it, like when I used to use Dead Hard than would throw chases seconds in because I was so used to having the extra help. And I think it looks pretty silly aswell. I guess it could be fun to mess around with on Micheal but that's all the use I see for it.
There's chase perks that'll give you more help long term like any of the pallet based perks or even bamboozle. And they'll proc more.
I do like the fact that this Perk exists though.
After over 4 years, there's finally a Perk that actually does stuff with lunges.
So i'm hoping the devs like what they did and try some more.

Honestly I think it needs a better trigger condition. Like for every 2/3 basic hits or something get a token. I don't think that would be too unfair considering it doesn't affect speed so survivors could still juke.
5 potential longer lunges per game is not a perk I'd ever consider using outside of messing about in KYF.
To me it doesn't matter all that much whether longer lunge Tokens are easier to get.
I just personally have no need for longer lunges.
-
Tryhards are everywhere.
Met enough of them during beta.
-
Oh crap, i forgot my outfit.
An older photo, but it still applies.
Currently, i'm still in a phase of liking the flaming Wraith outfit cause it's new, but once i'm used to that outfit existing, i'll probably go back to the one in the picture.
A nice mix of black, white and blue, and i think these 2 pieces are some of the very few top & bottom cosmetics that actually fit together nicely for Wraith.
And just a big ######### you blade always works for me.
Also, one thing i noticed only recently: The chains actually make noise.
Making even more noise as a stealth Killer is obviously not so good, but idc, i like the outfit too much.
-
Wish Coup De Grace would also affect movement speed instead of just distance.
That's about it really.
-
Not an expert on his character at all, but i thought he's bad at learning, and his dad and brother keeping him home and not helping to learn at all are what keep him like this.
I'm oh so sure others can tell you about him way better than me, but that's what i know.

I like Devour Hope but in this current meta where survivors are constantly cleansing every totem they find I prefer Haunted Grounds currently, it just seems to much more consistently at the moment.
It became my favorite Perk the moment it came out.
When it came out, it had an effect that would make sure everyone knew you had the Perk, and it was on 1 Token as well instead of 2.
I don't care if everyone hunts for it, and i don't care how little effect it can have in trials.
I have 3 other Perks that work just fine without Devour Hope, and having Devour Hope actually work is still one of the most satisfying things to me in this game.
-
Absolutely Hex: Devour Hope, just for its massive potential to be the strongest Perk.
If you want one for both roles, then for Survivor it's Kindred, simply for its large amount of information, whether i give it or get it.
-
On.
Not a single complaint so far and the only thing that changed for me is way faster lobby search times.
Heck, i kinda like it when my 4 Survivors all have globes, so there's no trash talk after the game if i kill all 4.
-
An empty lobby.
-
Lol, it's awesome you want me specifically.
My go-to Perks are: Barbecue & Chili, Make Your Choice, Pop Goes The Weasel, Enduring.
- Barbecue & Chili to go to my next victim immediately.
- Make Your Choice cause it's just ######### good on this guy.
- Pop Goes The Weasel for a nice set-back on dem Gens.
- Enduring because of my personal hatred of stuns in videogames.
Also note that i don't like using Obsession Perks, any Hex Perk other than Hex: Devour Hope & any Perks that only work early-game or late-game.
My go-to Add-ons will sound really weird to you and everyone else: I always equip the Add-ons that i have the most of, excluding "The Beast" - Soot & "The Serpent" - Soot.
But that's not really helpful, so i'll tell you what i'd equip if i had infinite Add-ons: "Windstorm" - Blood/White/Mud & either "All Seeing" - Blood or Coxcombed Clapper.
- "Windstorms" are way too good to pass up, and while 2 "Windstorms" is also awesome, it ruins your super-lunge, and that super-lunge has given me so many hits i wouldn't land otherwise, so i still want it.
- "All Seeing" - Blood for Auras near Generators, finding random Survivors every now and then, and can even help me get hits during small/medium loops.
- Coxcombed Clapper really shines with "The Ghost" - Soot for dem cool grabs, but it can get them on its own as well, it just requires more tight timing. It's also just good in general for uncloaking behind cover near a repairing Survivor, whether you want a grab or not, because they won't run away immediately.
All Swift Hunts, Blinks, Blind Warriors & The Hound are too weak, in comparison at least.
The Beast is detrimental, and Terror Radius builds can be fun, but often don't work out.
The Serpent is way too gimmicky.
Bone Clapper is a great Add-on, but only really shines when combined with The Ghost.
The Ghost is a great Add-on, but only really shines when combined with Bone Clapper or Coxcombed Clapper.
Shadow Dances are extremely fun for anti-Pallet builds, but you'll feel its limitation very quickly.
"All Seeing" - Spirit is pretty good, and way better than Legion's version, but when you kinda know how Survivors think...Ehh, i still feel like it's not worth its Ultra Rare rank.
My go-to Offering is BP ones, cause of course.
-
Of course i wouldn't.
Pig's too precious.

