recently I've watched Otz's "All 170 perks discussed and rated" vid, and caught my eye on Soul Guard, he gave this perk 4/5 stars rating. and while reading the effect itself it sounds really strong on paper, 8 sec invincibility is decent, can save you so many times (at least what I thought it would do), so I decided to give it a try and spice it up with some statistics aswell. Otzdarva's youtube vid stated addons take place in the order you equip them. So for the map addon, if you were going to use Map Addendum (adds 5 sec) and Retardant Jelly (slows burn rate of map) and want to get the most out of them, you'd want to put the MA in the 1st addon slot, then the RJ in the 2nd. So Lucky Break got buffed up to 60 seconds (which is still lower than its original PTB value but is still decent), and I'm still yet to see more than 2 Lucky Breaks in almost a month. There's still better perks and it's still pretty much a 1 or 2-time activation perk, but it's still pretty respectable, even if you have to pair it with Iron Will. And yet I barely ever see it. I'm just wondering. I just came across an obvious lag switcher during my game. Everytime I wanted to hook that person, their ping went from 80 to 1000+, so I could not hook that person. I recorded it of course, so I have footage. But if I remember correctly, I need a steam ID from that person. But how can I even get that when I'm on PS4? Hey all, just finished a game where we had one gen left and I ran the killer for a good two minutes waiting for my adrenaline to proc...however when I went down I saw a Zarina and Elodie slow vaulting in and out of killer shack lockers. Why cant we create a new cosmetic tab that applies a filter over whatever cosmetic you wish. By filter I mean things like the glowing specs after you collect a crown, obviously that's just a current example as the devs could easily create a black fog like the corrupted gen look etc. For others This way if gives us something interesting to use along side our own cosmetics we brought. I don't play killer super often but when I do a lot of times I get those games where it's just pure destruction and they can't get a single gen done. It doesn't have much to do with my killer skill but more so the survivor's skill. 150k bloodpoints isn't a lot, yet every chapter I use my saved shards to pump into the shrine in an effort to level the new killer/survivors. In 4 years I have probably spent the equilivant of 30+ full cosmetic sets in just the shrine (as the first 6 months of the game I spent getting all perks unlocked, and do the same for each chapter. Something I realized recently is that I really don't mind going against the more hated killers in dbd like Freddy, Spirit, and Deathslinger, it's really the slowdown builds. Now those killers with extreme slowdown builds like Ruin, Undying, and Corrupt are by far the worst things, but I would still rather go against a Spirit with no slowdown over an average killer like Demo or Wraith with lots22 comments 361 views last activity

Hello, I play this game since last August and have slightly more than 900 hours in dbd. I used Hex: No One Escapes Death only 1 time when I was still learning killer and it was cleansed 20 seconds of its life. I never used it since then at first because I thought it was too much risk for my liking, then I found it too unfun to play against. I also play as both roles. Head On, Flashbang, Quick and Quiet, and any other perk (right now it's WGLF because comfort perk, though my bf keeps trying to make me use bt). It shouldn't be as fun as it is but using Head On into a Flashbang blind, either mid-chase with QnQ or being able to then hide really well with QnQ and walking.
