There is none.
It's insane that it's not only possible but encouraged for a 80 lb woman to physically block an 800 lb demon warlord who wants to beat the ######### out of her with a kanobo. With her body. After being impaled on a meat hook literally seconds ago. By said demon warlord.

His skill is more important than the survivor's skill, which means he requires the survivors to play this game like an actual game.
Evidently survivor is only "unfun" when the opponent is strong and can't be countered by two or three tactics repeated over and over again. Seriously, it's like the only thing that's allowed to change in survivor gameplay is exactly what survivor "strategy" is going to be used to help survivors pretend that they didn't screw up like eight times consecutively to get removed from the trial.
I honestly think all killers should be powerful for the same reason Slinger is "boring": survivors have to actively engage with the killer as though the were an intelligent being and not an annoying... monster(?) interrupting Holding M1 and Occasionally Spacebar Simulator 2016.
Although admittedly he should have an actual animation for ADS, and maybe give him add-ons to speed up the animation.
-
Do it.
-
- Make survivor stressful. Very. Stressful. You would almost say scary. This would mostly be done by making chases shorter and making gens have actual gameplay involved.
- Give survivors a second objective, preferably by making Totems actually function as one. It would be dynamic and challenging, and would require a complete rework of Hex perks and the whole system. And completely reworking Ruin, since it would basically be a redundant bandaid solution for a problem that would be solved with this change.
- Make maps actually fun and fair to some extent. No breakable walls.

god that ######### is stress inducing. you already gotta deal with the occasional idiot that sits there at the exit gate despite being the last person because they absolutely need an escort out. the extra ear assault isn't necessary.
Oh, god yes.
Being crushed then T-bagged then having an angry, disappointed noise play in your ears is not fun in the slightest.

If we got a killer from Batman, I would want it to be this one.
-
I wish we had an actual mindfuck killer.
Maybe one that could actually change the map, and gaslight the survivors or create functional hallucinations that make it seem like the killer is actually hunting you, specifically, down.
-
Killers generally get about 40k BP per match, 60k with BBQ.
I would suggest grinding for bloodpoints as killer.

Make survivors exposed during animations that can be interrupted.
Identity V did it, and it would be a perfect bandaid solution for grabs, and we know how much BHVR loves those.

This is borderline unreadable. The spelling is physically painful for me.
If you right click on a word with a red underline, it'll show you a bunch of words that might be what you were looking for.

Above all, she needs her hitboxes fixed.
That in itself would make her actually viable.

- I got interested in the game just before the Stranger Things chapter, but I started actually playing around the time Descend Beyond came out.
- Claudette, because I basically don't play survivor so I can't justify putting that much money into it.
- Was Demo when I played on Google Stadia. Now it's Pyramid Head.
-
Maybe just make it so that they can't switch while within a certain distance of the hook?
Also, if you think about it, the Twins aren't actually that good for slugging, and not that good for camping either. The reason they almost always do it is because they're effective tactics in general, and the Twins are just... awful.
Don't get me wrong, they can be powerful. But literally any killer can be powerful in the hands of an experienced player using scummy tactics. You could have a M1 killer with no power and garbage perks(Charlotte), and someone will get an Adept for them, and someone will say that they need a nerf.

@pseudechis is 100% correct about the purpose of the questions -- and I think the questions made sense as far as market research goes. However, I also found it kind of hilarious to evaluate whether a bad screencap of Plague puking on something "represents the DBD experience." Because I pretty much had to say "yes," but...
I think everyone answered "strongly agree" to that one.
It's probably the only honest answer you could really give.

At this point, I'm not entirely sure why they didn't put Bendy and the Ink Machine as an option.
Thinking about it, BATIM would probably work ever so slightly better than Rambo, assuming they could work with the heavily stylized art style.

I'm actually fine with getting a 0k in an extremely unfair match if the survivors are nice for a change.
For example, last night I was playing Nurse. On Badham. Against a red ranked 4man SWF running all meta perks. I'm level 51, rank 12, and my Nurse level is 26. It went as well as you could expect under those circumstances.
But I was barely even upset, despite my notoriously thin skin. You wanna know why?
Because they were completely non-toxic. They even apologized for the game's ######### matchmaking. They actually acknowledged just how outclassed I was. Plus, I didn't get that angry, disapproving "Entity Displeased" sound effect.
They did their absolute best, and to be honest, they kind of deserved their 4 escapes. I wouldn't have had the match go any other way.
-
Couldn't you have come up with your own writing style instead of copying the patterns of CWC?
All things said though, nice bait.

