Let me say this: I was a no Ruin Killer before the change. The perk was great, no doubt about it. But 9 out of 10 games it didn't last beyond 2 minutes. Mostly it was gone in the first minute. So I stopped using it and found different perks that can help me in the match. This means the impact of the Ruin change was ZERO for me. I've brought this up before,but I want to see if others agree. Why do survivors leave via hatch when there is still a survivor left it's not fair to leave the other survivor behind. So, after two weeks, maybe a bit more, I can say that I saw ruin in maybe 10% of the games, at the most. In the rare occasions I faced it, I faced probably the most unconsistent perk of the game, it would be a middle strength perk but it s hex nature makes it a bit more than a joke. I dont feel well when im forced to facecamp a hooked survivor in EGC with Bubbas chainsaw ready to down anybody whos get close...... to get the EGCs sacrifices... My idea would be to have the person unhooked also get to see the killer but at the cost of the person unhooking being shown for more time as a aura. Maybe even give the unhooked 1-2 seconds of speed boost without penalty. We get 4 perk slots, killers and survivors. However, is that really enough at this point of the game? With new killers, abilities, perks, add ons that keep getting added, it naturally gets harder to counter what your opposition can bring into a game. So i played mobile trapper and apparently 3 survivors can finish a gen in like 10 seconds? What if it gave a huntress' normal m1 attacks exposed when she had no hatchets BUT it increases the amount of hatchets she carries to 10 and moderately increases reload time? I found this and couldn't stop thinking about it. I understand that the devs have helped killers alot and I mean A LOT. Freddy Rework, Pallet Reduction, Bloodlust and Entity Blocker are all examples of the devs helping killers over the years and those are just a few. I've just recently started playing killer after many many games as a survivor, and I'm honestly havin' a bit of a hard time with getting any kills. My matches typically end in zero kills and at least 9-14k bloodpoints, mainly for chasing. I wanted to ask here before I posted on the bug/glitch boards and see if anyone knew what I was talking about. This happened to me several times, usually in basement,but once otherwise. The killer will start taking me to the hook (usually basement as I mentioned),I completely fill the struggle bar,there's like a split second delay...and then I get hooked.
