I feel like the root of all problems in DBD is the map balance, how am I supposed to do anything on a map like Borgo on a killer with no mobility that kills all stealth as well. Soloq biggest problem is lack of communication which can be easily fixed by using emotes communicating with your teammates which DBD mobile has and yet we don't . While it is important to realize that behavior has overdone this and created some really awfully designed killers in this regard when trying to make anti loop powers or give some anti-loop, I think it's important to see which are good and to stick with that. "Face camp" in the end game chat is censored. If it's such a dirty phrase in BHVR's mind, shouldn't it be considered a dirty playstyle? If so, why not do more to combat it? The anti-camp mechanics feel extremely weak. Did BHVR do another change to MMR over the last 2 weeks that is just now becoming apparent? All my killer games this week have been awful. Seems like no one wants to play nurses games anymore. First person downed immediately dc's and everyone else kill themselves on a first hook or dc's too. I see a lot of people say that "healing against Legion is entirely pointless" and when playing with some friends, they got upset at me for healing a teammate. In most cases, I do think healing against Legion is a time-loss since Legion can injure you and put you in Deep Wounds so quickly, but I always heal my teammates who are on Death Hook when facing Legion. In my years of playing Dead by Daylight since 2016, I haven't encountered any other killer in the game more inclined to camping and face camping than the Huntress. Despite the game introducing anti-camping measures, Huntress players seem unaffected and continue to camp after securing their first hook. It's puzzling to me. I always thought the secondary effect of Boon Illumination "Increases your Action speeds for Blessing and Cleansing by 6/8/10 % while you have a lit Boon Totem" was strange until I realized why it was like that. With MMR being a random mixup, things can be kinda confusing. I'll have games where I go in against really good teams and If you don't start off spreading as much pressure as possible you'll get stomped... but then I'll get games where I'm in that same mindset and I accidently end a game super quick with under 20k BPs for a 4k.