Werewolf.
We need more OWO in this game.

This post has my sentiments exactly.

Either reduce the amount of second chances survivors get or remove killer reliance on survivor mistakes.
If the killer needs survivors to screw up repeatedly to win, survivors shouldn't get so many second chances. They have an entire team to cover for them, why do they need to be able to loop the killer near indefinitely? How the hell is that fair?
If the killer is ever going to be the "power role" that was promised, their skill needs to matter just as much as the survivors'.
I remember a game like this one. It was basically a rip off, with some changes. It was actually a Roblox game, and was unique for being possible the only Roblox game better than the original. It was called "Before the Dawn," if you're curious. I might do a separate post on this, actually.
If the killer saw you, you didn't try to be offensive in any way. You just ran. Even if you had shotguns and baseball bats and metal folding chairs that gave you vampirism for some reason and shields and night vision goggles and camera drones and beartraps, the killer was scary.
Why? Because you absolutely could not face them one-on-one. There was no looping or similar mechanic, although you had many ways to tank damage, or stun, blind, track, block, and move the killer on command. But if he got close enough to hurt you, you prayed your fancy gear and the ten odd friends you brought with you could save you.
But the thing was, DbD killers are actually stronger than BtD killers. For example, there was no perk system, and no way to force generators to regress, maps were so big they were basically impossible to pressure, and in general the powers were way weaker than DbD killer powers (IE, the Hunter was basically old Wraith running Bone Clapper and All Seeing - Blood, but he couldn't turn aura reading off, eliminating his depth perception, and instead of moving faster, he was actually slower while cloaked). Although notably the red stain wasn't a thing.
Plus, there were no scratch marks, and survivors could hold their breath to basically activate Iron Will, and survivors had an actual health bar that even the heaviest hitters needed five hits to take them down even if they were running the lowest HP possible, in addition to passive regen. Plus, there could be up to twenty one survivors in a match.
But here's the thing: chases basically had a hard cap. You had a stamina bar, and running, jumping, and holding your breath drained it. The lower your health was, the slower you moved, to the point were you could end up crawling on the ground leaving trails of blood behind you. If your HP went to zero, you would just collapse onto the ground, and had to be revived within 45 seconds or you were out. There were no hooks; the killer just slugged. That was just how the game worked.
No lockers, no jukes, no windows. Stealth was the name of the game, but I've seen offensive tactics work. For a bit. But nothing like Dead by Daylight, where survivor mistakes can be recovered from with minimal effort even if they're literally just bullying the killer to death.
Matches were capped at six minutes (match starts at midnight, ends at 6:00 AM), and by default the killer won if no one escaped during that time. But who actually "won" didn't matter, since you got points (the currency) for actions you did. As a survivor, you could easily be killed and get as much points and xp as you would have gotten if you just escaped.
It was a hell of a lot of fun for both sides, and bullying was almost a non-factor. Camping still existed, but it was incredibly easy to tell if that was going on because of all of the "bleeding out" markers clumped together. There were still some broken things in the game, mostly Dark Devil Chainiac, a killer skin that allowed you to make melee attacks from further than anyone else could, but overall it was an awesome game.
It was so good, you would almost forget it was a free to play Roblox game if it didn't remind you every single second.
Those are some fun memories.
The reason I went on that tangent is just to say that the best possible way to make the killer role feel good is to make it less punishing, and make survivor less forgiving. I mean, the game punishes survivors for getting a hit with... resetting the chase. And letting them use DH, and making them silent if they run Iron Will. I get the concept of risk-reward, but this isn't risk-reward. This is rewarding survivors for screwing up, and punishing killers for doing everything right.
That doesn't seem right.

It's hard to say if a killer is attractive if they wear a mask and never show their face. So, that precludes voting for Frank/Joey, Ghost Face, Oni, and Trapper. Still, I can't fully write them off, because who knows, right?
Of the male killers that we can actually see enough of to comment on, Trickster is by far the most attractive to me. Wraith, Billy, Blight, and Victor are all deformed. Doctor is pretty ugly and scary looking, Deathslinger is old (and a dick), and Clown is very out of shape.
Choose Clown, because the chonk is worth the bonk.

