So I wasn't playing when original Freddy existed so I looked up what old Freddy's power and addons were and I don't really see much that was wrong with it? It definitely could have used a more in his kit but it seemed actually creative and unique as opposed to what we have now. Sometimes, I see people trying to unhook themselves only in front of other survivors. Why do they do that ? I choose each time to let them go to 2nd hook phase (if no one else's here to save them they will), because I assume that if you want to troll, well, either 4% and it works or 96% and prepare for consequences, and that if you do unhook yourself, that means I came to the hook for nothing. We talk a lot about MMR and its problems, and I'd like to hear from everyone what particular problems MMR has that make you want it out of the game or reminisce about pre-MMR days. Currently, luck only increases your chance of unhooking yourself, and that's all it does , It doesn't even affect the chest. So , do you have any ideas for changing the mechanics of luck to make it more effective? Question is on the title. I am not gonna buy him for sure. I love Alan Wake, he is cool character but he is coming without killer. We got solo survivors before but at least they had some fun perks. Alan Wake is coming with terrible bad perks. The only good perk he has is Champion of Light and we all know this perk will be nerfed 6 - 9 months later. Pig brought an extra trap I was lucky number 5 and I escorted the 4 and 3 search people (me and 3 twights) red shirt dwight was 4 anime helm dwight was 3 and 2 default dwight was also 2 and I was 4. I was thinking about this the other day about different types of horror that could fit in the game. Hunger Games as a dystopian type came to mind. I do think a survivor mid chapter with an interactive map would be really amazing… you have things like the giver, the maze runner and divergent etc that were massive in the ‘10s. is this type of genre one that would fit into DBD? Nor do I think its the players responsibility to weed out hackers in this game. There needs to be a more permanent solution to this and bhvr have stopped talking about it. I went up against a Knight this morning, even though he's still killswitched (as of the time of posting). Idk if he was briefly re-enabled and then killswitched again or what, as I didn't check the roster right after the match ended. I didn't see any unusual glitches or behavior from him, however. I had the same killer not once not twice but 4 TIMES!!!!?! and each match he tunneled and camped me and if anybody tried to help me he would do the same to them until they died. And I have absolutely no idea what I did to him I never pallet stunned him, never looped him for several mins/gens nor did I blind him in any way yet still he had a grudge with me. I can't play it as I'm on console which is fine makes sense why make a PTB where everyone can play it instead of simple releasing it. But that's not the point it's what it does to matchmaking for others that or this is DBD basically eating some glue maybe add a little glitter and boom constant tunneling killers you finish one gen meaning four are left and it becomes the end of the world. I thought it was a bug but they made it offical. Greased Throttle & The Thompson’s Mix On the PTB, these Add-Ons reduced the recovery time for successful Chainsaw hits. This understandably didn’t provide much benefit in most cases. They now reduce recovery time after using the Chainsaw- not just successful hits- by 8% and 12% respectively (was 10% and 15%). I recently introduced my Brother and his partner to the game. Bigging it up saying how great it was. First match with them and we faced the Executioner who proceeded to wipe the whole team out in about 90 seconds! be nice to see some kind of mechanic that allows new players an ease into the game. I asked this before to no answer. Wraith has what I believe to be a bug, where if he is cloaked and a survivor continually vaults the pallet, he can’t actually kick the pallet to break it.
