Will infinite Wiretap and Killer's Gen Kick containment be implemented in the end?

From what the official account says, it seems to be implemented without countermeasures, does this mean that this is an acceptable glitch in a "normal match"? If survivors do the same thing as the old Ruin countermeasure, once a gen regresses, the killer can never use PoP or other perks again, and the survivor's Wiretap can be used until the gen is over.

Them not mentioning anything in the patch notes means they couldn’t fix it in time for this update.
I would refrain from using gen kick perks until it gets fixed.
There may be tweaks and adjustments after the update goes live but I would not count on anything.