Well... the others are shapes.
We don’t call the circle button the “oh” button.
That's true, it's consistent.
But, and i am extremely serious here, you're the first person in 23 years that i've seen saying cross. 😏
-
Saying "cross" instead of "x".
*exhales deeply through nose*
-
Commonly, it happens mostly at least once per trial.
-
Wraith having a different Wailing Bell would be cool 'n' all, but it'd be amazing if it would change the bell's tone.
-
I only equip the ones that i've earned from reaching the end of Tome Level IV.
More specifically, currently i equip these 3...
-
@TheClownIsKing Sorry to bother you, but i figured you'd know some stuff to help out.
-
So does this mean you won't do it anymore then?
🤭

Well, if they ever get that "bloodied on hit" effect to work, that they experimented with a while back, it could eventually become an unlockable effect for an outfit section.
But it won't happen until that gets implemented first.
Oh true, so there IS a way.
It's quite the narrow path tho.

@Predated said:
I dont know my hitrate, there are games where I hit only great skillchecks(and thus overcharge skillchecks as they are the same) and games where I never hit a great skillcheck and thus fail all overcharge skillchecks.
However, with the new and improved version of Technician, even though it punishes you more for missing the skillcheck, it prevents the notification to the killer. Not that I run it often, but the one time I happened to run it, it was vs an Overcharge Unnerving Presence(yes, insanely small skillchecks) Doctor who would camp his 3-gen based on notifications only. Which was nice, as 15% regression is nothing when the killer never knows you triggered it and just lets you finish it.
Also relatable, i can feel way better about my Skill Checks on certain days.
-
Not to ruin your idea, but very similar ideas have been put forth over the years, and nothing's happened.

I'm about 50/50 after I know it's there. Usually gets me the first time, and sometimes games get intense enough for me to forget it's even there lol
I can relate to that: With stealth Killers especially, i'm way more busy with looking around than stuff like Overcharge.

This isn't just a broken record, this is a shattered record with pieces missing...

It's probably because I really like Cainhurst Castle's aesthetic. It's much different compared to everything else in BB, and probably my favorite area aside from maybe the Hamlet.
Gascoigne is definitely up there. BB was the first Souls game I ever played, and he was by far the most difficult thing in those early days. His lore is also one of my favorite parts of the early game. Just how sad it is. It's what sold me on From's worldbuilding.
I honestly believe Bloodborne as one of the best OST's in all of gaming. Every theme is fantastic.
Would've loved to talk some more about it, but i'm a good boi, i no break rules...too much.

Yeah, that's basically all that I had considered it would add to the perk!
Okay.
Please don't get me wrong: It'd be neat, but tiny.

@[Deleted User] said:
I mean, Knockout could probably have Incapacitated on it for that first 15 seconds.
...Okay, so my comment right here is gonna sound like the complete opposite of my discussion.
But a downed Survivor suffering from Incapacitated will only suffer from not being able to crawl out of the Exit Gate, since they can't do any of the other actions that Incapacitated blocks cause they're downed.
Unless they get up within those 15 seconds, it doesn't really do much.
At 100% efficiency, it could turn Knock Out into a 15-second Blood Warden.
But hey, if that minimal addition would actually be put in, i ain't complaining one bit!

Yeah. I didn't know about the aura thing (I've mostly just been watching PTB vids here and there) but TI is still a perk that lights up when it triggers so you can go by that. Though @APoipleTurtle's idea is good too, take it from the other direction. Though in that case you'd have the Killer Instinct to use which would eliminate the need for the perk.
Very true, and this is very nice to have.
For this specific situation of yours, you can either equip TI and more freely use Victor, or not equip TI and park Victor down there.
And you just decide what you like more: Another Perk slot, or Victor.
-
@[Deleted User] said:
As far as I know a lot of aura perks don't work while you are controlling Victor, even Corrupt Intervention doesn't show the aura of the blocked gens, so it's hard to tell if this would work.
They don't trigger at all, or do they just not show the Aura?
Cause with TI, all you really need is for the Perk to trigger.

While I like the idea of doing something to the Z-Block (its really laughable), I dont think that Freddy needs any Buffs. In fact he is the Killer who needs them the least.
Also, a thing which would be the case - the duration would have to be really short. Otherwise I can imagine it becomes just more boring to play against Freddy. He places a Snare, you either have to avoid it (which is an unnecessary time-waster) or if you step on it, you are forced to do nothing for a Period of time. And really, nothing. I can also imagine that this would be pretty annoying as Hit-and-Run-Technique - Freddy spams Snares at a Loop, at some point you will step in one and afterwards he goes away.
He gets free Slowdown and you are forced to just wait out a timer. Could be ok once or twice, but if it would be like 30 seconds, it gets really annoying if you cannot do anything.
With Victor it is different, because you actually do something to get rid of the Status effect.
Well that wasn't really about buffing a Nightmare Add-on, that was more an example for Killers in general.
And also more of a way to make fun of Haemorrhage.

Kinda yeah, but it could reaaally broken on certain killers and in some situation.
Imagine if legion had a pin addon with incapacitated and ruin.
Well yeah, just a direct Incapacitated could be very broken.
But y'know, there's stuff like: "If a Survivor frees themself from a Bear Trap, they instantly go down."
What i mean with that example is: Instead of just applying Incapacitated directly with their Killer Power, maybe it would also have an additional requirement.