We were never going to get Resident Evil.

Or Adrenaline.
Or Unbreakable.
Or New Lucky Break.

Useful: If a survivor is most likely going to escape your grasp, place Torment Trails around you so that you still get some benefit.
Funny: 50 Shards say you can't guess the main ingredient in Survivor Pudding.

Only if killers get a perk to counter Endurance.
On a side note, an anti-exposed perk combined with SC would destroy stalking killers easily.

Maybe side objective at the start of the game if map is too big, like find and get some gen parts or fuel before you can start working on it.
For current gameplay, gen tapping needs to go, survivors need to work on it same time as gen kicking animation lasts to resume progress.
99% the gates needs to go, either open it at one go, or let it regress over time with some slow, default regression, nothing crazy.
Also remove Bloodlust 2 and 3. Keep the first one for some big loops and also for endgame 1v1s
I would like to make game able to let players choose how to play more than just chases and gen simulator, but so far I have no idea how, good thing I'm not a dev
Also survivors need to earn more BP, especially in solo queue, you get some hard matches and RNG can ######### you over very fast. More BP for them would also make them less frustrated if they die early.
The idea is to make game more fun for everyone but with how much RNG is in this game, its easier said than done.
Not gonna talk about ranking and matchmaking, will wait and see how will MMR change the game
The only thing you said that I could even possibly disagree with would be removing Bloodlust 2 and 3, but I've never even gotten past Bloodlust 1, so people who even get three stacks would have to just be... really, really bad.

I'd be good with it doing that as long as it doesn't effect Snapping Out. If it did/does, Survivors would just go down for free if they're in Tier 3 madness with Deep Wound.
I mean, if they have deep wound in t3 madness they should probably be down in the first place.
Endurance is a #########...

I would honestly prefer them to be afraid of me.
But hiding until the end of the trial so you can use the hatch isn't okay.

It an ultra-rare and maps only last for a maximum of about 40 seconds including perks (streetwise), So it wouldn't be that OP or take that stealth aspect away for the whole game, and plus the map has to be activated so you can't always know when to activate it
Ah. I never used a map before, so I didn't know they had charges.
Seems fine, then.

It's much more cathartic that way.

I like how people convinced themselves SWF isn't OP
No one said they weren't, but countering SWF with OP things on the killer side isn't the way to fix things.
What we need is to buff Solo queue to be equal to them, and then buff killers to compensate. Preferably in the same patch.

You can buy Shards with money just like Cells, if I remember correctly.
I guess BHVR thought that if you wanted a currency, you would just buy that currency. Plus, they wouldn't want to devalue Auric Cells by making them exchangeable for those pleb Iridescent Shards.

even when I was in green ranks I was getting RED RANKED SWF
Why do you think this changes what I said?
I've gone against red ranked SWF streamers while in brown ranks and crushed them. I didn't need to run Stridor Spirit. I ran Stridor Pyramid Head. I didn't even have IAE.
I'm no god at this game, but I'm willing to actually deal with a challenge.
Other people being jerks doesn't justify you to be the same. It's not that hard of a concept to grasp.
I'm not saying "git gud," but what I'm saying is that if you want a problem to actually be dealt with, you need to make sure that you aren't being hypocritical.
On a further note, are you okay? Your spelling and argumentative skills seem to be getting a bit lax. It sounds like you're a bit stressed or exhausted. Maybe you should take a break from the forums for a while, and maybe take a nap.
While I am annoyed at you, I don't want you to be any more stressed than you have to be. This is a friendly argument, not a war of attrition.
If you think you can keep talking and represent your point to the best of your ability, please tell me. Otherwise, take a moment to make sure that you're okay.
I'm not trying to be patronizing or anything, but I wanna make sure you're arguing at your very best, especially since your opinion doesn't seem to be very popular...
Here's some fennec foxes. Just felt like you needed that.

Pressure gens by being good in chase.
Yeah! Just look at the Clown!
Hey, @TheClownIsKing, could you explain the whole deal with "if you don't have enough survivors up to do gens then that counts as pressure?"
You explain it better than anyone else, due to your experience with the subject.
